거짓 생각들과 마음의 해산이, 반만 일어나도록 두지 마라

그리고 나의 말과 나의 존재가 낭비가 되도록 하지 마라

우리는 이것을 위해 여기에 왔다

세상이 그대를 이해할 것을 기대하지 마라

그들은, 그들 자신이 이해를 얻을 때까지, 이해할 수 없다

그래서 그대의 sangha 가 아주 중요하다

하지만 서로를 제한된 인식들로 바라보는 것을 그만해라

그것은 가장 무례하고, 무지하고, 제한되어 있는, 자신이 제한되어 있는 것이다

그러니 이런 태도를 바꿔라

and continue to spend a little to look at these things,

so more and more you enter into your being, not from outside but from inside

we don't have to keep on trying to assess how far we reached, just ignorance is falling away,

is not we're going up to catch knowledge, but ignorance is falling away,

the self, timeless self is revealed

 

계속해서 이런 것들을 바라보는데 시간을 낸다

 

그래서 점점 더 그대는 그대의 존재로 들어선다

밖으로부터가 아니라 안에서

 

우리가 얼마나 나아갔는지 계속해서 평가하려 할 것 없다

그냥 무지가 떨어져 나간다

 

우리가 위로 올라가 앎을 잡아낸다는 것이 아니다, 하지만 무지가 떨어져 나간다

자신, 시간이 존재하지 않는 자신이 드러난다

 

and as long as i'm with you in this form, also if you keep seeing me just as this form that you won't go very far

if you see that there's only consciousness or the parabrahman is here, that to that state yourself come

whatever we see,

if you look upon someone, if you limit them just to body and mind, then you'll not move out of your own body and mind

but when you see as consciousness, then you elevate back to yourself as conscoiusness,

and you see that all is brahman, then you'll move into the brahman

there things are not to be forgotten,

and not only left to be remembered but we actively recognize that and it becomes the direct experience

 

내가 그대들과 함께 이 형상 안에서 있는 동안,

또한 그대가 계속해서 나를 그저 이 형상으로만 바라본다면, 그대는 그리 멀리 가지 못할 것이다

 

그대가 오로지 의식만이 있다는 것을 본다면, 혹은 최고 의식이 여기에 있다는 것을 본다면,

그 상태에 그대 자신이 이른다

 

우리가 무엇을 보든

 

그대가 누군가를, 그들을 단지 몸과 마음에 제한해서 바라본다면, 그대는 그대 자신의 몸과 마음을 벗어나지 못할 것이다

하지만 그대가 의식으로서 바라볼 때, 그 때 그대는 그대 자신을 의식으로 끌어올린다

그리고 모든 것이 최고 의식이라는 것을 본다

그러면 그대는 최고 의식으로 들어설 것이다

 

이런 것들은 잊혀지면 안 된다

그리고 단지 기억으로 남아있기만 해서도 안 된다, 

우리가 적용해서 이해하면, 그것은 직접 경험이 된다

 

the truth is already the truth, has never been the untruth

but somehow this spell, of dreaming came upon ourselves, we took everything to be separate things,

forgetting that it's all produced out of consciousness, dna of everything is the pure consciousness

and even the expression is the form of consciousness

but we don't have to work at that so much, start with yourself, empty yourself of the noises, differences, and unify your being-

that stop giving attention to the mind activity- and quickly you see

and all of it's already happening anyway

but don't let it half happen, the dissolutions of false ideas and mind

 

진리는 이미 진리이다, 진리가 아닌 적이 없었다

하지만 어떻든 이 마법, 꿈이 우리에게 영향을 주어, 우리는 모든 것을 분리된 것들로 받아들였다

그것 모두가 의식에서 만들어진 것을 잊고

모든 것의 dna 는 순수 의식이다

 

표현 또한 의식의 형상이다

하지만 우리는 그것에 대해 너무 많이 작업할 필요 없다

그대 자신으로 시작해라, 그대 자신에게서 소음, 차이들을 비워라, 그리고 그대의 존재를 통일한다

 

주의를 마음 활동에 주는 것을 멈춰라, 그리고 재빨리

 

어떻든 이런 모든 것이 이미 일어나고 있는 것이다

하지만 거짓 생각들과 마음의 해산이, 반만 일어나도록 두지 마라

 

the body, mind is not really real, they are apparent

and all the througts about life-, they're not really true

in fact, what the mind says about you is not true

your feelings are not true

you are there before concepts are born

and this is what even now, not any aim for this, it is already there but 

as we keep looking through something veiled, but this we who are looking is the mixture of consciousness and imagined self

and this imagined self is evaporating, Sahaja is this evaporation place, it has to be

what is not true

 

몸과 마음은 사실 진짜가 아니다, 그것들은 그래 보인다

그리고 삶에 대한 모든 생각들, 그것들은 정말 진짜가 아니다

사실, 마음이 그대에 대해 말하는 것은 진짜가 아니다

그대의 느낌들은 진짜가 아니다

그대는 개념들이 생겨나기 이전, 그곳에 있다

이것은 지금도

 

이것을 목표로 삼아라, 가 아니다, 이미 있는 것이다

우리가 계속해서 관통해서 바라볼수록, 이 바라보는 '우리' 는 의식과 상상된 자신이 섞인 것이다

그리고 이 상상된 자신이 증발하고 있다

Sahaja 는 증발의 장소이다, 그건 그래야 한다, 진짜가 아닌 것은

 

and don't let my words and my presence be wasting,

we came here for this

don't look to the world to understand you

they cannot understand until they are themselves attaining that understanding

so your sangha is very important

but stop looking at each other as being persons

it's the most disrespectful and ignorant, and limited, the self limited

so change this attitude

 

그리고 나의 말과 나의 존재가 낭비가 되도록 하지 마라
