everyone is sleeping in it, thinking it's real

it's like we're dreaming the life in that world, thinking that you're awake

and not even the ultimate awakening, 'yeah i know where i'm going', that sense,

like feeling confident in our actions and reactions, interactions, we're living life and so on,

while we're actually sleeping

even to hear that, many people don't have time for that

they're so convinced that this is the reality they have to take care of

모두가 그 안에서 잠을 자고 있다, 그것이 실제라고 생각하면서

그 세상에서 삶을 꿈 꾸고 있는 것 같다, 그대가 깨어있다고 생각하면서

게다가 궁극의 깨어남도 아니다,

'난 내가 어디로 가고 있는지 알지', 그런 느낌

우리가 하는 행동과 반응, 상호작용에 자신감을 갖고 있다,

우리가 삶을 살고 있다는 등

사실 잠을 자면서

그렇게 듣는 것도, 

많은 사람들은 그런 시간을 갖지도 않는다

그들은 그들이 보살펴야 하는 실제라 너무나 확신한다

so when i find anybody who 

because there'll be always beings in the world that they don't fit into the routine conditioned states

they may be the same ages in another one, but in terms of their physical age,

but their spiritual age is very much deeper,

age of maturity that they know that they came back to the earth because of something,

and it's not to fulfill the earth, it is to use it to grow,

like life is school for them, they have to shake and get passed something,

otherwise we're going to keep on going over this

not necessarily have to be on this planet

but the evolutionalry joy keep on going

it's good, it's not a curse from god, it's just a way

그래서 내가 누군가를 발견할 때,

왜냐하면 세상에는 항상 대개의 조건화된 상태들에 들어맞지 않는 존재들이 있을 것이기 때문이다

그들은 다른 자와 같은 나이일 수 있다, 그들의 물리적 나이에서,

하지만 그들의 영적 나이는 훨씬 더 깊다

성숙의 나이, 

그들은 무언가 때문에 지구로 되돌아왔다는 것을 안다

그리고 그것은 지구를 채우기 위함이 아니다, 활용해서 성장하기 위함이다

삶이 그들에게 학교인 것처럼,

그들은 깨워야 하고, 무언가를 통과해야 한다

our sharing in each life in every form,

i feel that we're given certain porpotion of our inheritance in maya field

and in this life maybe we have to overcome, we can use life to clear,

deep rooted tendencies that you have been carrying

매번 삶의, 모든 형상에서 우리의 나눔은,

환영의 장에서 물려받는 몫이 있다는 느낌이다

그리고 이 삶에서는 아마도 우리가 극복해야 한다,

분명히 하기 위해 삶을 활용할 수 있다,

그대가 져 온, 깊이 뿌리 박힌 습성들을 깨끗이 하기 위한 것으로

each plave you go, it has a certain reality about it

so after this physical life, the next stage is going to be much higher than this one

for most people, not everyone, some people go descend

그대가 가는 곳마다, 그곳에는 그것과 관련하여 특정한 실제가 있다

그래서 이 물리적 삶 이후에는, 다음 단계가, 이것보다 훨씬 더 높은 것일 것이다

대부분의 사람들에게는

모두는 아니다, 내려가는 이들이 있다

the thing is that whatever state we go,  it gets normalized, it seems 'this is real'

and you enjoy the fruit of that state

but when you come into the state of being, you have a good clue,

'i want to have more invest in this one'

because then after you come off the wheel a little bit more

우리가 무슨 상태를 가든, 

그것이 보통으로 된다, '이것이 실제다'라는 것처럼

그리고 그대는 그 상태의 결실을 즐긴다

하지만 존재의 상태로 들어설 때, 그대는 실마리를 얻는다

'난 이것에 더 많이 투자하고 싶다'

왜냐하면 그런 이후 그대는 조금 더 수레바퀴에서 떨어져 나오기 때문이다

그대인 것을 알아차릴 때,

두려움이 사라질 것이다

그대인 그것이 갈 수 없는 그 하나이므로

self discovery doesn't require any stories

can you be so direct?

