그대가 찾을 수 있는 것의 전부, 가장 높은 것은, 그대이다, 가장 진실한 것

나는 그대가 그대의 마음을 좋은 식으로 단련해야 한다고 그대를 밀어붙일 것이다

그대는 구분해야 한다

그것이 이해의 방식이다, 가장 직접적이다, 가장 효율적이다

 

내가 이전에 말한 것이 있다, 그대이기 위해, 그대가 해야 하는 것은 없다,

하지만 그대가 아닌 것을 멈추기 위해, 일어나야 하는 것이 있다,

나는 그것을 이해라고 한다

the only one who puts their hand up and come up and is quiet,

is the one who is internally resolved also

 

손을 들고 나서서, 조용한 사람은

안에서 해결된 사람뿐이다

 

(나는 해결된 것 같지 않다)

 

it's you who are saying it's not resolved, it's not it and saying it's not resolved,

discern,

we're speaking, don't lose the subject, we're speaking as that which is complete,

for now, we're saying it's the goal of our research and our search, to discover that,

not merely as an intellectual conviction, but as experience,

so goal of the search, is it saying, i'm not resolved and something is saying, i'm not resolved or it is not resolved?

is that too complicated?

 

해결되지 않았다 고 말하는 사람은 그대이다, 그것이 아니다, 그것이 해결되지 않았다고 말하는 것이 아니다

구분해라,

우리가 말하는데, 주체를 잃지 마라, 우리는 완결된 것으로 말하고 있다

 

지금으로선, 그것이 우리 탐구의 목표, 그것을 발견하기 위함 이라고 한다

단지 지적 확신으로서가 아니라, 경험으로서

 

그러니 탐구의 목적, 그것이, 나는 해결되지 않았다, 무언가가, 나는 해결되지 않았다 고 말하는가, 아니면 그것은 해결되지 않은 것인가

 

너무 복잡한가

 

i'm going to push you that you must exercise your mind in a good way,

you must discern, it is the way of understanding, is the most direct, most efficient,

it's not only belief, belief is very good, mighty,

faith is great, but understanding is super,

because understanding reveals the instant, is not creating, understanding reveals,

and it's revealing what is already perfect

 

나는 그대가 그대의 마음을 좋은 식에서 단련해야 한다고 그대를 밀어붙일 것이다

그대는 구분해야 한다

그것이 이해의 방식이다, 가장 직접적이다, 가장 효율적이다

 

단지 믿음일 뿐인 것이 아니다, 믿음은 아주 좋다, 큰 힘을 갖는다

신념은 위대하다, 하지만 이해는 최고이다

이해는 즉시 드러내기 때문이다, 만들어내지 않는다, 이해는 드러낸다

이미 완벽한 것을 드러낸다

 

the other is trying to develop something to be perfect, that's why say, it's not direct,

the perfect is always been perfect, is never been imperfect,

it can only dream the kind of sense of imperfectness in order to have a play of transcendence

 

다른 것은 무언가 완벽하게 만들려 노력한다, 

이래서 말하는 것이다, 이것은 직접적이지 않다

 

완벽은 항상 완벽하다, 불완전한 적이 없다

변형의 놀이를 하기 위해, 일종의 불완전한 느낌을 꿈으로 꿀 수 있을 뿐이다, 

 

when you wake up from the dream, you see it's always been perfect,

the perfect has been playing the sense of imperfection in order to have a joy of transcending,

it's as though consciousness creates the sense of challenge or problems

in order to have the taste or experience of transcending it

 

그대가 꿈에서 깨어날 때, 그대는 그것이 항상 완벽했다는 것을 본다

완벽은 변형의 기쁨을 갖기 위해, 불완전한 느낌의 놀이를 벌여왔다

마치 의식이 도전이나 문제의 느낌을 만들어내는 것이,

그것을 변형시키는 것을 맛 보거나 경험하기 위해서인 것처럼

 

if you can see life in this way, you will not get easily caught,

we believe in our phenomenality, we believe the flesh and blood existence,

we believe that we are the names your parents give you, the job you do, the gender of your body,

we believe that, and it's ok, it is there, as a stage of our manifest expression,

but gradually, you're transcending it, becoming, not transcending in that way(밖으로), transcending in this way(안으로),

you're becoming more subtle in your understanding, 

less gross, less heavy, more light, more empty,

and this you could feel somehow intuitively

 

그대가 삶을 이런 식으로 볼 수 있다면, 쉽게 갇히지 않을 것이다

우리는 현상을 믿는다, 육신의 존재를 믿는다,

그대의 부모가 그대에게 준 이름, 그대가 하는 일, 그대 몸의 성별을 믿는다

드러나는 표현의 한 단계로서 이건 괜찮다

하지만 점점, 그대는 변형시켜갈 것이다, 되어간다

밖으로 변형시키는 것이 아니라, 안으로

 

그대의 이해 안에서 그대는 더 미묘해진다

덜 덩어리지게, 덜 무겁게, 더 가볍게, 더 비어있게,

그리고 이것을 그대가 어떻게든 직관적으로 느낄 수 있을 것이다

 

when you go to check inside,

this i keeps arising and not being able to find the tangible,

and it's in the non-finding of what you expect to find, then a joy is released, 

cannot be given to any object, is to pure subject, we're no form

 

