안다는 것 이상이다, 그대가 그것이다

그대는 어떤 것을 향해, 의심과 냉소, 분노, 좌절, 비난을 느껴서는 안 된다

이런 것들은

나타나려는 신호들이다, 그 다음 마음이 그대를 잡으려 한다

 

마음을 비난하지 마라

마음은 그대 없이는 아무것도 할 수 없다

그대가 어떻든 그것의 교활함에 굴복하든지,

어떻게 해서든, 마음의 거짓에 도전하기 위해 일어서든지 해야 한다

 

하지만 힘이 그대에게 돌아온다

그대가 중요하다는 것이다

you're becoming more and more able to discover and discern for yourself

based upon your realization so far,

just standing on your fact,

that is not being arrogant but to trust, the power of God, 

trust the power of Self

 

그대는 점점 더, 그대 스스로, 발견하고 구분할 수 있게 된다

지금까지 그대가 알아차린 것에 근거해서,

그저 그대의 사실을 딛고 서서

 

이것은 거만하지 않다,

신뢰하는 것이다, 신의 힘을,

Self 의 힘을

 

so, is beautiful moment because i have a chance, you're here,

why we're here, i mean-

you stayed here, i would have to put in that you stayed here,

i can share these word with you,

love you love you...............

 

아름다운 순간이다, 내가 기회를 갖고, 그대들이 여기에 있다

우리가 여기에 왜 있겠는가-

그대들은 여기에 머물렀다, 나는 들어서야 했다

이 말들을 그대와 나눌 수 있다

사랑한다, 사랑한다......................

 

she's saying that she wants to take this opportunity to expose all the things i hide in,

all the things i running away,

all the things which are not true, all the things, i want to expose this,

because i don't want to keep this, i want to be free from this delusion,

i want to be free from this egoic tendency to be hiding, in the dark looking out.

i want to stand in the light of consciousness

 

그녀가 말하길,

 

그녀는 이 기회를 활용하고 싶다고 한다,

'내가 숨기는 모든 것들이 드러나도록,

내가 달아나고 있는 모든 것들,

진짜이지 않은 모든 것들,

나는 이것을 폭로하고 싶다

 

이것을 갖고 있고 싶지 않다, 이 환영에서 자유롭고 싶다

어둠에 숨어서 밖을 내다보려는 이 에고의 성향에서 자유롭고 싶다

나는 의식의 빛에 서고 싶다'

 

this is very good thing-

there is no mark on you to say that you are doomed,

but your mind will tell you many things,

to delay your delivery, to postpone your awareness,

this is the way that it plays.

 

이것은 아주 좋은 것이다-

 

그대가 망했다 라고 할 수 있는 표시란 없다

하지만 그대의 마음은 무수한 것들을 말할 것이다

 

진짜인 그대가 되는 것을 늦추기 위해, 그대의 각성을 지연시키기 위해

 

이것이 마음이 놀이를 벌이는 방식이다

 

i don't want to put it down, 'oh, mind is devel',

actually, the mind can only attack the wrong identity you're keeping.

it cannot attack the true self,

the psychological ego mind is not fitting opponent to the self,

it's much lower-,

it just means ignorance

 

나는 마음을 무시하고 싶지 않다, '아, 마음은 악마야', 라면서

 

사실, 마음은 그대가 지속시키는, 그릇된 동일시를 공격할 수 있을 뿐이다

진짜 자신을 공격할 수 없다

심리적인 에고 마음은 진짜 자신에게 마땅한 적이 아니다

훨씬 낮은 것이다-

그저 무지 란 뜻이다

 

when you're growing, returning to your true self,

you'll experience much more spaciousness, much more peace, much more calm, more love, more openness,

less fear, all these things,

by these thing, you know that you are blessed

and that you are gorwing in the truth,

that is importnat

 

그대가 성장하면서, 그대의 진짜 자신에게 돌아가면서,

 

그대는 훨씬 더 많은 공간감, 평화, 고요함,

더 많은 사랑, 열려있음,

덜 두려워함,

이런 모든 것들을 경험할 것이다

 