자신의 발견은 어떤 이야기도 요구하지 않는다

그대는 그렇게 바로 갈 수 있는가

everybody is so skilled at expressing 'things happen',

i'm so tired of that

because we have gotten anywhere

모두가 '이런 것들이 일어난다'를 표현하는데 아주 능숙하다

난 그것에 아주 질렸다

우리는 어디에도 이르지 못했으므로

it has to be more than just frustration

because frustration is the attitude,

such kind of emotional outburst is nothing at all

그냥 좌절 이상이어야 한다

좌절은 태도다,

그런 감정상 분출은 전혀 아무것도 아니다

image reflected in the heart can only reflect something that has no shape, has no form, 

it's the last stop for images

it must be reflecting what you truly are

and that's why you're happy and grateful

because every other image will betray you, they will go away

가슴에 비추어 보이는 이미지는

모양이 없는, 형상이 없는 무언가를 비추어 보일 수 있을 뿐이다, 이미지들의 마지막 정거장

가슴에 비추어 보이는 이미지는 진실로 그대인 것을 비추고 있는 것이다

그래서 그대가 행복하고 감사해 한다

그 외 모든 이미지가 그대를 배신할 것이므로, 가버릴 것이므로

you've not yet developed the inner confidence to say, 'it is me'

so you say, 'it is you'

it will do for now

it is your own self, beyond image

그대는 '그것은 나다'라 말할 수 있는 안의 자신감을 아직 발달시키지 못했다

그래서 '그것은 당신이다'라 말한다

잠시 그럴 것이다

그것은 그대 자신이다, 이미지를 넘어서 있는

you're seeing everything in this world

and none of them you can keep

even this body also, you'll not be able to keep it

그대는 이 세상의 모든 것을 본다

그것들 중 어떤 것도 그대가 간직할 수 없다

이 몸 또한, 간직할 수 없을 것이다

but when you realize what you are, and the fear will go

because that's the one thing that cannot go

that in you which is able to see seeing also

the fact is, is seen

but yourself you cannot see

하지만 그대인 것을 알아차릴 때,

두려움이 사라질 것이다

그대인 그것이 갈 수 없는 그 하나이므로

그대 안에서, 보는 것을 볼 수 있는 그것

보인다 는 사실이다

하지만 그대 자신은 그대가 볼 수 없다

doesn't mean you drop off so easy

at some point, this understanding grow clear inside you,

you realize, 'all my attachment, desire, everything, 

distraction and mechanism,

no matter how healthy it might seem, how prosperous it might seem, or disadvantage it might seem,

is all continuation of forest bind me into conditioned identity,

i'm not going to wake up to the fullness of my potential, to wake up to yourself'

쉽게 된다는 것이 아니다

어느 지점에 이르면, 이 이해가 그대 안에서 분명해진다,

그대가 알아차린다, '나의 모든 집착, 욕망, 모든 것, 장애와 그런 움직임,

그것이 얼마나 건강해 보이든, 커 나아가는 것으로 보이든, 불리하게 보이든,

모두, 조건화된 동일시로 나를 구속하는 숲이 계속되는 것이다

난 나의 잠재성의 완전함에 깨어나지 못할 것이다, 나 자신에 깨어나지 못할 것이다'

this is why you say, 'i offer up, i offer back to you the present of individuatlity'

just like you're exercising your muscle, you get strong

every exercise must produce fruit

so prayer also is a kind of spiritual muscle that it dissolves the toxicness of personhood

이래서 그대가 말한다, 

'난 내놓는다, 당신에게 돌려준다, 개별성이란 선물'

그대가 근육을 단련하는 것과 마찬가지로 강해진다

모든 단련이 결실을 내놓아야 한다

기도 또한 영적 근육과 같다, 제한된 인식의 독성을 해체한다

you're moving from something tangible to intangible,

moving from matter to spirit

뭔가 구체적인 것에서 쥐어지지 않는 것으로 이동한다

물질에서 얼 로 이동한다

anytime you make progress, mind will come to bind, to reclaim already conquered ground

