그대의 기쁨은 변하는 것에서 중심을 발견하는데 있다, 또한 변하지 않는 것이다

 

단지 아주 강력하고 힘 있게 되는 것은

내가 가리키는 이 말을 확인하고, 입증하고, 경험할 진지하게 찾는 자의 마음에서 이다

마음에서 머물고 마음에서 간직되는 앎이 아니다

지식으로서는 쓸모없다

 

그대는 개념들을 담는 그릇이 아니다

개념들은 타서 직접 경험이 되어야 한다, 얼 로 전환되어야 한다

앎은 그대가 지니고 있는 것이 아니라, 그대인 것이다

sometimes we encounter some testmonies from people who have, you may have heard even in this very satsang of being who have really undergone tremendous challenges

and sometimes people think, 'but if i'm on the spiritual path, only stuff is stuff'

and why is that fire seems to be turned up even more?

as you become more grounded, and these very things help you to ground yourself more

because previously as you wrote here, 'the stability i thought to be my ground become an earthquake'

so anything in this life, all that we see,

nothing is wrong with them, it has been always like that-

we don't know, can only face it from the strength or the weakness, 

 

사람들로부터의 증언을 마주하는 때가 있다

이 사트상에서조차, 정말로 엄청난 어려움을 겪은 존재의 이야기를 들었을 것이다

'하지만 영적인 길을 가고 있잖아 그런거지' 라 생각하기도 한다

그리고 왜, 불길이 심지어 더 나타나는 것으로 보이는가

 

그대가 더 안정될수록, 

 

그리고 이런 것들은 그대 자신이 더 안정되도록 돕는다

그대는 이렇게 썼다, '나의 근거라 생각한 안정감이 지진이 되었다'

 

그래서 이 삶에서의 어떤 것도

우리가 보는 모든 것이

 

그것들에 잘못된 것은 없다, 그건 그래왔다

우리는 모른다, 마주할 수 있을 뿐이다, 강하게 혹은 약하게

 

we see things that we've relied upon, and i will say, anything that is shaped by time, idea and form are constantly changing

and you believe that 'found the right formula now, everything is in place'

sometimes, life will, it's too kind, sometimes to live it like that

even people write to me, 'my life is too safe'-

others say, 'please make it stop-'

so it's full range of experiencing that sangha can witness too, testimoy too

 

우리가 기대왔던 것들을 바라본다

그리고 나는, 시간과 생각, 형상에 의해 만들어진 어떤 것이든 끊임없이 변하고 있다 라 하겠다

 

그대는, '이제 제대로 된 공식을 발견했다, 모든 것이 제자리에 있다' 라 믿는다

때로는 삶이, 지나치게 친절하다, 때로는 그렇게 산다

사람들이 내게, '나의 삶은 지나치게 안전하다-' 라 쓴다

'제발 (힘든 것) 그만 일어나게 해줘' 라 쓰는 사람들도 있고

 

그래서 온 범위의 경험을, 공동체도 목격하고, 증언할 수 있다

 

so in your case, something, and many people can relate to that

because once we have things in place, everything seems so sound, family is together,

i'm not being specific about you, i'm taking humanity

things can change and will change

because life is change

what is that which does not change?

that's you're here to discover

and it is the greatest discovery

it causes all things to be changeful

that is their nature

there is no one, there's no master, there's no awaken being who has ever come to change the world in such a way that the changeful doesn't change

 

그러니 그대의 경우, 무언가, 많은 사람들이 그것에 연결시킬 수 있을 것이다

 

왜냐하면 한 번 제자리에 놓이면, 모든 것이 그런 식으로 안전한 것 같다, 가족이 함께 있고

 

나는 특정하게 그대에 대해 말하는 것이 아니다, 인류가 그렇다

변할 수 있는 것들이다, 그리고 변할 것이다

삶은 변화이기 때문이다

 

변하지 않는 그것은 무엇인가

그것을 발견하기 위해 그대가 여기에 있다

그리고 그것은 가장 커다란 발견이다

그것이 모든 것이 변하도록 하는 것이다

그러한 것이 그들의 본성이다

 

어떤 스승도, 어떤 깨어난 존재도, 세상에서의 변화를 그런 식으로, 변하는 것을 변하지 않는 것으로 바꾼 사람이 없다

 

some change for the better for a while, destabilize and some change

because in a world of manfestation, all things that were born will live and die also

everything that appears disappear

that's the fact, that's the law of life

no scientific research change that, that is the way it is

in the level of body mind and nature

but your joy is in discovering that heart in the changeful, is also the unchanging

and magnificently, surprisingly it's not boredom, it's not stagnation, it's not n-------othing, it's not like that

but the very source of this dancing existence itself

and it is the unchanging in a way, why? because it is ever perfect and perfect cannot be developed,

it cannot become more perfect

but it's not a perfection that human beings know a perfection of quality, it is beyond quality

and i don't want to waste any time just talking about it because talking about it is not it

 

어떤 변화는 더 낫도록, 잠시, 불안정하고, 좀 변한다

드러나보이는 세상에서는, 태어난 모든 것들이 또한 살고 죽을 것이다

그것이 사실이다, 그것이 삶의 법칙이다

어떤 과학적인 조사도 그것을 바꿀 수 없다, 그것은 그런 것이다

몸과 마음, 자연의 단계에서는

 

하지만 그대의 기쁨은 변하는 것에서의 가슴을 발견하는데 있다, 또한 변하지  않는 것이다

그리고 굉장하게도, 놀랍게도, 그것은 지루함이 아니다, 침체되어 있는 것이 아니다, 아--------무것도 아닌 것이 아니다,

그런 것이 아니다

하지만 이 춤 추는 존재의 바로 그 근원 자체

그것은 변하지 않는 것이라 한다, 왜 인가

항상 완벽한 것이기 때문이다, 그리고 완벽은 자랄 수 없다, 더 완벽해질 수 없다

 

그러나 인간 존재들이 아는, 특질의 완벽인 완벽이 아니다

특질을 벗어나 있다

그리고 나는 그것에 대해 말하는 것으로 어떤 시간도 낭비하고 싶지 않다

그것에 대해 말하는 것은 그것이 아니기 때문이다

 

it only becomes something very powerful and potent in the mind of earnest seeker who is going to use these words to verify, to prove, to experience that which i'm pointing to

it is not knowledge that stay and being kept in the mind

it is no use as knowledge-

you're not a container of concepts

concepts must combust into direct experience and must combust into spirit

knowledge must become not what you have but what you are
