그것과 머물러라 그것 안에서 가라앉아라

제한된 인식이나 이중성의 겉모양 뒤쪽애

제한되어있지 않은 바라봄이 있고, 그대는 그 곳에 있다는 것을 바라보기 시작할 때,

그대는 고통스러워하는 상태에 있지 않다, 가장 아름다운 상태에 있다

i remember one time in a satsang like that,

that woman was also looking and she says, i have a problem, i'm coming to see that i am not real, but is very difficult for me to believe that my husband is not real',

한 번은 사트상에서,

그 여인 또한 바라보기 를 하고 있었는데,

'문제가 있다, 나는 진짜가 아니라는 것을 알아가는데, 나의 남편이 진짜가 아니란 것을 믿기는 어렵다'

고 하는 것이다

so these are the kinds of strangenesses that come up when we've not completed our inquiry

이런 것들이 우리가 탐구를 완결하지 않았을 때 일어나는 이상한 것들이다

so just stay with it, it cleans itself,

you simply stay with it and keep watching,

all these things are modifications of the mind, they're playing out

and if you get pulled into them, they start to appear to be real,

they seem to be intimate, profound and necessary to be engaged with,

but that is only possible when you are pulled into the shape of the person,

that's when these forces of duality are activated and most active

그냥 그것과 머물러 있어라, 

그것이 그 자체를 정화한다

그대는 단순하게 그것과 있어라, 

그리고 게속해서 바라봐라

이런 온갖 것들이 마음의 변형물들로 일어난다

그리고 그대가 끌려들어가면, 그것들은 진짜로 보이기 시작한다

너무 가까이 있고, 심오하며, 꼭 참여해야 하는 것인 듯하다

하지만 이러한 것은, 그대가 그 제한된 인식의 모양새로 끌려들어갈 때에만 가능하다

그 때 이런 이중성의 힘들이 가동된다, 가장 활발하다

as you begin to reflect and see that behind the fasad of personhood or duality,

there is a seeing which is non personal and you are there,

you are not in a suffering state, you are in a most beautiful state

제한되어있지 않은 바라봄이 있고, 그대는 그 곳에 있다는 것을 바라보기 시작할 때,

그대는 고통스러워하는 상태에 있지 않다, 가장 아름다운 상태에 있다

it's not that you don't care anymore and you're throwing away the world,

it's not like that

그대가 더는 상관하지 않고, 세상을 던져버린다는 것이 아니다

그런 것이 아니다

first you clean yourself of all delusions, like that

and as in that clean understanding, everything is seen in the right context,

not necessarily a fixed context,

this is difficult to teach this,

i can only show you how to come to this

and this takes over by itself

우선 모든 환영들에서 그대 자신을 씻어내라

그리고 그런 깨끗한 이해 안에서, 모든 게 제대로인 맥락에서 바라보인다

고정된 맥락일 필요 없다

이것이 가르치기 어려운 것이다

나는 그대가 어떻게 이러한 것에 이를 수 있는지를 보여줄 수 있을 뿐이다

그리고 이것이 홀로 떠맡는다

it is played very spontaneously, 

you cannot write a page of it,

because next time it can also be different and yet always the same

so i don't want to go far into that

it is enough if you feel within yourself,

i feel this and i want to stay with this,

stay with that single point rather than picking up 4 or 5 different points,

stay with that,

sinking inside it, and it will reveal its mystery, beauty

아주 즉시적으로 실행된다

그대는 그것을 써 놓을 수 없다

다음 번에는 다를 수 있기 때문이다

하지만 항상 같은 것이다

그것으로 멀리가고 싶지 않다

그대가 그대 자신 안에서, 난 이것을 느낀다, 이것과 머무르고 싶다 고 느낀다면, 그것으로 충분하다

네 가지나 다섯 가지의 가리킴을 잡기보다, 그 하나의 가리킴과 있어라

그것과 머물러라

그것 안에서 가라앉아라

그것이 신비와 아름다움을 드러낼 것이다
