그냥 바라봐라, 

누가 욕망을 갖는가

언어를 그냥 추정하지 마라, 입증해라

누가 욕망을 갖는가, 누구에게 욕망이 오는가

and initially, face maybe some resistance arising from the mind,

to kind of say, 'don't, that's not for you, is not good'

처음에는, 마음에서 올라오는 저항과 좀 대면할 수도 있다

'하지 마, 안 해도 돼, 도움 될 것 없어' 라 말한다

don't go with this resistance, stay with it

and gradually that pocket of resistance will just kind of open up

and you feel the space whereby the looking becomes easier

이 저항과 어울려 가지 마라

움직이지 마라

점차 저항 고립 지대가 열리는 식일 것이다

그대가 공간을 느낀다, 그러면 바라보는 것이 더 쉬워진다

but just assume, 'yeah, i still don't get rid of desire',

this i feeling, the reason why is still persisting,

because it doesn't get questioned, you assume that this i is the fact of who you are,

but this i also, you can begin to inquire into its nature 

because it is also phenomenal and it is also a function of consciousness, it is not the source or sentient consciousness,

is an adopted identity, but one one question this, nobody question it,

we all assume that 'but this is me, i want thing thing, i want to get rid of this mind, i want to stop',

그냥, '맞아, 난 욕망을 아직 제거하지 못해' 라고 추정하는 것,

이 나 의 느낌, 이것이 여전히 고집하는 것은

그것에 의문이 제기되지 않기 때문이다

그대는 이 나 가 그대인 것의 사실이라 추정한다

하지만 이 나 또한, 그 본성으로 그대가 탐구를 시작해갈 수 있다

이것 또한 현상적이고, 의식의 작용이다

근원이나 분별력 있는 의식이 아니다

채택된 동일시 이다

하지만 아무도 이것에 질문하지 않는다

우리 모두가, '하지만 이건 나야, 내가 이것을 원해, 이 마음을 제거하고 싶어, 난 멈추고 싶어', 라고 추정한다

마음을 제거하고 싶어하는 바로 그 자가 멈추길 원한다

a greater space opens up and you find yourself in this greater space, and not so hot about feelings,

너무나 친밀하게 느껴지는, 너무나 진짜인 것 같은 이 동일시 또한 바라보아질 수 있는 것이 사실이라는 것이 알아차려지면,

더 커다란 공간이 열린다,

더 큰 공간에 있는 그대를 발견한다, 그래서 감정들에 그다지 열을 올리지 않는다

보다 초연함이 있다