and you must understand these things

because when you understand that, you know what's playing,

so you don't get sucked into it so easy

그대가 나아갈 때마다, 마음이 나타나 구속하려 할 것이다,

이미 정복된 근거를 되찾으려 할 것이다

그리고 그대는 이런 것들을 이해해야 한다

이해할 때, 무엇이 일어나고 있는지 알고,

그것으로 그렇게 쉽게 빨려들지 않는다

if the mind lies down, you live with mafia, you're being a good maifa

the minute you start to leave from there, then you start to see his gun

you start to feel resistance

we have to provoke it, so you actively can watch

마음이 드러누워 있으면, 그대는 마피아와 사는 것이다, 그대는 좋은 마피아다

그대가 그곳을 떠나기 시작하는 순간, 그의 총을 보기 시작한다

저항을 느낀다

우리는 그것을 자극해야 한다, 그래서 그대가 활발하게 바라볼 수 있다

you persist more and more until you recover your ground as beingness

so what happens in life, actions and reactions are not so, easily stimulated

you see they're playing, but somehow in this untouched space

this is the secret

더욱 더 계속해라, 그대가 존재로서의 그대의 근거를 다시 발견할 때까지

그래서 삶에서 일어나는 것이, 행동과 반응들이 그다지,

쉽게 동요되지 않는다

이것이 비밀이다

and just by this, you find that you are loving god

because your god moves from merely an entity or a form

because when you're strong with a form, you need god to be the ultimate form

but he's beyond form

that's why he's everywhere

그리고 단지 이것으로, 그대는 신을 사랑한다는 것을 발견한다

그대의 신은 단지 어떤 존재나 형상에서 이동한다

그대가 형상과 강하면, 그대에게 궁극의 형상이 필요하다

so when you're waking to the formlessness, even more you feel god

because he's beyond god as concepts, god as being and spirit and the purity

and is like almost too late for your mind,

because he has to catch you before you really leave

계속 살아서, 고통과 아픔, 집착, 영적으로 눈 먼 열매들을 맺는 것,

그 씨앗들이 지워지도록 해주세요'라 기도해라

'난 내가 어떻게 진심일지 모르겠다'라 한다 해도,

'난 나의 마음에서 아주 불안정한 것을 본다, 부디 이것 또한 기도로,

이런 것들과 관계 없는 나의 진짜 본성으로 더욱 깨어나도록'

때로는 즉시 효과가 있다

하지만 때로는 시간이 좀 걸린다, 무언가가 명확해지기 시작한다

하지만 이렇게 말할 수 있는 이들에게

제한된 인식이 우리 안에 여전히 살아 있는 한, 그것은 계속해서 일으킬 것이다

그래서 기도의 두번째 부분은 이것이다, '이 에고를 나에게서 제거해주세요, 그리고 나를 흡수해주세요'

그대가 제한된 동일시나 에고를 볼 때, 그것이 핵이다

열 번의 삶을 그것을 정화하며 보낼 수 있다, 하지만 아직 충분히 순수하지 못하다

내가 내놓을 것으로 발견한 것은,

나 자신의 느낌을 내놓는다

너무나 많은 두려움이, 우리라 생각하는 느낌을 잃는 것에 있으므로

혹은 아파질까, 공격 받을까

그래서 그런 두려움이 에고를 모양으로 잡는다

그것은 무엇을 찾고 있는가, 보호와 안전

이래서 내가 말하는 것이다

치유와 문제 해결보다 큰 것이,

에고를 변형시키는 것이다

그대가 아프다, 낫는다, 또 다른 순간 다시 아파진다

그대가 항상 그대 자신을 제한된 인식으로 나타내고, 그 에고의 결과로 고통을 겪는다

you're waking up to the awareness of yourself,

is you may call the birth of spirituality

and with it, 

whatever is functioning inside us that has so far been unrecognized,

this is why i make this prayer, 

'whatever seed is still alive in me, that i may be not aware of,

but they continue to live and bear fruits of suffering and pain and attachments and spiritual blindness,

the pray, 'let these seeds get deleted'

그대는 그대 자신의 각성에 깨어나고 있다,

영적인 것의 탄생이라 할 수도 있겠다

그리고 그것으로,

우리 안에서 지금껏 알아차려지지 못한 채 작용하고 있는 것, 그것이 무엇이든,

이래서 내가 이 기도를 만든다,

'무슨 씨앗이든 내 안에서 여전히 살아 있는, 내가 인식하지 못하고 있는 것일 수 있는,

계속 살아서, 고통과 아픔, 집착, 영적으로 눈 먼 열매들을 맺는 것,

그 씨앗들이 지워지도록 해주세요'라 기도해라

and if your prayer is genuine,

even if you say, 'i don't know how sincere i am, i see that i'm so unstable in my mind,

please this i also have prayer that i awaken more into my true nature where these things become irrelevant'

then the prayer begin to get answers,

is like to show you something, you come to recognize, 'ah this thing!'

