지성적인 존재의 첫째 목표는, 그들이 실제로 무엇인지 의 진리에 깨어나는 것이다
이 행성에는
그들의 진짜 본성에 대한 깊은 알아차림과 이해, 발견을 가진 인간 존재들이 항상 있어왔다
단지 몇 명을 위한 것이 아니다
우리가 발견하는 것, 발견되는 것은 너무나 근원적인 것이라
표면적인 동일시들 아래에서 모두에게 같은 것이다
항상 안정적으로 있는 무언가이다
영적인 것이란, 그것을 발견하는 것을 뜻한다
그대가 그것을 신 자신이라 부르고 싶을수도 있고, 순수 의식이나 여느 다른 이름일 수도 있다
이름들은, 변할 것이다 하지만 본질은 같은 것이다
we are largely living in the idea we have of our self,
and our idea we have of our self keep changing,
there's nobody who cannot admit, it keeps changing,
one time you feel like, this is me, this is my way, this is how i am, so on,
another time you'll feel differently,
we outgrow, we have different versions that we have accepted over times, this true or not?
우리는 주로, 우리 자신에 대해 갖는 생각 속에서 살고있다
그리고 우리가 갖고있는 우리 자신에 대한 생각은 계속 변한다
계속 변한다는 것을 인정할 수 없는 사람은 없다
한 때는 그대가, 이것이 나다, 이것이 나의 방식이다, 이것이 내가 어떤지 이다, 등 처럼 느낀다
다른 때에는 다르게 느낄 것이다
우리는 이전과 달라진다,
우리는 오랫동안 받아들여온 다양한 버전들을 갖고 있다, 그런가 그렇지 않은가
in our expression in life, we outgrow, different modes of our identity, which of them is really you?-
if we would dissect your 30 years old, and we dissect your life span over every 5 years,
we took a little video about you, and speak with you,
'what do you think about life, what would you say about yourself, what you like, so on',
and you compare those every 5 year videos,
you'll see that something is not consistent,
there is a consistency, and i will tell you what the consistency is,
consistency is that vibration, that feeling i am, that is always there,
but on top of it, the mind does overlay different idea about this i am,
even to say, i am John, i am is not John, i am is consciousness, we don't see like this,-
it's all these things, make some fabric for human culture and so on
삶의 우리 표현에서, 우리는 이전에서 벗어난다,
우리의 동일시의 다양한 형태들이 있다, 그것들 중 어느 것이 정말로 그대인가
만일 우리가 그대의 30년을 나눈다면, 삶의 주기를 5년마다 나누어,
그대의 비디오를 좀 찍는다, 그대와 이야기를 한다,
'삶에 대해 어떻게 생각하는지, 그대 자신에 대해 무엇이라 말할 것인지, 그대가 좋아하는 것 등',
그리고 5년마다 비디오를 비교한다면,
무언가 일관적이지 않다는 것을 그대가 볼 것이다
일관성이 있다, 그 일관성이 무엇인지 말해주겠다,
일관적인 것은 그 진동, 내가 있다 는 느낌, 그것은 항상 있다,
하지만 그것에, 마음은, 이것이 나 라는 다양한 생각을 더한다
나는 John 이다 라고 말하는 것도, 나 는 John 이 아니다, 나 는 의식이다, 우리는 이런 식으로 보지 않는다
이런 모든 것들이 인간의 문화 등을 구성한다
i'm not going against culture, i'm just showing you
that in order to get the most out of this existence,
the primary goal for intelligent being is to wake to the truth of what they actually are,
this i'm not saying anyhting new,
it might be new to your listening, but this is ancient knowledge,

처음 듣는 사람이 있을 수 있다, 하지만 이것은 오래된 앎이다
there always been human beings on this planet
who had a deep recognition, understanding and discovery of their true nature,
it is not just for a few,
beacuse what we discover, what is discovered is so fundamental
that it is same for everyone underneath our superficial identies,
is something always stable,
