그대는 감각들을 베어낼 필요 없다, 공격적인 것이 아니다, 그것은 놀이를 벌일 수 있다

하지만 중독될 수 있는 자, 필요에 굶주려 하는 자, 그것을 그대가 변형시킨다

when you truly stay, when i say 'stay', until there's no effort to stay

then also whatever arises as mind, the psychological play of the mind which comes to invite you back into personhood, is quickly detected, quickly recognized and discarded,

quickly seen like this, when it's seen, its venom is neutralized, you have not taken the bait

as long as the body is there, and the life force is there, and consciousness is there,

머무는데 노력이 들지 않을 때까지 이다

그대를 다시 제한된 인식으로 초대하기 위해 오는 심리적 마음의 놀이가

재빨리 탐지된다

재빨리 알아차려지고 처리된다

 

이처럼 재빨리 보여지면, 그 독이 중화된다, 그대는 깨물리지 않았다

이런 식으로, 어떻든 그대 자신의 존재를 단련시킨다

그대의 분별력이 훨씬 더 예리하고 성숙해진다

 

몸이 있는 한, 생명력이 있고, 의식이 있는 한,

동일시의 놀이를 위한, 생각 활동의 가능성이 오게 마련이다