and you'll keep on doing it

bring situations where you are awaken to, 'ah this tendency is still coming'

그리고 그대의 기도가 진심이라면

'난 내가 어떻게 진심일지 모르겠다'라 한다 해도,

'난 나의 마음에서 아주 불안정한 것을 본다, 부디 이것 또한 기도로,

이런 것들과 관계 없는 나의 진짜 본성으로 더욱 깨어나도록'

그러면 기도가 답을 얻기 시작한다

그대에게 무언가를 보여주는 것 같다, 그대가 알아차리게 된다, '아 이것!'

그리고 그대는 계속해서 그렇게 할 것이다

'아 이 습성이 아직 나타나는구나'라고 깨어나는 상황을 가져온다

sometimes it works immediately,

but sometimes it takes a while, something begins to be clear

but for those who are able to say this,

as long as personal identity is still alive in us, it will keep bringing it up

so the second part of the prayer is this, 'rid me of this ego, and absorb me in'

because when you see the personal identity or ego, it's the hub

you can spend 10 life times purifying it, still not get pure enough

i found that to offer, 'i surrender the sense of myself'

because so much fear is in losing the sense of who we think are

or becoming sick or being attacked,

so that fear holds the ego in shape

so what is it looking for is protection and the safety

너무나 많은 두려움이, 우리라 생각하는 느낌을 잃는 것에 있으므로

혹은 아파질까, 공격 받을까

this is why i say, greater than the healing and the problem solving

is to transcend the ego

you get sick, you get healed, you get sick again another moment,

you're always representing yourself as a person and suffer the outcome of the ego

이래서 내가 말하는 것이다

치유와 문제 해결보다 큰 것이,

에고를 변형시키는 것이다

그대가 아프다, 낫는다, 또 다른 순간 다시 아파진다

그대가 항상 그대 자신을 제한된 인식으로 나타내고, 그 에고의 결과로 고통을 겪는다

우리가 일들이 일어나게 하는 자들이라면,

신은 무엇을 하고 있는가

진실한 바라봄에서 사랑이 나올 것이다

하나임의 느낌과 기쁨,

그리고 두려움과 공격성이 줄어든다,

그냥 자리잡는 느낌

 what appears in the mind is you?

and what are you?

an object inside your own perception?

because the world ask you to define yourself,

so you have to find a shape,

because the world accepts that, 'ok we know how to define you'

anything that define you? anything that can even find you?

including yourself

마음에 나타나 보이는 무엇이 그대인가

그리고 그대는 무엇인가

그대의 인식 안에 있는 대상?

왜냐하면 세상은 그대에게 그대 자신을 정의하라고 요청한다

그래서 그대는 모양을 발견해야 한다

세상은 그것을 받아들이므로

'좋다, 우리는 그대를 어떻게 정의할 지 알겠다'

그대를 정의하는 것?

그대를 찾을 수 있는 것??

그대 자신을 포함해서

the joy of being bless even the sense of individuality, when it is rightly grasped

we don't have to destroy individuality, observe it

if you observe something, then dynimics of it slow down

if you observe without identifying, the thing slows down and become less infection,

it becomes reflection actually

and something is seen, cannot be seen by the mind and the senses

존재의 기쁨은, 개별성의 느낌까지 축복한다, 그것이 제대로 이해될 때에는

개별성을 파괴할 필요 없다, 바라봐라

무언가를 바라보면, 그 역동성이 서서히 가라앉는다

동일시하지 않고 바라본다면, 그것은 느려지고, 덜 감염되게 된다

그것이 사실 비추어 바라보는 것이 된다

그리고 무언가가 보인다고 하면, 마음과 감각에 의해 보인다고 할 수 없다

your sadhana has to be very practical

meaning that just like you're looking in the mirror and you find reflection of your face

it has to become more clear like that

그대의 수행은 아주 실용적이어야 한다

거울을 보고, 그대 얼굴이 보이는 것을 발견하는 것처럼

그처럼 더 분명해져야 한다

as long as we are identified with our phenomenal body, 

you'll see a phenomenal world, and phenomenal separation and phenomenal fear,

all of these will come

우리가 현상적인 몸에 동일시되어 있는 한

현상적인 세상을 볼 것이다, 현상적인 분리와 현상적인 두려움,

이런 모든 것이 나타날 것이다

so it is kind of looking,

and become soft

and the fear is gradually leaking away

more peace and empty

바라봄 이라 할 수 있는 것,

그리고 부드럽게 된다

두려움이 점차 빠진다

더 많은 평화과 비어있음

what does the seeing see?

