불필요한 너그러움

 

그들에게 싸구려 포도주를 내주지 않는다

정말로 좋은 와인이다

그럴 필요는 없었다

 

하지만 그들은 그것을 알아본다

그리고 그럴 필요까지는 이라 생각한다

그냥 순수한 관용이다

그것에 뭔가가 있다

그대가 내주는 것은,

그들이 집에 있는 것으로 느끼길 바라서다

사랑받고, 이해받는 것으로 느껴지길 바라서다

 

그것이 그대에게, 그대의 일에서 아주 좋게 작용할 것이다

일이 번성할 것이다

그대가 다음 사람을 위해 훨씬 더 좋은 와인을 살 수 있도록

 

하지만 그대는 그것에서 번성할 것이다

얼마나 그대가 내주는가 때문에

그대는, '아 싼 와인을 사야겠다'라 생각하지 않았다

그것이 그대에게 돌아올 것이다, 그대가 그것으로 이로울 것이다

하지만 그냥 더 많은 것을 내줄 것이다

 

그것이 작용하는 방식이다

그리고 사람들이 그것을 느낄 것이다

그대가 이 이해를, 그대 자신의 독특한 아름다운 방식으로 소통할 것이다

그리고 우리 모두가 그래야 한다

the door knock, the flowers, the garden gate, the color of the walls,

everything is an opportunity

the unnecessary generocity

that you don't just buy them a cheap bottle of red wine

you buy them a really nice bottle of wine

모든 것이다

you gave it because you want them to feel at home,

and loved and appreciated

they think they're coming for a weekend

no, they're not

they're coming to discover their true nature

but you never say that

you can only say that with certain people specific,

we want that directly

but the people coming to your cottage don't yet know that they want that

so you have to find less direct means

but use all the means at your disposal

 

그들은 주말을 보내기 위해 온 것이라 생각한다

아니다, 그들은 그들의 진짜 본성을 발견하기 위해 온다

but you'll have touched their hearts,

and theyll tell their friends about it

작은 모든 것들을 설명하려 할 것이다

하지만 그들은 다 전할 수 없다는 것을 알 것이다

and it'll work very well for you in business

your business will flourish

which will enable you to buy even better bottle of wine for the next person

but you will flourish from it

because of how much you give

you weren't thinking, 'oh i must buy 4. 99 bottle of wine

and it will come back  to you and you'll benefit from it

but you'll just give more back
