그대는 어디로 움직였는가

그대는 궁극의 분석에서 발견해야 한다, 그대는 모양인가

we see that in the invitation to freedom or simple guidance, where have you moved?

even to say from here to here (머리에서 가슴으로) , is also just references to that which has no special location as a point

 

'자유에로의 초대'나 간단한 안내 에서 우리가 본다, 그대는 어디로 움직였는가

머리에서 가슴으로 라고 해도, 어느 지점으로서의 특정한 위치가 없는 그냥 말이다

 

as long as we have strong identity, that shaped a personhood and structure, 

fear is there, even to find this

because this will appear to be, 'oh nothing, i can't surrender to nothing'

that's the nothing created in the mind

i don't ask you to become anything or unbecome anything

i say just, can you see that all these are perceived?

if you can see that, that which perceive that, didn't arrive, always here

just pay attention to that, keep paying attention to this, in a non-dual way

and see what happens

the rest is automatic

the outome, the fruits of it is automatic

just keep looking

 

우리가 제한된 성격과 구조로 모양이 된, 강한 동일시를 갖고 있는 한

두려움이 있다, 이것을 발견하는 데에도

왜냐하면 이것은 '아 아무 것 아니다, 나는 아무 것 아닌 것에 맡길 수 없다' 의 식으로 나타나 보일 것이기 때문이다

마음에서 만들어진 아무 것 아닌 것이다

 

나는 그대에게 어떤 것도 돼라, 혹은 어떤 것에서 풀려나라 라 요청하지 않는다

그냥, 그대는 이 모든 것들이 인식되는 것을 볼 수 있는가

그대가 그것을 볼 수 있다면, 그것을 인식하는 그것은 도달한 것이 아니다, 항상 여기에 있다

그냥 그것에 주의를 주어라,

계속해서 이것에 주의를 두어라

비이원적인 방식으로

그리고 무엇이 일어나는지 봐라

나머지는 자동이다

그 결과, 열매는 자동이다

그냥 계속해서 바라본다

 

and though your eyes might be closed or open, the phenomenal eyes are nothing to do with this

nor are the senses, time and identity

all of them are captured in the field of the unbound seeing

 

그리고 그대의 눈이 감겨있든 떠있든, 현상적인 눈은 이것과 아무 관계 없다

감각들도, 시간도, 동일시도

그것들 모두, 경계 없는 바라봄의 장에서 잡힌다

 

so somebody doesn't have to be spiritual, come from spiritual background or religious-

just urge inside to see

not all awaken beings had conscious religious background

but the urge is in them, everybody is qualified because every shape comes out of it

but you have to find out in the ultimate analysis, are you a shape?

and God makes it so like this, shape you take yourself to be is in front of your eyes always changing

even the eyes are seeing them, is changing

so what is able to verify this change? is that changing?

 

그래서 영적이어야 할 것 없다, 영적인 배경 혹은 종교적인- 에서 와야 할 필요 없다

그냥 바라보려는 안에서의 열망

모든 깨어난 존재가 의식적인, 종교적인 배경을 가진 것이 아니었다

하지만 열망이 그들 안에 있다,

모두가 적격이다, 모든 모양이 그것에서 나오기 때문이다

하지만 그대는 궁극의 분석에서 발견해야 한다, 그대는 모양인가

 

그리고 신이 이렇게 만들었다, 그대가 자신이라 여기는 모양이,

그대의 눈 앞에서 항상 변하고 있다

그것들을 바라보는 눈조차 변한다

 

그래서 이 변화를 무엇이 확인할 수 있는가, 그것이 변하는가

 

then we say, even the functioning of the perceiving is not a 24hour unbroken perceiving

waking state has a certain duration of time, before it goes into sleep or dream, another mode of consciousness,

then it goes to deep sleep, non-congnitive consciousness

those are rotational states, belong to the ultimate seeing

 

그런 다음 우리는 말한다, 인식의 작용조차 24 시간 내내 인식하고 있지 않다

깨어나 있는 상태는 특정한 시간의 기간을 갖는다, 잠이나 꿈에 들기 전에,

잠이나 꿈은, 또 다른 의식의 모습이다,

깊은 잠으로 간다, 인지가 없는 의식이다

 

그런 것들이 돌아가는 상태들이다, 궁극의 바라봄에 속한다

 

dualistic perceiving is perceived, non-dual perceiving is perceived

dreaming is perceived,

but it cannot be fully acknowledged until you sit with it

not memorize it, not turn it into a chant, not even pray to it, but just continue to look

and everything, all these mess we kept living for hundreds of life times, all that we have accumulated on the basis of being a person,

is naturally harmonized in the seeing

how amazing is that!