바라봄은 무엇을 바라보는가

because mind will always create something other to see in some way

but the pure seeing itself is what?

almost like just perfume or form of being

the activity of being, i don't know, we can put it like this

마음은 항상 어떤 식으로 다른 바라볼 것을 만들어낼 것이다

하지만 순수한 바라봄 그것 자체는 무엇인가

거의 존재의 향기나 형상과 같다

존재의 활동, 모르겠다, 이런 식으로 말해볼 수도 있겠다

if you see without commenting, then seeing and being are one

seeing is not shopping, is not picking up new things, just the joy of being

all you see are reflection of the perfection of god's creation

but i don't want to put that some mighty things

just let's come back to the basics

whatever arises, the mind and the shapes,

mind cannot exist without something sees

what you call mind is the function as the phenomenal world rising though the senses and the mind

첨가하는 것 없이 바라본다면, 

그러면 바라봄과 존재는 하나다

바라봄이란 쇼핑하지 않는다, 새로운 것들을 집어들지 않는다, 그냥 존재의 기쁨이다

그대가 보는 모든 것이 신이 만들어내는 것의 완벽함이 비추어 보이는 것이다

하지만 난 그것을 거창하게 말하고 싶지 않다

그냥 기초로 돌아가자

무엇이 일어나든, 마음과 모양들,

마음은 무언가가 바라보지 않고는 존재할 수 없다

그대가 마음이라 하는 것은 감각과 마음을 통해 일어나는 현상적 세상으로서의 작용이다

and that which is seeing them is also dressed in a kind of phenomenality,

assumes to be a person

and if the consicousness is behaving as the person perceiving other things,

then there is always the difference

but when even the sense of the person is seen, 

the person who is seeing all things phenomenally and mentally,

the person is included in the object of perception,

everything changes

그것들을 바라보는 그것이 또한 현상과 같은 복장을 하고 있다

제한된 인식으로 추정된다

의식이, 다른 것들을 인식하는 제한된 인식으로 움직이면,

항상 차이가 있다

하지만 제한된 인식의 느낌조차 보이면

모든 것들을 현상적으로, 정신적으로 바라보는 자,

그 자가 인식의 대상에 포함되면

모든 것이 변한다

this is your contemplation today

이것이 오늘 그대의 숙고다

if we are the ones making things happen,

then what is god doing?

우리가 일들이 일어나게 하는 자들이라면,

신은 무엇을 하고 있는가

so that's enough now

it has to be enough that you can sit with something

지금은 이것으로 충분하다

그대가 붙들고 앉을 수 있는 

out of this true seeing will come love

sense of unity and oneness and joy,

and reducing of fear and aggressivenss,

sense of just groundedness

이 진실한 바라봄에서 사랑이 나올 것이다

하나임의 느낌과 기쁨,

그리고 두려움과 공격성이 줄어든다,

그냥 자리잡는 느낌

you cannot separate the smell of flower from flower

so the perfume of being is this joy, this love, sense of harmony

don't say, 'yes i can see harmony'

