'시간을 낭비하지 마라, 그대는 에고의 노력에 의해 에고의 끝에 이를 시간을 갖고 있지 않다'

이런 것이 최고의 동료이다,

따르고, 실제로 그대 자신이 그대 자신의 책임 안에서 움직인다,

바라보고, 찾아내어 본다, '아하, 이것이 실수였구나'

그냥 그 실수를 이해하는 것으로, 그대는 너무나 많은 문제들을 겪지 않아도 된다

그렇게나 많이 가고, 가고, 가고, 가던 것들이,

그냥 이해하는 것으로, 

뭔가가 말한다, '아하, 내가 해야 했던 것은 그것에서 뛰어내리는 것이었을 뿐이다, 그냥 의식, 바라보는 의식의 자리에서 머문다'

그대는 이렇게 말할 수도 있겠다

제한된 마음, 유한한 마음을 변화시키려 노력하는 것보다

this is the level and the quality of satsang and sadhana that is presented to Sahaja sangha

and i think we are fools if we don't accept that

and then you're just working on your person

yeah, you can work on your person, when can you come to the end of working the person?

yes, ok, in a natural way, just like when you are thirsty now, you drink water

when you see little idiosyncrasies, strangeness in the way we are functioning in the person, you can address it in the moment,

but don't commit ourselves to, 'make my person better stuff',

it's sucked into your energy, disappiate the energy rather than use the energy in the right way which is to contemplate the self

 

이것이 사하자 공동체에 주어지는 사트상과 수행의 정도와 특질이다

그리고 나는, 우리가 그것을 받아들이지 않는다면, 바보들 이라고 생각한다

그러면 그대는 그저 그대의 제한된 인식에 근거해서 작업한다

그대의 제한된 인식에 근거해서 작업할 수 있다, 언제 그 제한된 인식의 작업이 끝날 수 있는가

물론, 자연스러운 식으로, 그대가 목마를 때 물을 마시는 것처럼,

우리가 제한된 인식으로 움직이는 방식에서 좀 어리석고, 이상한 것을 볼 때, 그 순간에 그대가 그것을 그렇다 할 수 있다

하지만 우리 자신을, '나의 제한된 인식을 더 낫게 만들기' 와 같은 것에 헌신시키지 마라

그것은 그대의 에너지를 빨아들인다, 에너지를 분산시킨다,

에너지를 바른 식으로, 자신 을 숙고하는데 사용하기 보다는

 

of course, we don't know how long that this play of personhood has been functioning within us

but surely, at least this life time you know that we are experiencing the restrictedness

and we only recognize the restrictedness of the personhood because of satsang

otherwese we are blind to it, then we are thinking that really is question about making our person better, making our person more satoric, 

which is ok up to a  point

but we found a shortcut to freedom by the grace of the master who shows us, 'don't waste time, you don't have enough time to come to the end of the ego by the ego's efforts'

to show that all these things are observable,

the egoic identity is observable phenomenon, and no phenomenon can be absolute

and so quickly, we abandon the long roads taken by the person,

and get onto the motorway of true sadhana to break this long suffering state of egohood

 

물론, 우리는 얼마나 오래, 이 제한된 인식의 놀이가 우리 안에서 작용했는지 모른다

하지만 확실히, 적어도 이 삶에서, 우리가 제한됨 을 경험하고 있다는 것을 안다

그리고 우리가 제한된 인식의 한계를 알아차리는 것도 오로지 사트상 때문이다

그렇지 않으면 우리는 그것을 못 본다

그러면 우리의 제한된 인식을 더 낫게, 더 깨어나도록 만드는 것에 관한 생각을 한다

어느 정도까지는 괜찮다

 

하지만 우리는 자유로 가는 지름길을 발견했다, 스승의 은혜로움에 의해,

우리에게 보여준다, '시간을 낭비하지 마라, 그대는 에고의 노력에 의해 에고의 끝에 이를 시간을 갖고 있지 않다'

 

