그대 자신에게 그대는 누구인가 세상에 아무도 없다면

i'm not saying that mind is bad

i'm just saying, if you don't know who you are, he'll capture you

you are the witness to the mind, mind is not the witness to you

these things you come to know automatically

you don't have to do any big exercise for that

if you follow some simple things, do become very clear for you

 

난 마음이 나쁘다 라고 말하고 있지 않다

그대가 누구인지 알지 못한다면, 그가 그대를 사로잡을 것이다 라 말하고 있을 뿐이다

그대가 마음을 바라보는 자다, 마음은 그대를 보는 자가 아니다

 

이런 것들을 그대가 저절로 알게 된다

그런 것을 위해 어떤 커다란 수행을 해야 할 필요 없다

그대가 간단한 것들을 좀 따른다면, 그대에게 아주 명확해진다

 

but somehow we're too attached to our personalities

your personality has a lot of demands that are never totally met

if you meet the demands, it wants more demands

personality and mind are the same thing

 

하지만 어떻든 우리는 우리의 성격들에 너무 집착되어 있다

그대의 성격은 무수한 요구를 갖는다, 결코 충족되지 않는다

요구들을 충족시킨다면, 그것은 더 많은 요구를 원한다

성격과 마음은 같은 것이다

 

what i'm pointing you to is  your beingness, that's your first delivery

if you can observe personal sense or mind, without becoming attached,

you'll earn your beingness

beingness is off the wheel of samsara

then if you learn to observe your beingness, you'll come off the wheel of beingness also

but you're not ready for that

because in beingness is the highest pleasure than the person

 

내가 그대에게 가리키고 있는 것은 그대의 존재다

그것이 그대의 첫번째 탄생이다

그대가 제한된 인식의 느낌이나 마음을 바라볼 수 있다면, 집착하지 않고,

그대는 그대의 존재를 얻을 것이다

 

존재는 삼사라의 바퀴에서 떨어져 있다

그런 다음 그대가 그대의 존재를 바라보는 법을 배운다면,

그대는 존재의 바퀴에서 또한 떨어질 것이다

rather than you tell, don't give up,

sit down and pay attention

because we say things like this, 'i'm never going to give up',

nobody care

sit and keep quiet, that has a power

don't get caught up with your mind traffic, that has power

but promises mean nothing, you think you can flatter or promise to god or something?

these things are non sense, give up that type of stuff

today if you sit where you are, and even follow what i'm saying, just watch, empty yourself,

even of the memory of yourself, whatever you call yourself to be,

who are you onto yourself? if there's nobody in the world

then see what mind amaze you, don't get involved

that is more powerful than any scripture i give you

 

그대가 포기하지 않는다 라 말하기보다

앉아서 주의를 두어라

우리는 이런 식으로 말한다, '난 결코 포기하지 않겠다'

아무도 상관 안 한다

앉아서 조용히, 

그것이 힘을 갖는다

그대의 마음의 교통 상황에 사로잡히지 마라, 그것이 힘을 갖는다

 

약속들은 아무 뜻도 없다

그대는 그대가 신에게 아첨이나 약속 등을 할 수 있다고 생각하는가

이런 것들은 엄터리들이다, 그런 것들을 포기해라

오늘 그대가 있는 곳에서 앉는다면,

그리고 심지어 내가 말하는 것을 따른다,

그냥 바라본다, 그대 자신을 비운다

 

그대 자신에게 그대는 누구인가

세상에 아무도 없다면
