우리가 생각하고, 느끼고, 움직이고, 인식하고 관계하는 방식이

going back to your true nature is not incompatible with leading a full human life

on the contrary, it wii enable you to lead a really full human life

because the sense of being a separate self, the sense of the ego

is a dysfunction in our human life

a human life that is domanated by the ego is a dysfunctional life

it's not full human life

 

그대의 본성으로 돌아간다는 것과

완전한 인간의 삶을 끌어간다는 것이 같이 있을 수 없는 것이 아니다

 

반대로, 그것으로 그대가 정말로 완전한 인간의 삶을 끌어갈 수 있게 될 것이다

왜냐하면 하나의 분리되어 있는 자신, 에고의 느낌은

우리 인간의 삶에서 기능 장애다

에고에 의해 지배되는 인간의 삶은 기능장애적 삶이다

완전한 인간의 삶이 아니다

 

so going back to your being is not going to prevent you from leading a full human life

on the contrary it's going to expand your life

you're not going to lose anything apart from the agitation and sorrow

that attends the feeling of separation

 

그래서 그대의 존재로 돌아간다는 것이

그대가 완전한 인간의 삶을 끌어가는 것을 막지 않을 것이다

반대로 삶을 확장할 것이다

분리의 느낌에 들어서는, 혼란과 슬픔 외 잃는 것이 없을 것이다

 

what we do is partly the inward facing path going back to our being,

but partly the outward facing path,

the realignment of the way we think, feel, act, perceive and relate

with this new recogniton that our being is one inherently peaceful and fulflled on the inside

and shared with evreything and everyone on the outside

that's the essence of 3000 years of all the great spiritual and religious traditions 

in a sentence

peace and quiet joy is the nature of your being,

you share your being with everyone and everything

in order to recognize that,

it first entalils the inward facing path, 'the kingdom of heaven is within you'

you find it in all the traditions,

this temporary turning away from the content of experience

in order to go back and recognize the nature of our being

and then the outward facing path, you go back

and then you fuse our life int he world with this new understanding

 

그것을 알아차리기 위해서는

먼저 안으로 향해 보는 길을 필요로 한다

'하늘 왕국은 그대 안에 있다'는

그대는 그것을 모든 전통에서 본다

 

돌아서서, 우리 존재의 본성을 알아차리기 위해

일시적으로 경험 내용에서 돌아선다,

그런 다음 밖으로 향하는 길이다, 돌아온다

그대는 세상에서의 삶을 새로운 이해로 녹인다