이런 모든 것들이 바라보아지는 것이라는 것을 보여준다

에고의 정체성은 바라보아질 수 있는 현상이다, 그리고 어떤 현상도 절대 가 될 수 없다

그리고 아주 재빨리, 우리는 제한된 인식에 의해 잡은 긴 길들을 포기한다

그리고 진짜 수행의 자동차 도로로 들어선다, 이 긴 에고 상태의 고통을 깨기 위해

 

now it's just for us to keep imbibing that inside our heart and following it

because one of the biggest mistakes is thinking that because we understand something intellectually, it's sufficient

we have to marinate

if we have dirty pot, that's been stained by years of years of cooking,

and you want to clean it

it's not enough that you get cleaning liquid and scrubbing pads

you can get that that's just what you have to get

but you have to keep scrubbing and using until dirt goes

in the same way, we have to continue looking, checking, and remembering and confirming until the stain of ego, personhood dissolves by that

 

이제 우리는 계속해서 우리 가슴 안에서 흡수하고, 그것을 따른다

가장 큰 실수들 중 하나는, 우리가 뭔가를 지적으로 이해하기 때문에, 그것으로 충분하다고 하는 것

 

우리는 절여야 한다

우리가 더러운 단지를 갖고 있다고 하자, 수 년 동안 음식 하는 것에 의해 더러워졌다

그대는 그것을 깨끗이 하고 싶어한다

그대가 깨끗하게 하는 용액과 문지르는 패드를 얻은 것으로는 충분하지 않다

그것은 그대가 얻어야 하는 것일 뿐이다

그대는 계속해서 닦아내야 한다, 더러움이 없어질 때까지

 

같은 식으로, 우리는 계속해서 바라보고, 점검하고, 떠올리고, 확인해야 한다,

에고, 제한된 인식의 얼룩이 그것에 의해 사라질 때까지

this is my best company, those who are following,

actually for yourself operating within your own responsibility to look at this and to search it out and to see, 'aha, this was mistake'

by just recognizing the mistake, you save so much trouble

so much going, going-, 

with just understanding, something says, 'aha, all i had to do was simply to dismount from that, just stay in the place of consciousness, observing consciousness, you can say like that,

rather than try to change the limited mind, the finite mind',

aha, look at that!

and where do you find yourself to be?

here, there's nothing to do when you are fully being

of course, activities happen, that's not what it means 'nothing to do', activities will continue

 

이 자가 최고의 동료이다,

따르고, 실제로 그대 자신이 그대 자신의 책임 안에서 움직인다,

그대는 이렇게 말할 수도 있겠다

제한된 마음, 유한한 마음을 변화시키려 노력하는 것보다

 

그리고 그대는 그대 자신을 어디에 있는 것으로 발견하는가

여기, 그대가 완전히 있을 때, 할 것이 없다

물론, 활동은 일어난다, 그것이 '할 것이 없다' 의 뜻이 아니다

움직임은 계속될 것이다

 

i only say to people, be careful because the maya mind can take many shapes

he can even at some point, play being on your side, even encouraging you in your spiritual journey

and he's talking, 'you're doing so well, you don't need to bother with that anymore, you can just stay like this or something

but a greater power inside you discern on some level energetically or intuitively,

'this does not feel true'

everyone of these things, at one point, will be thinking, 'oh mind is so crafting-'

and guess what happen that gradually your attitude change and say, 

it is good that the mind is like that because  it gives me all the subtle exercises, he's strengthen my discernment in such a beautiful way,

without which i would not come to such a discernment

 

나는 사람들에게 말한다, '조심해라, 환영인 마음은 무수한 형상들을 취할 수 있다'

그는, 어느 지점에서는 심지어, 그대 편이다

그대의 영적 여정에서 그대를 격려하기까지 한다

그는 말한다, '너는 아주 잘 하고 있다, 그런 것으로 더 이상 성가셔야 할 필요 없다, 그냥 이렇게 머물면 된다' 등

 

하지만 그대 안에 있는 더 큰 힘은 어느 단계에서 에너지상으로, 직관적으로 구분한다

'이건 진실한 느낌이 안 든다'

 

이런 것들과 관련해서 모두가, 어느 지점에서, '와 마음이 아주 잘 만드네' 라 생각할 것이다

그리고 무엇이 일어날까

점차 그대의 태도가 변한다

'마음이 그런 식인 것은 좋다, 왜냐하면 내가 미묘하게 단련하도록 한다, 아주 아름다운 방식으로 나의 분별을 강화한다

그것이 없었다면, 나는 그런 분별에 이르지 못했을 것이다'
