그대 자신의 경험을 통해 확인할 수 있다

그대가 제한된 인식으로 갈수록,

그대는 문제, 어려움들, 해야 할 것, 변화시켜야 할 것, 고쳐야 할 것, 치유해야 할 것, 되어야 할 것 을 향해 간다

 

그대가 그대 자신으로 남아 있을수록, 모든 것이 해결된다, 평화가 있다

그대는 더 이상 제한된 인식이 아니므로

제한된 인식의 독으로 고통을 겪지 않으므로

 

그러니 이것과 있어라

그대는 세상에서 달아날 필요 없다, 아니다, 잘못된 세상이 그대에게서 달아날 것이다

그대는 사실 여기에 있다, 모든 것들을 바라보는 자이다, 고요하고 행복하게

if you desire the world, you may try to renounce it in order to escape sorrow

instead renounce desire, then you will be free of sorrow and the world will not trouble you

if you desire liberation, but you still say, mine

if you feel you are the body, you are not a wise man or a seeker

you are simply a man who suffers

 

let harry teach you God or brahma born of the lotus or shiva himself

unless you forget everything, you'll never live inside your heart

 

아쉬타바크라 기타

 

그대가 세상을 열망한다면, 슬픔에서 빠져나오기 위해, 그것을 포기하려 할 수도 있다

대신 욕망을 포기해라, 그러면 그대는 슬픔에서 자유로울 것이고

세상은 그대에게 문제를 일으키지 않을 것이다

 

그대가 자유를 열망한다면, 하지만 그럼에도 나의 것 을 말한다

그대가 몸이라 느낀다면, 그대는 현명한 사람이거나 구도자가 아니다

단지 고통스러워하는 사람일 뿐이다

 

악마가 그대에게, 연꽃이나 shiva 그 자신에게서 나온 신이나 최고 의식을 가르치도록 두어라

 

그대가 모든 것을 잊지 않는다면, 결코 그대의 가슴 안에서 살지 못할 것이다

the one who is aware of himself is not worried if everybody understands him or not

he's free

you don't need to go around explaining yourself to anybody

just your light will shine

 

그 자신을 인식하는 자는, 모두가 그를 이해하는지 아닌지 걱정하지 않는다

그는 자유롭다

그대 자신을 누군가에게 설명하러 다닐 필요 없다

그냥 그대의 빛이 비출 것이다

'i am in love with the self as the self itself'

who can contemplate and who can understand that

i could stop right there and i'm satisfied

 

이 말에서 멈출 수 있었다,

'나는 자신 과 자신 자체로 사랑에 빠진다'

누가 숙고할 수 있겠는가, 누가 이해할 수 있겠는가

나는 바로 여기에서 멈출 수 있고, 만족한다

 

many promises unfulfieed, even if they're fulfilled, they won't last

it is ok, all the things that come to us in life, let them come, let them go, let them happen, let them not happen

the one who is really found himself is happy no matter what situation, they find themselves

becasue they are not depending upon the things brought through the senses or through the mind,

for their happiness and peace

they have found it within their own heart

 

무수한 약속들이 채워지지 않는다

채워진다 해도, 계속되지 않을 것이다

삶에서 우리에게 오는 모든 것들, 그러한 것은 괜찮다

그것들이 오게 두어라, 가게 두어라, 일어나게 두어라, 일어나지 않도록 두어라

정말 그 자신을 발견한 자는 무슨 상황에서도 행복하다, 그들 자신을 발견한다

그들은 그들의 행복과 평화를 위해, 감각이나 마음을 통해 가져온 것들에 의존하지 않기 때문이다

그들 자신의 가슴 안에서 발견했다

 

when you have seen these things, you must have reached an emptiness which nothing can change it

everything may appear and disappear in this boundliless field of pure emptiness,

awareness, peace and natural joy

that's not arising from receiving any gift in the world

with this peace, wherever you go, you will not lose it

becasue the world did not give it to you, and the world cannot take it away from you

this peace and your own self is one. it's not different

you're not speaking to me about a person here, the person is all part of the package of maya

it's a dream that we've had for a very long time

and it's not easy to wake up out of this dream

 