no, leave the flower alone, enjoy the fragrance

this flower you cannot see

the fragrance you can taste

꽃의 향기와 꽃을 분리할 수 없다

존재의 향기는 이 기쁨, 사랑, 조화의 느낌이다

'그렇다 난 조화를 볼 수 있다'고 하지 마라

아니다, 꽃을 내버려둬라, 향기를 즐겨라

이 꽃은 그대가 볼 수 없다

그 향기는 그대가 맡을 수 있다

다른 이들보다 위에, 혹은 더 낫게 있으려는 욕망,

이런 모든 것들이 에고에서 나온다

그것이 자신 의 모든 것-임에서 바라보아질 때,

무언가가 변한다

이것이 언제일까

we have matured enough to grasp this

because something inside you doesn't want to hear it

that which doesn't want to hear it is the thing that keeps us in bound

after story after story, life after life

to crack that, to break that mechanism

because you qualifies somehow

우리는 이것을 이해할 만큼 성숙했다

그대 안의 무언가가 이것을 듣고 싶어하지 않는다

이것을 듣고 싶어하지 않는 그것이, 우리를 가두어 두는 그것이다

이야기, 또 이야기,

삶, 이후 또 삶

그것을 깨부수는 것, 그 작동방식을 부순다

어떻든 그대는 그럴 만하므로

it has to be understanding

understanding is the bullet

that's the real knowledge that is practical, accessible, potent, now

이해여야 한다

이해가 총알이다

그것이 진짜 앎이다, 실용적이고 접근 가능하고, 강력한, 지금 이다

yes the beingness is not locked in the body

even mind is not locked in the body

certainly the self is not locked in the body

a sense of individuality is a bit locked in the body apparently, or locked with the body

존재는 몸 안에 갇혀 있지 않다

마음조차 몸 안에 갇혀 있지 않다

물론 자신 은 몸 안에 갇혀 있지 않다

개별성이란 느낌은 좀 몸 안에 갇혀 있는 것 같다, 아니면 몸과 같이

so where exactly are you?

you being what?

are you locked into something?

shape, concept, feeling, memory, desire, form?

그대는 정확히 어디에 있는가

무엇인 그대?

그대는 무언가 안에 갇혀 있는가

모양, 개념, 느낌, 기억, 욕망, 형상인가

but the part of the functioning of individuality quicly dismisses this

superficially individuality will continue because it is not disgusting to god

but it must be recognized within the totality of the self

and enmity, fear, arrogance, hatred, all these things will not proliferate

because they're based on the individuality and fear

that sprouts out of personhood and desire,

and desire to be above or better,

all of these things come out of ego

하지만 개별성 작용의 일부는 재빨리 이것을 무시한다

표면상으로야 개별성은 계속 갈 것이다,

신에게 역겨운 것이 아니므로

하지만 자신 의 전체성 안에서 이해되어야 한다

그래서 적대감, 두려움, 거만함, 증오, 이런 모든 것들이 증식하지 않도록

그것들은 개별성과 두려움에 근거해 있다

제한된 인식과 욕망에서 나오는 것이다

다른 이들보다 위에, 혹은 더 낫게 있으려는 욕망,

이런 모든 것들이 에고에서 나온다

when that is seen in the all-ness of the self, something changes about it

when will this be?

그것이 자신 의 모든 것-임에서 바라보아질 때,

무언가가 변한다

이것이 언제일까

everybody's after something-ness

you found this beautiful emptiness

but it's not the emptiness of the mind

it's emptiness of the heart

it doesn't have to be full of worldly things and worldly plans

everything is unfolding

everything is universe, is just unfolding

everything is so spontaneously taken care of

it's so with you also

the life enormouse as it is, is unfolding, is sweet harmony with your own being

모두가 무언가 를 쫓고 있다

그대는 이 아름다운 비어있음을 발견했다

하지만 그것은 마음의, 비어있음이 아니다

가슴의, 비어있음이다

세상의 것들과 세상의 계획들로 차 있을 것 없다

모든 것이 펼쳐지고 있다

모든 것이 전체다, 그냥 펼쳐진다

모든 것이 너무나 즉시적으로 보살펴진다

그대와도 또한 마찬가지다

삶은 엄청난 대로, 펼쳐지고 있다, 그대의 존재와의 달콤한 조화로

it is like that

but i want to hear it from you

do you see, are you experiencing?

or are you still trying to prove yourself to the world?

the world is a mess at the human level, at the mind level

but still in the mess, god's got it

he still gives you the eyes to see the beauty, the harmony, the grace

that continue to flourish in the midst of our mess

그와 같다

하지만 나는 그것을 그대로부터 듣고 싶다

그대가 보는가, 그대가 경험하는가

아니면 여전히 그대 자신을 세상에 입증하려 애쓰고 있는가

나 가 나 의식에서 제한된 인식의 나 로 변환된 것처럼

우리는 제한된 인식의 나 를 살고 있다

제한된 인식의 나 는 사실이 아니다

if your heart is open, and you have 2 days, god will satisfy you in those 2 days

but you want to go your own way

and then also he'll let you do, later you'll come to a wiser place

그대의 가슴이 열려 있다면, 

그리고 그대에게 이틀이 있다, (여기에 머물)

