그대는 떠나지 않았다

나는 그대를 설득하려 하는 것이 아니다, 그대의 가슴이 그대를 납득시켜야 한다

그대가 귀 기울여 듣고, 그대가 안으로 점검한다

내가 그대와 나누고 있는 것으로, 시험해 본다, 맛 보고 바라본다

그러면 그대의 분별이 점점 예리해진다, 점점 명확해진다

or if you wish, you can say, 'i don't know where to go with this. on this side, it seems like i'd love to be with you just totally, but if i do that, my congretation won't understand, they will throw me out, get another path

so what to do now

really genuinely present that like that in your heart and you'll find the best solution for you and your - and everybody will be fine

 

혹은 그대가 바란다면, 

'나는 이것으로 어디로 가야 할 지 모르겠다,

이쪽에서, 나는 완전히 당신과 함께 있고 싶은 것 같다

하지만 내가 그런다면, 나와 함께 하는 이들이 이해하지 못할 것이다

그들은 나를 내던질 것이다, 다른 길을 가라

 

그래서 이제 어떻게 해야 하는가

정말 진심으로 그것을 나타내라, 이처럼, 그대의 가슴으로

그러면 그대는 그대와 그대의 이들을 위한 가장 좋은 해결책을 발견할 것이다

그리고 모두가 괜찮을 것이다

 

you already have gone through training and to come to a place where you're hoping enough, not to worship God but to discover God

and to see that this took place in your heart

you did not leave and take a highway to a heaven, you did not go on any other special place and didn't ritual at all

by grace, only just following some guidance from your own sangha, you found

 

(나는 그대와 만나고 싶다)

그대는 이미 단련 을 겪은데다, 충분히 바랄 만한 자리에 이르러 있다, 신을 숭배하는 것이 아니라 발견하는 것을

 

그리고 이것이 그대의 가슴 안에서 일어난 것을 본다

그대는 떠나지 않았다, 고속도로를 타고 천국에 간 것이 아니다

어느 다른 특별한 곳을 간 것이 아니다, 그리고 의식을 행한 것도 아니었다

은혜로움에 의해, 단지 그저 그대의 공동체로부터의 안내를 좀 따라가다, 발견했다

 

and this is the basis of all satsang

all satsang arising within this, out of this and inside this

and all of you and everyone who is hearing my voice, you are inside the very heart of satsang, you are inside already the very heart of God

whatever it is that we might be holding on to in some ways, some ideas and so on, you say like this,

as you develop in your maturiry and you are actually not just thinking about satsang, not just thinking about what you are being shared with you, but you are experiencing, verifying through your experience, 'ah, it is so'

and all the old concerns and charts and worries, they are melting also, in the light of your awakening

this is what is happening for you, everybody, is like that

and keep your heart open, melting and merging in confidence, that is being revealed in you

 

그리고 이것이 모든 공동체의 근본이다

모든 사트상이 이 안에서 일어난다, 이것에서 나온다, 이것 안에 있다

그대들 모두, 나의 목소리를 듣는 모두가 공동체의 그 가슴 안에 있다

그대들은 이미 신의 가슴 바로 그 안에 있다

 

우리가 어떤 식에서,  어떤 생각 등을 붙들고 있는 그것이 무엇이든

그대가 그대의 성숙으로 자랄수록, 그대는 사실 그냥 사트상에 대해 생각만 하지 않는다

그대와 나누어지는 것에 대해 생각만 하지 않는다

그대의 경험을 통해, '아, 그렇구나' 경험하고, 확인한다

 

그러면 모든 낡은 우려들, 기록, 걱정들, 그것들이 또한 녹아간다

그대 깨어남의 빛 안에서

이것이 그대들 모두에게 일어나고 있는 것이다

 

그리고 그대의 가슴을 열어두어라, 자신 있게 녹도록, 합쳐지도록 두어라

그것이 그대 안에서 드러난다

 

 

if you hold on mind and identity, you'll find your holding, still doubts come

you feel, 'oh what if this happens-',

if you're going to live in this -what if- world, 

it means that somehow we're still clinging some projections and some fear

but what you're discovering through your satsang, it is not engineering any fear of its own

fear comes as a kind of reflex and resistance that comes from your personhood, which is equating with the mind itself

 

그대가 마음과 동일시를 붙든다면, 그대는 그대가 붙드는 것을 발견할 것이다, 여전히 의심이 온다

'아 이런 일이 일어나면 어쩌지' 로 느낀다

그대가 이 -그렇다면 어쩌지- 의 세상에서 산다면

어떻든 아직 좀 투사들과 두려움을 잡고 있다는 뜻이다

 

하지만 그대의 사트상을 통해 그대가 발견하고 있는 것은, 그 자체가 두려움을 만들어내는 것은 아니다

두려움은 그대의 제한된 인식에서, 습성과 저항 같은 것으로 온다

마음과 같은 것이다

 

is our personal identity and personal conditioning becomes so important but mostly is imagined

is like a mask of time and shape worn over the absolute awareness itself

and we're experiencing through the mask thinking yourself to be the mask

and satsang is unmasking

the supreme is not another mask, it is your true face

 

우리의 제한된 인식에의 동일시와 조건화가 아주 중요해진 것이다,

대개는 상상된 것이

 

절대 각성 자체에 시간과 모양의 가면이 씌워진 것 같다

그리고 우리는 가면을 통해, 그대 자신이 가면인 것으로 경험하고 있다

 

사트상은 가면을 벗기는 것이다

최상의 존재는 또 다른 가면이 아니다, 그대의 진짜 얼굴이다

 

there is nothing in the way that is put there by God, by truth

everything is only through our conditoning, our clinging to conditioning

and yet at the same time, grace is upon you

because grace has brought you to satsang and has touched you

but still that mind 으-, what's going to happen if because now you're experiencing a world of uncertainty

but the mind itself is a world of uncertaintities, but it gives you all this pictures that project all these things that promises that are not being fulfilled and we are hanging on to this promises

 

신에 의해, 진리에 의해 두어진, 길을 막는 것은 없다

모든 것이 단지 우리 조건화, 조건화에 대한 집착을 통해서이다

하지만 동시에, 은혜로움이 그대에게 드리워져 있다

은혜로움이 그대를 사트상에 데려왔고, 그대에게 닿았다

 

하지만 아직 마음이 으-, '이러저러하면 어쩌지',

왜냐하면 이제 그대는 불확실성의 세상을 경험하고 있기 때문이다

 

하지만 마음 자체가 불활실한 것들의 세상이다,

그러나 마음은 그대에게 온갖 그림, 투사들을 준다,

채워지지 않는 약속들이다

그리고 우리는 이 약속들에 매달리고 있다

 

i'm not going to try to convince you, your heart must convince you

if you listen and you check in, with what i'm sharing with you, tested it out, taste and see

and your discernment must be becoming more acute, more clear