그대가 이러한 것들을 보았을 때,

그대는 이미 비어있음 에 이르렀을 것이다, 아무것도 그것을 변화시킬 수 없다

모든 것이, 이 순수 비어있음, 자각, 평화, 자연스러운 기쁨  의 경계 없는 장에서, 나타나고 사라질 수 있다

세상에서 받는 선물 어떤 것에서도 일어나는 것이 아니다

이 평화로, 그대는 어디를 가든, 잃지 않을 것이다

세상이 준 것이 아니므로

그리고 세상은 그것을 그대에게서 가져갈 수 없다

이 평화와 그대 자신은 하나이다, 다르지 않다

 

그대는 여기에서 제한된 인식에 대해 말하지 않는다

제한된 인식은 환영 꾸러미다

우리가 아주 오랫동안 가져온 꿈이다

그리고 이 꿈에서 깨어나는 것은 쉽지 않다

 

sometimes i say to the people in the sangha, you are the seeds of awakening in a sleeping world

what it mean, you're waking up to the truth of what you are

nothing else is needed, it takes care of everything

who can make such a choice, who can be so called that they are not distracted from this

 

내가 sangha 사람들에게 말할 때가 있다

그대들은 잠 자는 세상에서 깨어남의 씨앗들이다 라고

 

무슨 뜻인가

그대인 진리에 깨어나는 것이다

그것 외 필요한 것은 없다, 그것이 모든 것을 보살핀다

 

누가 그런 선택을 할 수 있을까

누가 이것에서 벗어나지 않도록 그렇게나 불려질 수 있을까

 

'i am in love with the self as the self itself'

take those words only and be with them, contemplate them

the rest we need not spaek about

if someone does not understand this, then we can go to the second sentence and the thrid statement and so on

 

'나는 자신과 자신 자체로 사랑에 빠진다'

이 말만 취해라, 이것과 있어라, 숙고해라

나머지는 우리가 말할 것 없다

 

누군가 이것을 이해하지 못하면, 

우리는 두 번째 문장, 세 번재 말 등으로 갈 수도 있다

 

if we look through the mind and through the person, through the binoculars of the person,

the world we see is the chaos at this moment

but as you look at the person itself, you begin to find deep peace, floods you heart, a silence, so profound

it cannot conveyed by words

it fills everything and then you can begin to see that everything come and go

and you are no longer a victim, a victim was imagined

but it takes a while even to come to here, even to come to this point

but you have been following, listening

and you can verify through your own experience

 

우리가 마음을 통해, 제한된 인식을 통해, 제한된 인식의 쌍안경을 통해 바라본다면

우리가 보는 세상은 지금은 혼돈이다

하지만 그대가 제한된 인식 자체를 바라볼수록

그대는 깊은 평화를 발견하기 시작한다

그대의 가슴을 흘러 넘치게 한다

침묵, 아주 깊은

말로 전달될 수 없는 것이다

그것이 모든 것을 채운다

그러면 그대는 모든 것이 오고 가는 것을 바라보기 시작할 수 있다

그리고 그대는 더 이상 희생자가 아니다, 희생자는 상상되었다

 

여기에 이르는 것조차, 이 지점에 오는 것조차 시간이 걸린다

하지만 그대는 따라왔고, 귀 기울여 들었다

그리고 그대 자신의 경험을 통해 확인할 수 있다

 

the more you go to the person, the more you go towards problem, more difficulties, challenges, things to do, 

things to change, things to fix, thisngs to heal, things to become.

the more you remain as yourself, everything is resolved, there's a peace

becasue you're no longer person, you don't suffer from person poison

so stay with this

you're not have to run away from the world, no, the wrong world will run away from you

you are here in fact, you're the witness of all things, serene and happy

 

그대가 제한된 인식으로 갈수록,
