여기는, 바라보는 자신이 대상이 아니다

stay in the place where you are, be aware of this

그대가 좋은 사람이었다는 것이 그렇게 좋은 사람이 아니었다는 것이다

무언가가 올라온다, 

그리고 그대의 분노 또한 그대가 아니다

그것과 너무 동일시하지 마라

그대가 있는 곳에 머물러라,

그것 (올라오는 것) 을 인식해라, 그것이 꺼억- 하고 나오도록 두어라

 

stay only in the seeing

even the sense, 'oh i can get pulled up into', 

that is also in the seeing

don't deviate from the seeing

 

오로지 바라봄에 머물러라

'아 난 딸려갈 것 같다' 라는 느낌 또한, 바라봄에 있다

바라봄에서 벗어나지 마라

 

it's not how long you do it

but how earnest you are looking

just to be clear

 

그대가 그것을 얼마 동안 하는지가 중요한 것이 아니다

그대가 얼마나 진지하게 바라보는지가

그냥 명확해지기 위해

 

i see sometimes mind come so strong, why? because identity happen,

and something is feeling, 'too much----'

stay back in the seeing

also at some point, you may come to see that the seeing is seen, very subtle

we're not becoming mystical

just that awareness, even the act or functioning of perception or seeing is known

but here, there's no objective self looking

 

'나는 때때로 마음이 아주 강하게 나타나는 것을 본다', 

왜 인가, 동일시가 일어나기 때문이다

그리고 무언가가, '아 너무 ----'

 

바라봄으로 물러나 머물러라

또한 어느 지점에서 그대는 바라봄이 바라보아지는 것을 볼 수 있을 것이다,

아주 미묘하다

 

우리는 신비롭게 되는 것이 아니다

그냥 각성,

인식 혹은 바라봄의 움직임이나 작용조차 알려진다

하지만 여기는, 바라보는 자신이 대상이 아니다

 

it's only habit that we keep inserting and entity behind the seeing

there's just seeing

when you are entity behind the seeing, you again possess proportion

is your sense of being limitless, but also sense of being limited

that's ok

don't try to change that

just keep authentic looking

whatever happens will happen by the grace of God

somehow awareness of, like light shines on something that arises in the seeing, itself purifying by itself

 

우리가 계속해서 바라봄 뒤 존재로 들어서는 것은 습관일 뿐이다

그냥 바라봄이 있을 뿐이다

그대가 바라봄 뒤 존재일 때, 그대는 다시 비중을 갖는다

그대가 제한 없이 존재하는 느낌이다, 또한 제한되어 있는 느낌이기도 하다

그런 것은 괜찮다

그것을 바꾸려 하지 마라

그냥 계속 진실하게 바라봐라

무엇이 일어나든 일어날 것이다, 신의 은혜로움에 의해

 

어떻든 각성이, 바라봄에서 일어나는 무언가를 비추는 빛처럼,

그것이 그것으로 순수하게 만든다

 

and continue living quietly, in quarantine

it is as though your life is on your retreat

but don't tell anyone, they will only trouble you

mean that somehow, until the effort to not identify happens become effortless

effort in the beginning becomes effortless

why, because effortlessness is the nature of the self

when effort is required, effort will happen, not produced by someone who needs to make effort

you will simply notice that, not created

 

그리고 계속해서 조용히 살아라, 격리 상태로

그대의 삶은, 와글거리는 세상에서 떨어져 있는 것 같다

하지만 어느 누구에게도 말하지 마라, 그들은 그대에게 문제를 일으킬 뿐이다

어떻든 동일시하지 않으려는 노력이 노력 없이 될 때까지

 

처음에는 노력이, 노력 없음이 된다

왜? 노력 없음이 자신 의 본성이기 때문이다

노력이 요구될 때에는, 노력이 일어날 것이다, 노력을 해야 하는 누군가에 의해서가 아니라

그대는 그것을 단순히 알아볼 것이다, 만들어진 것이 아닌 것으로

 

don't wrap a boundary around yourself

don't define what you are

every time you define, you confine

and so the identity of personhood perpetuate

that's how it's been playing

 

그대 주위에 경계를 두르지 마라

그대인 것을 한정하지 마라

그대가 한정할 때마다, 그대는 가두는 것이다

그리고 그렇게 제한된 성격의 동일시가 계속된다

그것이 놀이가 일어나온 방식이다

 

you have to come to a place where you're ready for this

we must come to a place when you're ready and able to hear this deep within your being

to understand it in a way that is not merely intellectual understanding, it's not informational knowledge

and that you are already for it

 

그대는 그대가 이것에 준비되는 곳에 이르러야 한다

우리는, 준비되어 이것을 그대의 존재 안에서 깊이 들을 수 있는 자리에 이르러야 한다

단지 지적인 이해가 아닌 방식으로 이해하는

그것은 정보를 아는 앎이 아니다

 

그리고 그대는 이미 그것에 준비되어 있다

 

as often as we keep again nurturing and supporting personal identity,

all these problems will continue living, manifesting,

and take it to be real

and take it to be obstacles, not realizing that the seeming obstacle arises with the identity,

 

우리가 계속해서 다시 제한된 동일시에 양분을 공급하고, 지원하는 만큼,

이 온갖 문제들이 계속 살 것이다, 드러나 보일 것이다

그리고 그것을 실제로 받아들인다

그리고 장애로 받아들인다,

장애로 보이는 것이 동일시와 함께 일어나는 것을 알아차리지 못한다

 

if you see this already, your life is auspicious

if you can just see that, and honor it

you don't need to read lots of books.......huge pilgrimage necessarily,

those who do, i don't criticize, enjoy

but those who can understand this and see and eat the fruit of that understanding

 

그대가 이것을 본다면 이미, 그대의 삶은 상서롭다

그대가 그것을 볼 수 있다면, 그리고 그것을 소중히 한다,

그대는 무수한 책을 읽을 필요 없다, 엄청난 순례 여행을 꼭 해야 할 것 없다

하는 이들을 나는 비평하지 않는다, 즐겨라

하지만 이것을 이해하고 바라보고, 그 이해의 결실을 먹을 수 있는 이들은

 

your existence is the evidence of God

but we don't know it

because that existence is taken and functioning in the just form of personhood, which is stage of ignorance

a state, stage we must experience for a time

all states are time bound

 

그대의 존재가 신의 입증이다

하지만 우리는 그것을 모른다

왜냐하면 존재가 단지 제한된 성격의 형상으로 받아들여지고, 기능하기 때문이다,

그것은 무지의 단계다

상태, 단계는 우리가 '잠시' 경험해야 한다

모든 상태들이 시간이 구속되어 있다