신은 그대를 그 이틀 안에 만족시킬 것이다

그대의 마음이 무슨 말을 하든, 그것은 바로 지금 이 아니다

가지 않을 것은 무엇인가

you find the deep rest within your being

and the quiet joy

and in that a kind of voiceless voice tells you, 'you're good, i'm with you'

그대는 그대 존재 안에서 깊은 쉼을 발견해라

그리고 고요한 기쁨을

그 안에서, 소리 없는 것 같은 목소리가 그대에게 말한다, '너는 괜찮다, 나는 너와 함께 있다'

first like this, 'i am with you',

i am in you,

i am you

먼저 이렇다, '나는 너와 함께 있다',

나는 네 안에 있다,

나는 너다

에고 버전의 그대는, 아름다운 삶을 만들 수 없다

그러기로 되어 있지가 않다

잠시 아주 만족스러움을 느낄 수는 있다, 곧 무언가가 일어난다, 그대의 세상이 무너진다

하지만 그대가 그대의 가슴에 있을 때,

세상이 무너진다 해도, 괜찮은 것 같다

that is maturity for human beings 

what brought you here to this life, for what?

everything that you consider precious, it will go one day

including this body that you want to enjoy

what will not go?

don't think future

it must be here now

in the midst of everything that is changing

it's not some thing that is full of ideas

인간 존재의 성숙이란 그것이다

무엇이 그대를 여기에, 이 삶에 데리고 왔는가, 무엇 때문에?

그대가 소중하다고 생각하는 모든 것이, 어느 날 갈 것이다

그대가 누리고 싶어하는 이 몸을 포함해서

무엇이 가지 않을까

미래로 생각하지 마라

지금 여기에 있는 것이어야 한다

변하는 모든 것 중에

개념들로 차 있는 것이 아니다

mind is full of ideas

is the option we have?

마음은 생각들로 가득 차 있다

그것이 우리가 선택할 수 있는 것인가

now by grace come to you, let everything go for a moment,

don't throw them away, don't curse anything,

detach you from everything including the idea you have of yourself

and i will gurantee it's not going to be trageday for you

try and see

이제 은혜로움에 의해 그대에게 온 것이,

잠시 모든 것을 놓아라

내던지지 마라, 어떤 것도 저주하지 마라

모든 것에서 그대를 떼어내라, 그대가 그대 자신에 대해 갖는 생각을 포함해서

그리고 내가 보증하겠다, 그것은 그대에게 비극이 아닐 것이다

해 보고, 봐라

you don't have to announce it

to yourself

if you're the only living being on this planet, would this still be meaningless for you?

this is still valuable

the one who gave opportunity, make sure this is worth for you

그것을 알릴 필요 없다

그대 자신에게다

그대가 이 행성에서 유일하게 살아 있는 존재라 해도, 

이것이 그대에게 의미 없을까

여전히 가치 있다

기회를 주는 자, 그대에게 이것이 가치 있다

this discovery of the unchanging makes the realm of the changeful beautiful

but if the realm of the changeful is domninated by the person and ego, 

then you find too much, you cannot handle

only in harmony takes care of beautifully

변하지 않는 것의 발견이, 

변하는 것의 영역을 아름답게 한다

하지만 변하는 영역이 제한된 인식과 에고에 의해 지배된다면

그러면 그대는 과한 것으로 본다, 그대가 대처할 수 없는 것으로

오로지 조화에서 아름답게 보살펴진다

and the more you're introduced to this, 

there discovery more and more in your heart

you realize that 'i have been living pretty much living lie'

you by yourself in the egoic version of yourself can make beautiful life

is not meant to work like that

you may feel very satisfied for a while, you find soon, something happens, your world is falling apart

but when you're in your heart, if world falls apart, it's kind of ok

그리고 그대가 이것에 더욱 소개될수록

그대의 가슴에서 점점 더 많은 발견이 있다

그대는, '난 상당히 거짓을 살았구나'라고 깨닫는다

에고 버전의 그대는, 아름다운 삶을 만들 수 없다

그러기로 되어 있지가 않다

잠시 아주 만족스러움을 느낄 수는 있다, 곧 무언가가 일어난다, 그대의 세상이 무너진다

하지만 그대가 그대의 가슴에 있을 때,

세상이 무너진다 해도, 괜찮은 것 같다

영원한 어리석음 또한 없다

어느 지점에서 아주 고통스럽게 된다

i am the pure awareness

what does awareness look like?

it is inside the form, and the form is inside it also

but it's not being limited by being in the form

when he goes in the form, 

is something fundamental?