이것들로, 그대가 축복 받았다는 것을 그대가 안다

그리고 그대는 진리 안에서 자란다,

이것이 중요하다

 

you should not feel doubt and cynicism and anger and frustration and blame towards anything,

these are the signs to show,

then the mind is trying to get hold of you.

don't blame the mind, 

because mind can do nothing without you.

you must either somehow give in to its cunningness

or you stand up to somehow challenge the lie in it.

but the power comes back to you,

that's how importnat you are

 

그대는 어떤 것을 향해, 의심과 냉소, 분노, 좌절, 비난을 느껴서는 안 된다

the mind is not going to go on trial,

you, living your life, you will feel where your being is,

you will feel where the Grace is present with you,

that's all

 

마음은 재판 받으러 나가지 않을 것이다

 

그대가, 그대의 삶을 살면서, 그대가 있는 곳을 느낄 것이다

은혜로움이 그대와 함께 있는 곳을 느낄 것이다

 

그것이 전부이다

 

i'll never abandon you, is heart for the truth-

you never forget that what you are, you can never not be.

what you are is pure conscious awareness self,

that is not the person-

that is the only thing in the universe that doesn't pass.

everything else is passing,

if you really know this in your heart, you have no reason to be sad

 

나는 절대 그대를 버리지 않을 것이다, 진리를 향한 가슴이다-

그대는 그대인 것, 그대가 아닐 수 없는 것을 결코 잊지마라

 

그대인 것은 순수한 의식의 각성인 자신이다

제한된 인식이 아니다

이것이 온 존재에서, 지나가지 않는 유일한 것이다

이것 외 모든 것이 지나간다

 

그대가 정말로 이것을 그대의 가슴에서 안다면, 그대는 슬플 이유가 없다

 

all things belong to the realm of the changeful,

will continue changing,

these bodies will go, but what is in this body will not go,

and i wish that you could really hear this,

in such a way that this choice is all delusion,

there're not many things we need to study or to learn in order to be free,

you just need to go right things,

one of them is that your fundamental nature is beyond choice,

your fundamental nature is that imperishable, unborn, uncreated, immutable awareness self being,

that is the God reality, that is the nirgun brahman, that is the sagun brahman also

 

모든 것들이 변하는 영역에 속한다,

계속해서 변할 것이다

 

이 몸은 갈 것이다, 하지만 이 몸 안에 있는 것은 가지 않을 것이다

그리고 나는 그대가 정말로, 이것을 들을 수 있으면 한다

그런 식으로,

선택이란 모두 환영이다

 

우리가 자유롭기 위해, 공부하거나 배워야 하는 많은 것들이 있지 않다

그대는 그저 제대로인 것들로 가야 할 뿐이다

그것들 중 하나가, 그대의 근본적인 본성은 선택을 넘어서 있다 는 것이다

 

그대의 근본적인 본성은, 불멸이고, 태어나지 않으며, 만들어지 않는,

불변의 각성, 자신, 존재 이다

이것은 신의 실재이다,

이것이 nirgun 의식, 또한 sagun 의식이기도 하다

 

if you know this, and satsang is only try to wash the mask away

so that you will know that beyond even belief.

you just know it inside your heart.

i will even say, more than know it, you're it, beyond doubt

 

그대가 이것을 안다면,

 

그리고 사트상은 가면을 씻어내려 하는 것일 뿐이다

그래서 그대가, 믿음조차 넘어서 알 수 있도록

 

그대가 그저 그대의 가슴 안에서 안다

안다는 것 이상이다, 그대가 그것이다, 의심을 넘어서

 

until that stablizes, doubts will come from time to time,

the psychological mind force, the personal ego energy, it will come.

it has come for all the sages, all the saints, they have come,

but they have transcended it,

meaning, they didn't give in to that poor ideas of egohood,

they stayed and one day recognize and honor that

 

그것이 안정될 때까지, 의심이 때때로 나타날 것이다

심리적 마음의 힘, 제한된 인식의 에고 에너지, 가 올 것이다

 