spirituality means to discover that,
whether you want to call it the God self or pure consciousness or any other name,
then names, they will change but the essence is the same one

these are suffered by something, and i will call it the entity that is in your mind,
the entity call the i,
내가 딴 길로 돌린 것처럼 보이지만, 아니다, 사실 그것의 중심으로 들어갔다
그대가 바꿀 수 있다, 분노로 해도, 두려움으로 해도, 질투로 해도, 버려지는 것에 대한 두려움으로 해도-
어떤 것으로도 대체할 수 있다
원리는 같은 것이다
이러한 것들이 무언가에 의해 고통받는 것들이다,
그리고 나는 그것을 그대의 마음에 있는 존재라 부를 것이다
그 존재는 나 라고 한다
i want to say something more about it, if you can bear for a second,
the sense i that i refer to as the first born principle,
the sense i, it is very versatile, and it's like shapeshifter, you can call it like that,
because the i, God says i, i am actually is one of the names of God,
the devil also say i am, the ego say i am, we say i am,
every sentient being feels the feeling of their own existence first,
you feel your own existence first, and that existence arises or is indicated by the sense i, i am,
i means i consciousness exist, that's the first fundamental principle for all cognitive functioning,
is the feeling i,
조금 더 참을 수 있다면, 나는 이것에 대해 더 말하고 싶은 것이 있다
첫째 원칙으로 태어난 것으로 내가 말한, 나 라는 느낌,
나 의 느낌, 은 아주 다용도이다, 자신의 모양을 바꾸는 것 같다, 그대가 그렇게 말할 수 있을 것이다
왜냐하면 나 는,
신 이 나 라고 말한다, 내가 있다 는 것은 사실, 신의 이름이다
악마가 또한 나 라고 말한다, 에고가 나 라고 말한다, 우리가 나 라고 말한다
모든 지각있는 존재는 그들 자신의 존재에 대한 느낌을 우선 느낀다
그대는 그대 자신의 존재의 느낌을 먼저 느낀다
그리고 그 존재는 내가 있다 는 느낌으로 일어나거나, 내가 있다 는 느낌에 의해 가리켜진다
나 는 나 의식이 존재한다는 뜻이다, 이것이 모든 인지 작용의 최초 근본 원칙이다
나 라는 느낌
i open how today somehow, we can go through this such a way that it becomes an experiential understanding,
here, so if i were to say to you, there're different ways we can approach,
if it was put to you today now, that it is possible to come and have a recognition of what you truly are,
how many people will be open for this?
and i'm promsing you nothing scary, our ego is the most scary thing,
the ego meaning, we're living in all these ideas, we're trying to keep up being somebody,
that is the most scary thing,
to find out the truth of yourself is the most beautiful thing,
so i said is the Invitation,
the Invitation that we listen to here as one of our meditation -listenings, is precisely introducing this,
and many beings now, they come and listen to that,-
it starts so like this
나는 어떻든 오늘 이렇게 연다, 우리는 경험적 이해가 되는 이런 방식으로 겪어간다
여기에서, 그래서 내가 그대에게,
우리는 다양한 방식으로 접근할 수 있는데, 지금 그대에게는,
그대가 진짜 무엇인지에 대한 이해를 갖는 것이 가능하다고 한다면,
얼마나 많은 사람들이 이것에 열릴 것인가
그리고 나는 그것은 무서운 것이 전혀 아니라는 것을 약속한다, 우리 에고가 가장 무서운 것이다
에고 는, 우리가 이런 온갖 생각들 속에서 살고 있는 것, 우리가 누군가가 되기 위해 애를 쓰고있다는 것을 뜻한다
그것이 가장 무서운 것이다
그대 자신의 진리를 발견하는 것이 가장 아름다운 것이다
그래서 내가 말한 것이 '초대'이다
초대 는 우리가 여기에서, 명상으로 듣는 것 중 하나로, 이러한 것을 자세히 소개하고 있다
그리고 많은 존재들이 이제는 와서 그것을 듣는다
그것은 이렇게 시작한다
