그것 말고는, 그대가 알아야 하거나 알 만한 가치 있는 그대인 것은 없다

어떤 것도 기대하지 않는 자는, 그 자의 존재는 모든 곳을 느낀다-

이런 식으로, 스스로에게 깨어나는 자에게는,

매일이 그대 최고의 날이다, 매 순간이 그대 최고의 순간이다

그것이 고통일지라도

it's not good to know too much for yourself,

there must be an unpredictable elements in us,

we must not be too predictable,

but don't try to be unpredictable

 

그대 자신을 위해 너무 많이 아는 것은 좋지 않다

우리 안에는 예상할 수 없는 요소들이 있어야 한다

너무 예상할 수 있는 것이 되지 않아야 한다

하지만 예상할 수 없이 되려고 애쓰지 마라

 

when we are empty, that potential prevail,

it's like you're living your own self discovery, you don't know what's going to say, what your respons will be,

but something is very comfortable,

because it's very unlikely that you are going to freak out, that won't happen,

something knows that, that you are here and can be in the presence of whatever shows up

because something deeply has confirmed already even before a thing happen that it would be phenomenal,

can i speak on behalf or you like that?

 

우리가 비어있을 때, 그 잠재력이 드러난다

 

그대 자신을 발견하는 삶을 사는 것 같다,

그대는 무슨 말을 할 지 모른다, 그대의 대응이 무엇일지도,

하지만 무언가 아주 편안하다

왜냐하면 그대가 이상하게 될 가능성은 거의 없으므로, 그런 일은 일어나지 않을 것이다

무언가가 그것을 안다, 무엇이 나타나든 그 앞에서 그대는 여기에 있고, 여기에 있을 수 있다는 것을 안다

무언가 깊이 이미 확인하고 있다, 일어나기 전에, 그것이 현상적이리라는 것을

 

내가 그대들을 대신해 이렇게 말할 수 있을까

 

before it happen, whatever  happen, even if you don't know what's going to happen,

it is phenomenal, it is a thing that will pass, good or bad,

it has no ever lasting quality, itll come , it will go, in the presence of that which never arrived,

beyond created self,

the more we meditate upon this, it has a power,

we cannot describe, contrary to what we may have expect,

the less there is of you, the full there is of you,

the less there is of our self personally, the greater there is of our self universally,

and that is experience, not merely some projection or some fantasy

 

일어나기 전에,

어디에서 일어나든, 무슨 일이 일어날지 그대가 모른다해도,

그것은 현상적이다, 지나갈 것이다, 좋든 나쁘든,

영원히 계속되는 특질을 갖고 있지 않다,

올 것이다, 갈 것이다, 결코 온 적 없는 것의 존재 안에서,

만들어 낸 자신을 넘어서

 

이것에 대해 우리가 명상할수록, 그것은 힘을 갖는다

우리가 설명할 수 없다, 기대할 수 있을 것과 반대이다

그대가 적어질수록, 그대가 완전해진다

우리가 현상적으로 적어질수록, 제한없는 우리가 더 커진다

그리고 그것은 경험이다, 투사나 환상일 뿐인 것이 아니다

 

because here in Sahaja, we are the experience of our self,

so whatever will be, wherever your steps phisically take, your form physically, you're always here,

here beyond place or geographical location,

and now beyond time,

 

여기 Sahaja 에서, 우리는 우리 자신의 경험이다

무엇이 일어나든, 그대가 물리적으로 어디에 발을 딛든, 육체적으로 어떤 모습을 갖든, 그대는 항상 여기에 있다

장소나 지리적 위치를 벗어난 여기,

그리고 시간을 벗어난 지금

 

don't speak this, because few they are that can comprehend what it means,

and move in that,

because apart from that, there is no particular you to know or really worth knowing actually,

we all live with our invented versions of each other,

and as i believe - say, the only things that separates you from me, is my idea of you

 

이것을 말하지 마라,

무슨 뜻인지 이해하는 사람들이 거의 없다

그리고 그것으로 움직여라

그것 말고는, 그대가 알아야 하거나 알 만한 가치 있는 그대인 것은 없다

우리는 모두, 우리가 만든 버전의 서로로 산다

그리고 - 가 말하는 것을 내가 믿듯, 그대를 나에게서 떨어뜨리는 것은 나의 그대에 대한 생각뿐이다

 

so you are in a wonderful place in yourself,

not knowing what is to come, you may even experience, nothing came,

just i am, wherever i am, wherever i am, i am,

but don't say it, it's only a confirmation in the silence of your being

and outwardly what needs to be done seems to happen as its appropriate to the needs of the moment,

you'll observe and gain correct confidence from seeing that your life is simply unfolding,

even your words that you did not know before,

yourself may be the first time hearing it for yourself,

but don't expect that, don't expect that anything,

that's the best, just be,

 

그러니 그대는 그대 자신 안의 멋진 자리에 있다

무엇이 올 지 모른다,

심지어 아무것도 오지 않았다 는 것을 경험할 수도 있다

그냥 나 이다, 어디에 내가 있든, 내가 어디에 있든, 나는

 