그대가 안으로 들어가 점검할 때

이 나' 는 계속 올라온다, 그런데 찾아낼 수 있는 것이 없다

그대가 찾으리라 예상한 것이 발견되지 않음 으로, 기쁨이 놓여난다

어느 객체 때문에 주어질 수 있는 것이 아니다, 순수한 주체에게,

우리는 형상 없음 이다

 

i have it in my heart, but what i'm sharing with you is the most practical, most direct,

but it must be in your heart also,

if you feel that i must give more some mentally tangible teachings,

i can try, but i don't think i'm good at it

 

나는 나의 가슴 안에 그것을 갖고 있다, 하지만 내가 그대들과 나누고 있는 것은 가장 실용적이다, 가장 직접적이다

하지만 그것은 그대의 가슴 안에도 있어야 한다

 

그대가, 내가 정신적으로 구체적인 가르침들을 더 주어야 한다고 느낀다면,

나는 노력해볼 수는 있다, 하지만 나는 그것에서 잘 하는 사람이라고 생각되지 않는다

 

all that you can search for, the highest is what you are, truest

 

그대가 찾을 수 있는 것의 전부, 가장 높은 것은, 그대이다, 가장 진실한 것

(그 외의 것들에 대해서는, 그대는 다른 곳, 다른 사람들에게 가는 게 낫다)

 

you want to find the truth, keep quiet, don't move,

you move outwardly move, inwardly we're still, let's look and what even perceive this stillness itself,

because for most people, stillness is related to form,

when the form looks like this, this is still (견고한 자세), 

but stillness is not form, but he's existing inside the form also,

the formless is inside the form, invisible is inside the visible, the immortal is inside the mortal,

no one can touch it, no one can own it, you can only be,

and not be as an action that you'll make or take

 

그대는 진리를 찾고 싶다, 고요히 있어라, 움직이지 마라

밖으로는 움직여라, 안으로는 고요히,

이 고요함조차 무엇이 인식하는지 보자

 

왜냐하면 대부분의 사람들에게, 고요함은 형상과 관계 있다

형상이 꼿꼿하고 긴장으로 움직이지 않을 때,

 

하지만 고요함은 형상이 아니다, 그는 형상 안에서 또한 존재한다

형상 없음이 형상 안에 있다, 보이지 않는 것이 보이는 것 안에 있다, 불사의 것이 생사가 있는 것 안에 있다

아무도 그것에 닿을 수 없다, 아무도 그것을 소유할 수 없다, 그대일 수 있을 뿐이다

그리고 그대가 만들어내거나 취하는 동작으로 있는 것이 아니다

 

one person asked me in Satsang recently,

'i am ready', 

i said, yes, you're ready to become what you are already,

 

어떤 사람이 최근 사트상에서 내게 물었다,

'나는 준비가 되어 있다',

 

내가 말했다, 그래, 그대는 이미 그대인 것이 될 준비가 되어 있다

 

what it means, you're ready to become what you are already,

what another foolish thing, you're becoming  yourself

 

무슨 뜻인가, 그대는 이미 그대인 것이 될 준비가 되어 있다

또 다른 바보같은 것으로는, 그대는 그대 자신이 되어간다

 

i said before, nothing you have to do to be what you are, 

but something that needs to happen to stop becoming what you are not,

understanding i put it,

 

내가 이전에 말한 것이 있다, 그대이기 위해, 그대가 해야 하는 것은 없다,

하지만 그대가 아닌 것을 멈추기 위해, 일어나야 하는 것이 있다,

나는 그것을 이해라고 한다

 

mind, mostly in its play with a sense of person is creating much misunderstanding,

or limiting understanding around material things,

but understanding points to you,

but this you, this i keeps wanting to touch something else,

its nature is to touch something else, this i person touch something else,

find that i that doesn't want to touch else

 

대개  제한된 분별로 놀이를 벌이는 마음은, 수많은 오해를 만들어낸다

혹은 물질적인 것들로 이해를 제한한다

하지만 이해는 그대를 가리킨다

 

하지만 이 그대, 이 나 는, 진짜 나 외의 것에 닿고 싶어한다

그 본성이 그 밖의 무언가에 닿으려는 것이다,

이 나 란 제한된 사람은 그것 외의 것에 닿는다

 

그것 외의 것에 닿고 싶어하지 않는 나 를 찾아라

what do you have to hold onto to let go of everything else, to not touch anything else?

person is touching everything else, associating with everything else,

even Satsang means to associate with truth,

with' means 2 of all,

so even this satsang itself must come in not with, as

 

그것 외의 모든 것을 놓도록, 그 외 어떤 것에도 닿지 않도록, 그대가 붙들어야 하는 것이 무엇인가

제한된 인식은 그것 외 모든 것에 닿는다, 그것 외 모든 것과 연결한다

사트상조차 진리와 연결한다는 뜻이다

with' 라는 것은 모든 것 중 둘 이라는 뜻이다

그래서 이 사트상조차도 with (진리와 나) 가 아닌 것으로, (그것, 진리)로서 와야 한다
