내가 그대에게 뭔가 전한다면, 그대는 그것을 갖고 씨름해야 한다

그대 가슴에서 그대의 목표가,

그대가 읽은, 들은 자유 라면- (Ashtavakra Gita, Vagavad Gita----------)

그대가 읽은 것들, 그것들이 그대에게 영향을 미친다면

 

그것들은 그대에게 감명을 주기 위해 있는 것이 아니다, 영적인 환상을 만들어내기 위해 있는 것이 아니다

그들의 손이 그대를 도와 그대 자신을 그대의 가슴으로 잡아당긴다

그리고 그대는 그것을 진지하게 받아들여야 한다

 

그렇지 않으면 우리는 놓친다

i want to share something with you, not just what you want to ask

i said, i know i'm in the right company

you have to choose to be that company

나는 그대와 나누고 싶은 것이 있다, 단지 그대가 묻고 싶어하는 것이 아니라

나는 내가 나누고 싶은 것에 맞는 이들과 함께 있다는 것을 안다

그대는 그렇게 함께함을 선택해야 한다

and if something of the highest value can be shared

i feel it could be this, all of this by habit refer to our self, of course as i, everyone, universally you speak i

and this i, for most of our life, it's not really questioned at all

and nobody challenge each other about it

people say all kinds of things in relating about i

but i can say this now, if there is another group who didn't have the time we spent together,

maybe i would have to say other things first

i can say to you now that i day to day, the i that say ourselves, even by ourselves we relate from, and to, so often most of the day, for some people, all of the day,

that i is not true

it really isn't

and i really feel like today you should listen as though maybe you'll never hear me something again

if i impart something to you, you have to tackle that

there's no other way to be free in the highest sense than from transcending that very very limited identity, it has to be done

 

가장 높은 가치의 것이 나누어질 수 있다면

나는 이것일 수 있다 라 느껴진다

 

이런 모든 것, 습관으로, 우리 자신을 그것으로 말하는

모두가, 온 세상이, 나 를 말한다

그리고 이 나,

혼자 있을 때조차, 그 근거에서 나오는, 그렇게 연결하는,

너무나 자주, 하루 중 대부분을, 어떤 사람들에게는, 하루종일

 

그 나 는 진짜가 아니다

정말 아니다

 

나는 오늘 그대가 아마 다시는 내가 뭔가 말하지 않을 수 있다 는 것처럼 들어야 한다 라 느낀다

내가 그대에게 뭔가 전한다면, 그대는 그것을 갖고 씨름해야 한다

가장 높은 의미에서, 자유로워질 수 있는 다른 방법이 없다,

그 아주 아주 제한된 동일시를 변형시키는 것으로,

그것이 끝내져야 한다

 

and is not even just about the time, it's about the opportunity

but i have to mention the time also, because if i don't bring it forward like this in your face,

your mind, our mind will continue as it has done for a very long time, to just not take it seriously

we continue to talk about our problems, what happen, what we need, everything almost totally based, at least quite high percentage of it is based on personal identity

now over the years, i am sure that each one has an identity which is blend of the personhood and the witness of being, the sense i am

and it is moved at least a little bit more deeply into that beyond theory,

is moved into a place, you may say, where it is operative, it is functional, it become part of your being

but how long it will take to drop this i?

and i'm not going to say, someone need to drop the i, yes we can use this terminology

but at least to verify that that i is always limited

 

단지 시간에 대한 것도 아니다, 기회에 대한 것이다

하지만 나는 시간 또한 언급해야 한다, 내가 이렇게 그대 앞에 내놓지 않는다면,

그대의 마음은, 우리의 마음은 계속해서 오랫동안 하던 대로 할 것이다,

진지하게 받아들이지 않을 것이다

우리는 계속해서 우리 문제, 일어나는 것, 우리에게 필요한 것에 대해 말한다,

모든 것이 거의, 최소한 상당히 높은 비중이, 제한된 인식의 동일시에 근거한다

 

수 년 동안,

내가 확신한다,

각자, 제한된 인식과 존재의 주시, 내가 있다 는 느낌이 섞인 동일시를 갖고 있다

적어도 조금 더 깊이, 이론 을 넘어서 이동했다

그것이 그대 존재의 부분이 되었다, 작용중이다 라 할 자리로 이동했다

하지만 이 나 를 떨구는데 얼마나 걸릴까

 

나는 누군가가 그 나 를 떨구어야 한다 라 말하려는 것이 아니다

물론 우리는 이 표현을 사용할 수 있다

하지만 적어도 나 는 항상 제한되어 있다 는 것을 확인해라

 

and if we retain the identity with the i, with any practice he does, he will not reach

yes, if we have identity, hold identity, and say you are good person, not an evil person

우리가 그 나 를 가진 동일시를 갖고 있다면,

어느 수행을 하든, 이르지 못할 것이다

그 자신이 이 자리라 확신하기 때문에

 

그리고 그 자리에서, 계속하는 것은,

우리 자신이 아주 높은 곳에, 천국의 영역에 있다 라 상상하는 것이다

 

우리가 동일시를 갖고 있다, 잡고 있다, 

그리고 그대는 좋은 사람이다, 나쁜 사람이 아니다 라 말한다

자비롭고 친절하며, 정의롭고, 공정하고, 사랑하고, 비난하지 않는다 라 하자

그대가 신을 존중하지 않고, 좋은 자질을 갖고 있다 하더라도

그것이 그대의 의식을 높일 것이다

 

but if your aim in your heart is the freedom that you read about, hear about,

if you're reading- texts and they impact on you,

they're not there to impress you, to create spiritual fantasies

their hand that helps you to pull yourself into your heart, and you have to take it seriously

otherwise we miss it

 

하지만 그대 가슴에서 그대의 목표가, 그대가 읽은, 들은 자유 라면

그대가 읽은 것들, 그것들이 그대에게 영향을 미친다면

 

그것들은 그대에게 감명을 주기 위해 있는 것이 아니다, 영적인 환상을 만들어내기 위해 있는 것이 아니다

그들의 손이 그대를 도와 그대 자신을 그대의 가슴으로 잡아당긴다

그리고 그대는 그것을 진지하게 받아들여야 한다

 

그렇지 않으면 우리는 놓친다
