뒤섞이지 않은 채

우리에겐 전 존재와도 관계할 수 있는 역량이 있다

하지만 우리가 관심이 없다

의식이 인간의 인식 체계로 제한되어 있기 때문이다

그러면 오로지 인간의 것들에만 관심을 둔다

who is there in sleep?

when the consciousness awakens again in the waking state

that the first emergins is the sense, i am,

the intuitive way in which you are aware that you exist comes again,

the i exist feeling comes

and it aanounces itself in a body in the form, i am, i am here, i exist,

throughout the waking state.

잠 들어있을 때 그 곳에 있는 자는 누구인가

깨어나 있는 상태에서, 의식이 다시 깨어나면,

가장 먼저 나타나는 것이, i am 이라는 느낌이다

직관적으로 그대는, 그대가 다시 존재한다는 것을 인식한다

내가 존재한다 는 느낌이 온다

그리고 그건 스스로를 몸과 형상 안에서 알린다

i am, 내가 여기 있다, 내가 존재한다,

깨어나 있는 상태 내내

if the i am remains only as the uhmixed presence,

and you'll try also today.

just hold the sense i am, without creating any relationship with anything,

you'll see that you can still use your mind for functional living,

the sense also functioning is there,

it's beautiful, in fact

and it is the natural life,

then you'll see that somehow everything is taking place 

but there's a consciousness behind that is not taking place.

it's just there.

it's like ground of the play of existence, it is there

and it's always here.

i am 이 뒤섞이지 않은 채 존재로만 남는다면

그대는 오늘도 시도해 볼 것이다

i am 이라는 느낌만 붙들어라

어떤 것과 어떤 관계도 만들어내지 말고

그래도 기능적인 삶에서 그대의 마음을 사용할 수 있는 것을 보게 될 것이다

감각 또한 여전히 작용한다

사실 그건 아름답다

그리고 그것이 자연스러운 삶이다

그러고나면 그대는, 어떤 식으로든 모든 게 일어나고 있는 것을 보게 된다

하지만 뒤에는, 일어나지 않는 의식이 있다

그냥 있다

마치 존재의 놀이의 근거인 듯, 거기에 있다

그리고 그건 항상 여기에 있다

for what other reason is satsang in life?

to bring the attention which the consciousness is absorbed for very much of the human life in the sense

and the sense of objects and the identity and the mind play,

it's engaged for very long time

삶에 사트상이 있는 다른 이유가 있겠는가

인간적 감각으로의 무수한 삶에 의식이 흡수되어 있다

대상에의 감각에, 동일시에, 마음의 놀이에,

아주 오랫동안 그래왔다,

그 주의를 불러오는 것이다

and like this, 

it will not be totally aware or self aware.

it's aware of itself in the mind and the body,

but not as pure awareness.

이런 식이므로,

완전히 깨어있지 못하거나 자신을 인식하지 못한다

그 자신을 마음과 몸 안에서 인식한다

하지만 순수한 자각으로서는 아니다

so then our main joy is the interactions with the sense of objects,

with our projections, our ideas, our own private mythology and so on.

we are so engaged, like that

and from most of us, we don't have a relationship, great relationship.

we're only relating to objects.

but you cannot relate to the subject.

we're not relating to the universe.

we have the capacity, but we'rre relating to mostly object, the subject-object, 

me and this, me and you, me and mind

그래서 우리의 주된 기쁨은 대상에의 감각과의 상호작용이다

우리 투사와의, 관념과의, 사적 신화 등과의 상호작용

그런 식으로 아주 몰두되어 있다

게다가 우리 대부분은, 커다란 관계를 갖지 못한다

오로지 대상들과만 관계할 뿐이다

주체와 관계하지 못한다

존재와 관계하지 못한다

우리에겐 역량이 있다, 하지만 우린 주로 대상, 주체와 대상 사이, 나와 이것, 나와 너, 나와 마음, 에 관계하고 있다

but we have the capacity to relate to the universe, also

but we're not interested in the universe

because the consciousness is localized into the human paradigm,

then it's only concerned with human things.

우리에겐 전 존재와도 관계할 수 있는 역량이 있다