모든 현자들, 성인들에게 온 것이다

하지만 그들은 그것을 변형시켰다

에고의 빈곤한 생각들에 굴복하지 않았다 는 뜻이다

그들은 머물렀다, 그리고 어느 날 알아차리고, 소중히 한다

 

it's that simple i want to keep things like that

so that you don't have to go big- text books, read like that,

to read your own heart, 

observe your beingness

and if i can just put it like that, you have a nautral sense of beings,

nobody taught you that, that's always with you,

the fact that you are alive, that natural sense of being is here,

and to fix your attention on this, sit with this.

fix your attention on this,

then don't let it drift into any story or other kind of concepts,

and learn to keep the attention,

simple like this

 

그렇게 단순하다, 나는 그처럼 가져가고 싶다

그래서 그대가 가서 책들을 읽어야 할 필요 없도록

 

그대 자신의 가슴을 읽는 것,

그대의 존재를 관찰해라

그리고 내가 그렇게 말할 수 있다면, 그대에게는 자연스럽게, 존재한다는 느낌이 있다

아무도 그대에게 가르쳐주지 않았다, 그것은 언제나 그대와 있다

그대가 살아있다 는 사실, 그 자연스러운, 있다 는 느낌이 있다

그대의 주의를 이것에 고정시켜라,

이것과 앉아라

 

그대의 주의를 이것에 두어라

그 다음, 어떤 이야기나 여타 개념들 속에 떠다니지 않도록 한다

 

이처럼 단순하다

 

it will burn all the play of distraction,

it will burn all the confusion, all the sense of ego,

it will burn it,

and leave you that natural knowing of the eternal principle,

then about your dynamic life, it will be lived from a new center,

is like you're living, you still have family, things you have to do,

do it in your dynamic life,

but you're not be overwhemed by it

because it's rooted in that pure awarenss realization, just like this

 

그것은 모든, 방해 의 놀이를 태울 것이다

모든 혼란스러움, 에고의 느낌을 태울 것이다

 

그리고 그대를, 영원한 원칙의 자연스러운 앎으로 남겨둔다

그러면 그대의 동적인 삶에 관해서는, 새로운 중심에서 살아질 것이다

그대는 사는 것 같다, 여전히 가족이 있고, 해야 할 것들이 있다

동적인 삶에서 그것을 해라

하지만 그대는 그것에 의해 압도되지 않는다

순수 각성, 깨어남 에 근거를 두고 있으므로

 

그저 이렇다

 

you keep staying with this,

when i leave from here, by God's will,

i hope that i continue to send you some messages,

you watch them, just remind you of the things that i've been sharing with you over this time

 

그대는 계속해서 이것과 있어라

내가 신의 뜻에 의해, 여기에서 떠날 때,

나는 계속해서 그대에게 메시지를 보내려 한다

그대들은 그것을 봐라,

그저 그대들에게, 내가 이 시간까지 그대들과 나누어 온 것들을 다시 떠올리게 하는 것이다

 

but i want to leave feeling confident about you

that you really take it seriously

and you continue to respect what you have found,

and help will come, more and more help will come, from inside, it will come

and like i say, i stand with you,

like that

 

하지만 나는 그대들에 대해 자신감을 느끼며 떠나고 싶다

그대들은 정말로 진지하게 받아들여라

 

계속해서 그대가 발견한 것을 존중해라

그리고 도움이 올 것이다, 점점 더 많은 도움이 나타날 것이다,

안에서, 나타날 것이다

내가 말하는 것처럼, 나는 그대를 지지한다

 

but you prepare, the mind will come, storm of the mind will come,

but it doens't matter, it will also go.

you remember that which doesn't come and won't go,

you be there, you'll be found there

 

하지만 그대는 준비해라, 

마음이 올 것이다, 마음의 폭풍이 나타날 것이다

그러나 그것은 중요하지 않다, 그것 또한 갈 것이다

 

그대는 오지 않고, 가지 않을 것을 기억해라

그곳에 있어라, 그곳에서 그대가 발견될 것이다