나 란 순수 각성이다

각성은 어떤 모양인가

형상 안에 있다, 그리고 형상 또한 그것 안에 있다

it is always here for everyone

it all arrive within this play of personhood

so rare is anyone who will go beyond the manifestation of consciousness

although 100% we are this

you see all the difficulty is in the mind

여기에서 마음은, 단지 그것을 비추는, 거울처럼 되어야 한다

그 온갖 어려움이란, 마음에 있다

i say one time, when you can bear and be your own emptiness,

you are free

something is afraid of emptiness

it was the mind's philosophy that zero is negative, the emptiness is blackhole, hell, eternal death,

this is concept from your mind

there is no eternal death

내가 말한 적 있다, 그대 자신의 비어있음을 견딜 수 있을 때,

비어있음으로 있을 수 있을 때,

그대는 자유다

무언가가 비어있음을 두려워한다

0 은 부정적이다, 비어있음은 블랙홀이다, 지옥, 영원한 죽음이다 라는 것은 마음의 철학이었다

마음에서 나오는 개념이다

영원한 죽음은 없다

there is not even eternal stupdity

it becomes so painful at a certain point

영원한 어리석음 또한 없다

어느 지점에서 아주 고통스럽게 된다

단지 제안, 답변을 내줄 수 있을 뿐이다

하지만 찾는 자가 질문과 답에 관심이 있는 한

그것은 현상적인 것으로 응답할 수 있을 뿐이다

'그것이다, 이것이다,

그것이나 저것이 아니라면, 그게 뭔가?'

좌절한 자조차 그 안에서 나타난다

he cannot give you this, only hide this

마음은 그대에게 이것 을 내줄 수 없다, 숨길 뿐이다

is it something tangible or intangible?

what is here?

how old?

is this i?

what gender, what race, what religion?

intuition is your servant, that it says, it is intangible

유형의 것인가, 아닌가

여기에 있는 것은 무엇인가

몇 살인가

이것 이 나인가

무슨 성별인가, 무슨 인종인가, 무슨 종교인가

직관은 그대에게 봉사하는 자다, 

유형의 것이 아닌 것이라 한다

is it that mind is looking for the object to say, 'ah, this is',

and also seen

is prior to any of that

if you ask with your mind, mind cannot accept any answer that is not tangible

but mind itself is seen

and its atempt to find answer is also seen

what is here?

don't be too linear

even the i am sense is seen

마음이, '아, 이것이다'라 말할 수 있는,

마음이 대상으로 찾고 있는 것인가,

또한 바라보아진다

그런 어느 것이든, 그 이전에 있다

그대가 그대의 마음으로 묻는다면, 마음은 유형이 아닌 것은 어떤 것도 받아들일 수 없다

하지만 마음 그 자체가 바라보아진다

그리고 답을 발견하려는 그것의 시도 또한

여기에 무엇이 있는가

너무 직선상이지 마라

내가 있다 는 느낌 또한 바라보아진다

mind is very smart, but it is not real

it can only give suggestions and answers

but as long as the seeker is interested in question and answers,

it can only respond with something phenomenal,

'it is that, is this, if that is not that or this, what is that?'

even the frustrated one is showing up in him

마음은 아주 영리하다, 하지만 진짜는 아니다

단지 제안, 답변을 내줄 수 있을 뿐이다

하지만 찾는 자가 질문과 답에 관심이 있는 한

그것은 현상적인 것으로 응답할 수 있을 뿐이다

'그것이다, 이것이다,

그것이나 저것이 아니라면, 그게 뭔가?'

좌절한 자조차 그 안에서 나타난다

but very quickly in the past, you're identified with those states, 

'i don't know what to do'

this 'i don't know what to do' is just a fleeting sensation,

also a state of mind

하지만 과거에는 아주 빠르게, 그대는 그런 상태들과 동일시되었다,

'난 몰라'

이 '난 몰라'는 단지 지나가는 감각일 뿐이다

마음의 한 상태일 뿐이다

you cannot be an object of perception to see yourself

그대는 그대 자신을 볼 수 있는, 

인식의 대상일 수 없다