 

이원적인 인식은 인식된다, 비이원적 인식은 인식된다

꿈은 인식된다

하지만 그것이 완전히 알아차려질 수 없다, 그대가 그것을 붙들고 앉을 때까지

 

기억하는 것이 아니다, 외우는 무언가로 변화시키기 마라, 그것을 놓고 기도할 것도 아니다, 그냥 계속해서 바라본다

그러면 모든 것이, 

우리가 무수한 삶들 동안 계속해서 살아온, 이런 온갖 엉망진창이,

우리가 제한된 인식이란 근거에서 쌓아온 모든 것이,

자연스럽게 바라봄 안에서 조화롭게 된다

얼마나 놀라운 것인지!

 

if someone told you, 'listen, everything you did wrong, you have to put it right',  before you go to heaven, what a turture,

i say, don't have to correct anything at all, it will be auto-corrected

you only put your attention on the place that all that is experiencable in the past, future, in time, in form, are simply appearing the screen of consciousness, and are perceived

in the place of the perceiving, is there any object perceiving, anything at all?

just stay with that

 

누군가 그대에게, '자, 네가 잘못한 모든 것을 제대로 해야 한다' 라 말한다면

그대가 천국에 가려면,

 

그 무슨 고문인가

 

나는 말한다, 어떤 것도 전혀 바로잡을 필요 없다, 자동으로 수정될 것이다

그대는 단지 그대의 주의를 그 자리에 두어라,

과거, 미래, 시간 안에서, 형상 안에서 경험될 수 있는 모든 것은 단지

의식의 화면에 나타나 보인다, 그리고 인식된다

인식의 자리에, 인식하는 어느 대상이라도 있는가, 어떤 것이라도 전혀?

그냥 그것과 머물러라

this is my teaching

once you know, stay with that

don't try to work out the world because you cannot do it

don't try to figure out the mind of God, you cannot do it

don't try to imagine yourself to be some intelligent-, don't do nothing

don't try to rescue yourself from all the things, don't do anyting, don't do hold on to a sense of self, just keep looking at this simple simple thing

keep doing it over and over 

at first, there must be some resistance coming from the mind,

reacts to this, try to avoid this seeing,

but that is also seen

keep staying

attention shifts go there, and somehow brought back to pay attention to this

because attention has to participate in this

but the attention goes, it is also seen that it is gone

if you're smart, there comes a time you see that even the attention is not needed

 

이것이 나의 가르침이다

그대가 한 번 알게 되면, 그것과 머물러라

 

세상을 해결하려 애쓰지 마라, 그대는 할 수 없다

신의 마음을 이해하려 애쓰지 마라, 그대가 할 수 없다

그대 자신이 지성적인 뭔가 라 상상하지 마라, 아무것도 하지 마라

그대 자신을 그 모든 것들에서 구출하려 애쓰지 마라, 어떤 것도 하지 마라,

자신 이란 느낌을 붙들지 마라, 그냥 계속해서 이 간단하고 간단한 것을 바라봐라

그것을 다시 또 다시 계속해서

 

처음에는, 마음에서 저항이 좀 있다

이것에 저항한다, 이 바라봄을 피하려 한다

하지만 그것 또한 바라보아진다

계속 머물러라

 

주의가 저기로 간다, 그리고 어떻든 돌아와서 이것에 주의를 준다

주의가 이것에 참여해야 하기 때문이다

하지만 주의가 간다, 그것 또한, 주의가 갔다는 것 또한 바라보아진다

그대가 영리하다면, 주의조차 필요하지 않다는 것을 보는 때가 온다
