사랑과 지혜와 자각은 다르지 않다

if one prays for pure love to be expressed here, you must remove the ego

that interferes and distorts love

you can say, maybe pure love will dissolve ego

yes, it's true, maybe, but if we have a concept of love, it will not destroy ego

so love must replace you

love and wisdom and self awareness is not different

if love, in this highest meaning, means the unity of being

that the sense of otherness in love, although it appears superficially otherness, but it is inside the one

 

순수한 사랑이 여기에서 표현되기를 기도한다면,  에고를 제거해야 한다

그것이 사랑을 방해하고 왜곡한다

 

아마도 순수한 사랑이 에고를 사라지게 할 것이라 말할 수도 있겠다

그렇다, 사실이다, 아마,

하지만 우리가 사랑에 대한 개념을 갖고 있다면, 에고를 무너뜨리지 못할 것이다

 

그래서 사랑이 그대를 대체해야 한다

사랑과 지혜와 자각은 다르지 않다

가장 높은 뜻에서의 사랑은 존재의 하나임 이다

사랑에서 다른 것이란 느낌은, 그것이 표면적으로 다른 것으로 나타나 보일지라도, 

하나 안에서이다

 

when i said one time, i don't find in my contemplation, there's real dialogues in the world, it's all monologue

it is like that, apparent dialogues but all monologue

meaning that the self is conversing with the self about selfness

rather 'i am conversing with you about truth', we still hold our seperate identity

 

내가 한 번 말한 적 있다, 나의 숙고에서 나는, 세상에 실제로 대화가 있다고 발견하지 못한다,

모두 혼잣말이다

대화처럼 보인다, 하지만 모두 혼자 하는 말이다

자신 이 자신 과 자신임 에 대해 교류하고 있다는 뜻이다

 

'내가 너와 진리에 대해 이야기하고 있다' 라기 보다

그것은 아직 우리가 분리되어 있는 정체성을 붙들고 있는 것이다

 

it's easier said than understood sometimes deeply

refers to i can have understanding

but when we have yearning for fulfill the understanding, then the seed has to sprout

somebody here recently said to me, 'today is anniversary of 8 years sinece i met you' something like that

then '8 years ago, you planted the seed inside my heart'

and 'that was really valuable for me'

 

때로는 깊이 이해하는 것보다 말하기가 쉽다

'나는 이해할 수 있다' 라 말한다

하지만 우리가 그 이해를 이루려는 열망을 갖고 있다면, 씨앗이 싹을 내야 한다

 

여기에 있는 누군가가 최근에 내게 말했다, '오늘은 내가 당신을 만난 지 8년이 되는 기념일이다' 와 같은 그런 식으로

'8년 전, 당신이 나의 가슴 안에 씨앗을 심었다'

'그것은 나에게 정말 가치있는 것이었다'

 

i said, if the seed was planted 8 years ago, by now you should be a mighty tree

don't terrorist the seed

if the seed is planted, the seed of truth, 

Jesus also say, unless the seed falls to the ground and die, the tree does not appear

 

나는 말했다, 씨앗이 8년 전 심어졌다면, 지금쯤 그대는 거대한 나무로 있어야 한다

 

씨앗을 테러하지 마라

씨앗이 심어진다면, 진리의 씨앗,

Jesus 또한 말한다, 씨앗이 땅에 떨어져 죽지 않는다면, 나무는 나타나지 않는다

 

that was the seed that was to sprout within

and remove the seperate seeingness of it, became the tree that produces numerable seeds actually

 

그 씨앗은, 싹을 내야 할 씨앗인 것이다

분리되어 있는 것으로 바라보는 것을 제거한다

사실 나무는 무수히 많은 씨앗들을 만들어내게 된다
