어떻게 그대가 너무 바빠서 잠시 그것을 내려놓을 시간을 가질 수 없는가

i'd like to create a prayer for the whole sangha to say in the morning,

 

온 공동체가 아침에 할 수 있는 기도를 만들고 싶다

 

'thank you, lord that i feel the energy of your breath, presence flowing through me each day each morning

i pray to give thanks to you because you are the life and life force in this form

and today i declare that you are the one supreme lord of the universe, and there is no equal with you,

you are the one supreme being beyond all religious indoctrinations and differences,

you are the one being who infuses life in the all beings,

you are the supreme lord to whom we are devoted, who we love, appreciate and serve

and maybe that our lives continue to become more harmony with you by your grace

we leave our being at your feet,

and we say this not just in a poetic or emotional gesture,

but from our heart that we know that there is no life apart from you, there's no happiness found in the world, just by following the mind

 

'감사합니다, 신, 

매일 아침 나를 통해 흐르는 당신의 숨, 현존의 에너지를 느낍니다

나는 당신에게 감사하는 기도를 합니다,

당신은 이 형상에서의 삶과 생명력이기 때문입니다

 

그리고 오늘 나는, 당신이 온 존재의 하나의 최상의 주인이라 말합니다, 

그리고 당신과 견줄 것은 없습니다

so having been showing by your light, we in front of you declare that this is our path,

and you are the light of life, the essence of our being

you're the inmost reality

all this manifestation, you have been manifesting out of your brilliance and your joy

today i offer myself totally into your light, your glory

absorb me in you

 

당신의 빛으로 봐 오면서,

당신 앞에서 우리는 이것이 우리 길이다 라 말합니다

당신이 삶의 빛, 우리 존재의 본질입니다

rid me of ego

rid me of selfishness

rid me of personal identity

let me be established in you now and forever and more, amen'

 

나에게서 에고를 제거해 주시고

이기적인 것을 없애주시고

제한된 인식에의 동일시를 없애주시고

내가 지금, 그리고 영원히 영원히 당신 안에서 자리잡도록 해주세요, amen'

이런 식으로

 

as soon as you get up, and you take this prayer with you in your pocket,

and we sit within prayer

then as you move about in life, you keep your mind always in this vibrations,

of gratitude, openness, goodwill, and love towards our beings,

and see what

 

그대가 일어나자 마자, 

이 기도를 주머니에 갖고,

기도 안에서 앉는다

그런 다음 삶에서 움직여 다니면서, 계속해서 그대의 마음을 이 진동에 두어라,

'i am never too busy to pray, i'm never too busy to god, never too busy to internal reflection'

and i have to make it ok

because that would be such a powerful pointer

that how can you be so busy to have time to drop that just for a moment,

and recalibrate your own mind and orient back to god

 

그리고 내가 그것이 가능하도록 만들어야 한다

어떻게 그대가 너무 바빠서 잠시 그것을 내려놓을 시간을 가질 수 없는가,

so for myself, and i will say for anybody

watch these things,

because it is god that bring you to see, 'have you got time for me right now?, is it inconvenient to approach me, to be in harmony with me?"

and any genuine devotee to the lord will admit, 'of course, anytime you call, i could be upside and down in a barren, if you call me, i'm ready to drop it'

 

그래서 나는, 누구에게든 말할 것이다

이런 것들을 봐라

왜냐하면 그대가 보도록 하는 것은 신이다,

'지금 나를 위한 시간을 내겠는가, 나에게 다가올텐가, 나와 조화롭게 있겠는가'

 

그리고 신에게 진실하게 헌신하는 자는 누구든 인정할 것이다,

'물론이다, 당신이 부르는 어느 때든, 

내가 힘들게 오르내리고 있을 수도 있다, 당신이 나를 부른다면, 나는 그것을 내려놓을 준비가 되어 있다'

 

and if you find mind a bit lazy and say, 'maybe can we do this half an hour and so on?'

then it's really important that we watch this

 

마음이 좀 게을러서, '반 시간 후에 할 수 있지 않을까'등 이라 한다면

그러면 우리가 이것을 바라보는 것이 정말 중요하다

 

anyone who is on the path of meditation, prayer, seeking god, realizing the self,

you should always see, never too be busy in the world that you don't have time to step out of it

you have to step back from that

 

명상, 기도, 신을 찾는, 자신에 깨어나는 길에 있는 자는 누구든,

항상 봐야 한다, 세상에서 너무 바빠서, 그것에서 나올 시간이 없지 않은지

그대는 그것에서 물러나야 한다

 

so if you feel this thought, 'no, maybe he's too busy right now. i don't want to inconvenience you'

i say, please inconvenience me,

because if you come like this, even give me the opportunity to check in and say,

 

그래서 그대가, '아니다, 아마 그는 지금 너무 바쁠 것이다, 나는 불편하게 하고 싶지 않다'라 생각한다면

나는, 부디 나를 불편하게 해달라 라 하겠다

and it should be like that

and even if you feel that your mind is full of disorientation or whatever,

the very call to prayer, you will have it in you,

especially if you have this attitude that it's a call to drop everything

 

그리고 그건 그래야 한다

그대의 마음이 방향 상실 등으로 가득 차 있는 것으로 느껴진다 해도

기도에의 그 부름을, 그대가 그대 안에 갖고 있을 것이다

특히 그대가, 그것은 모든 것을 내려놓는 부름이다 라는, 이런 태도를 갖고 있다면
