사랑의 흐름은 무료다. 하지만 성숙하기 위해, 그대는 제대로 깨어나야 한다

 

sometimes i cannot stand the feeling of anybody going into sleep around me

i said sometimes to some of them, 

you can stay with me around my form for all your life, but only one way, you have to be fresh

meaning not always in your person

because the person, when i call that sometimes flesh,

meaning that mind is just about your body, body life,

that one is very stale, old, tired way

 

때로는 나는, 내 주변에서 잠에 드는 자가 느껴지는 것이 참을 수 없다

내가 그들 누군가들에게 말하곤 했다

그대들은 나와 함께 있을 수 있다, 내 형상 주위에서, 평생,

하지만 오로지 한 가지 방식으로, 

그대는 신선해야 한다

 

항상 그대의 제한된 인식 안에 있어서는 안 된다는 뜻이다

제한된 인식은, 내가 육체 라 부르곤 한다,

마음이 단지 그대의 몸에, 몸의 삶에 관하여 라는 뜻이다

그런 자는 아주 진부하고, 낡고, 고리타분하다

 

i still have to share that one, the simplest

the self, the heart is the simplest

because it doesn't have any practice, it doesn't have any religion

but the one who has the religion, has the practice, must come and die here, in a sense

you understand by what i mean?

'i think-, i believe-, this is my way', it has to somehow

when i say, die, in my language, die is the most beautiful thing

meaning that it stop being self important, it start just to discover the its real source

it's not going to become somebody else

it's going to stop becoming somebody

and just start to discover this simplicity of what really exist inside

and isn't you? yes, is you. it's not personal

 

나는 여전히 그 하나, 가장 단순한 것을 나누어야 한다

자신, 가슴 은 가장 단순하다

그것에는 어떤 단련이 없다, 어떤 종교가 없다

 

하지만 종교를 가진, 단련법을 가진 자는, 여기 에 와서 죽어야 한다, 어떤 의미에서

그대는 내 말을 이해하는가

'내가 생각하는 것은-, 내가 믿는 것은-, 이것이 나의 방식이다' 라는 것들이 

 

나의 언어에서, 죽는다, 란 가장 아름다운 것이다

자기가 중요한 것을 그만두는 것이다

그것의 진짜 근원을 발견하기 시작한다

다른 누군가가 되는 것이 아니다

다른 자가 되어가는 것을 그만두는 것이다

그리고 그냥 안에서 정말 존재하는 것의 단순함을 발견하기 시작한다

그대 아닌가, 그렇다 그대이다, 제한된 인식의 그대가 아니다

 

but the person is also fine

if you understand that the person is a part of the way that it expresses its plays,

but it's always, but behind the personal is impersonal

you can see this, not just understand

then you're already coming out of any traps

already you are moving in freedom, you're living in freedom

 

하지만 제한된 인식 또한 괜찮다

그대가, 제한된 인식이 '그것'의 놀이를 표현하는 방식 중 하나 라는 것을 이해한다면

하지만 항상, 제한된 인식 뒤에는 제한 없는 인식이 있다

그대는 이것을 볼 수 있다, 단지 이해하는 것이 아니라

그러면 그대는 이미, 어떠한 속임수에서도 뺘져나올 것이다

이미 그대는 자유 안에서 움직인다, 자유 안에서 살아간다

the highest way of solving is, come back first

stop trying to operate on them, you just come back to your place, stillness

because mind is always trying to rush

that just builds up your anxiety

you have to step away for a moment

and don't look for distractions

distraction is not a way of handing your mind

distraction actually intensifies the mind

sometimes it's good to just step aside to check in with yourself,

to know when something is your mind and when you're back in your heart

you're back in your heart, feel light

just your space again

 

해결하는 가장 높은 방식은, 우선 돌아오는 것이다

그것들에 대해 작업하려 애쓰는 것을 멈추고, 그냥 그대의 자리, 고요함 으로 돌아온다

왜냐하면 마음은 항상 서두르려 하기 때문이다

그저 불안을 쌓는다

 

그대는 잠시 물러나야 한다

그리고 주의를 흐트러뜨리는 것들을 찾지 마라

그런 것은 그대의 마음을 다루는 방식이 아니다

주의 산만함은 사실 마음을 강화한다

 

그냥 벗어나서, 그대 자신을 점검하는 것이 좋다

무언가가 그대의 마음인 때, 그리고 그대가 그대의 가슴 안에 돌아왔을 때 를 알기 위함이다

그대가 그대의 가슴으로 돌아오면, 가볍다

그냥 다시 그대의 공간이다

 

when you're in your space, life works much more, when i say, life takes care of life,

you see that much more clearly

when you're not in your true place, you go back in some shape,

you're finding and you're rushing around feeling anxious and so on

 

그대가 그대의 공간에 있을 때, 삶은 훨씬 더,

내가, 삶이 삶을 보살핀다, 라 말하는 것이다

그대가 그것을 훨씬 더 분명히 본다

 

그대가 그대의 진짜 자리에 있지 않을 때, 그대는 다시 뭔가 모양으로 돌아간다

그대는 서두르며 불안 등을 느끼고 있는 것을 발견한다

 

but it takes time to keep at it

it's not just bang! and finished

you have to cultivate

 

하지만 그러는데 시간이 걸린다

그냥 팡! 하고 끝났다 하는 것이 아니다

그대가 키워야 한다

 

love flow is free

but in order to be mature, you have to awake properly, you have to cultivate more attention, pay attention to your heart

patient, take time to look and to be kind to others, take rest

take rest, understand how to manage your being,

and you grow in spiritual maturity

 

사랑의 흐름은 무료다

하지만 성숙하기 위해, 그대는 제대로 깨어나야 한다,

더 주의를, 그대의 가슴에 두는 것으로 키워야 한다

끈기 있게, 시간을 들여 바라본다, 그리고 다른 이들에게 친절하게

그리고 휴식을 취한다

휴식을 취한다 란, 그대의 존재를 어떻게 다루는지 이해한다

그대는 영적으로 성숙해진다