하지만 그것을 말하지 마라, 

그대 존재의 침묵 안에서의 확인일 뿐,

밖으로 행해져야 할 것이 있으면, 그 순간의 필요에 적절한대로 일어나는 것 같다

그대가 볼 것이다, 그대의 삶이 그냥 펼쳐지는 것을 보는 것에서 바른 자신감을 얻을 것이다

그대의 말조차, 이전에 그대는 알지 못했던, 그대가 (그대의 말을) 처음 듣는 것일 수도 있다

 

하지만 그것을 기대하지 마라, 어떤 것도 기대하지 마라

그것이 최고다, 그냥 있어라

 

there's no need for one who is awakening to rehearse any moves in life, i tell you,

then i'm here for you to come back to me and say, 'you are wrong, i need to rehearse',

then we can go and look at aht together,

your best will be a surprise onto yourself, you'll be fresh and refreshing

 

깨어나는 자가 삶에서 어떤 움직임을 연습해야 할 필요 없다, 내가 말한다,

나는 여기에 있으니, 그대가 내게 돌아와, '당신이 틀렸다, 나는 연습할 필요가 있다' 라 말해라,

그럼 우리가 같이 바라볼 수 있다

그대의 최고는 그대 자신에게 놀라움일 것이다, 그대는 신선하고 상쾌할 것이다

 

so i feel very comfortable would you going anywhere

as i said before, from your heart shines the light of the world, don't let your mind cover it,

how it can cover it, by giving attention to that based upon personhood,

this intolerance with cooperating with this notion of our self as a person only,

it can be there, superficially, 

but when the sunlight of real understanding come,

like sometimess when the day is here, is sun is here, sometimes we can still see the moon at the same time, the sun is here,

but nobody writes poetry to the moon in the presence of the sun

 

우리 자신을 제한된 인식으로서만 생각하는 것에

협력하는 것은 참을 수 없음으로

 

그것이 표면적으로 있을 수는 있겠다,

하지만 진짜 이해의 햇빛이 나타나면

 

때로 낮인데, 해가 있는데, 동시에 우리가 달을 본다, 해가 있는데,

해의 존재 앞에서 달에게로의 시를 쓰는 사람은 아무도 없다

 

so our personal idea of our self can be there operating superficially, 

and it's alright that people outwardly take you to be the same person

because we're not here to demonstrate and advertise yourself as an awakened being,

forget about it, just move

and others will somehow bathe in the light of your presence

or not

 

그렇게 우리 자신에 대한 제한된 생각은 표면적으로는 작용할 수 있다,

그리고 밖에서 사람들이 그대를 이전과 같은 사람으로 받아들이는 것은 괜찮다

우리는 여기에 그대 자신을 깨어난 존재로 입증하고 광고하기 위해 있는 것이 아니다

잊어라, 그냥 움직여라

어떻든 다른 이들은 그대 존재의 빛으로 씻겨질 것이다,

아니거나

 

you said yourself, the one who came here as is no longer here, 

where is it? where is it kept in a meanwhle, well, it doesn't exist,

and if you're a person and you're merely upgraded your personhood,

that too will not last,

only that you which cannot be worked on will last, it can only be discovered,

so what an adventure your life will be

 

그대가 말하길, 여기에 그대로서 온 자는 더 이상 없다,

 

그것은 어디에 있는가, 잠시 어디에 두어져있는가,

.........그것은 존재하지 않는다

그대가 제한된 인식이고, 아직 이전보다 나아진 제한된 인식일 뿐이라면,

그것 또한 계속가지 않을 것이다

작업 대상이 될 수 없는 그대만이 계속있을 것이다,

그것은 발견될 수 있을 뿐이다

 

그러니 그대의 삶은 어떤 엄청난 모험일까

 

the one who does not expect anything, that one's being feels everywhere-

this way, for the one who is awakening to themselves,

everyday becomes your best day, every moment, your best moment,

even if it''s a pain, 

your being become like - stone, you're transforming everything into the divine,

there was always the divine, but your seeing has become returned to you the divine

 

어떤 것도 기대하지 않는 자는, 그 자의 존재는 모든 곳을 느낀다-

이런 식으로, 스스로에게 깨어나는 자에게는,

매일이 그대 최고의 날이다, 매 순간이 그대 최고의 순간이다

그것이 고통일지라도,

 

그대 존재는 (변형시키는?) 돌처럼 된다, 모든 것을 신성한 것으로 변형시킨다

신성은 항상 있었지만, 그대의 바라봄이 그대를 신성으로 돌린다

 

this is why i say that you are the seeds of awakening in the sleeping world,

why sleeping, means, when we are not aware of who we truly are, it's called sleeping,

eyes wide open, but sleeping

and even in accepting and pursuing for deeper clarity is awakening

 

이래서 내가, 그대는 잠들어 있는 세상에서 깨어남의 씨앗들이다 라고 말한다

왜 잠들어 있는 것인가, 우리가 진짜 누구인지에 대해 인식하지 못할 때, 그것이 잠이라 불린다

눈을 크게 뜨고 있어도, 잠이다

그리고 보다 깊은 명확성을 받아들이고 추구하는 것도 깨어남이다
