사람으로서의 내가 의식적인 것이 아니다

의식이 사람을 통해 본다

보는 것은 사람이 아니다

 

의식이 사람의 능력을 통해 본다

하지만 사람이 의식을 그 자신에 맞게 사용해서,

'내가 의식한다'라 한다

you as a person do not have consciousness

you are not conscious

only consciousness is conscious

consciousness see through you as a body

even though that's not quite right, but it'll suffice for now

consciousness uses your perceiving faculties,

to perceive itself as the world

 

한 사람으로서의 그대가 의식을 갖는 것이 아니다

그대가 의식하는 것이 아니다

오로지 의식이 의식한다

 

의식이 몸을 통해 본다

정확하지는 않지만, 일단

 

의식이 그대의 인식 능력을 사용한다

그 자신을 세상으로서 인식한다

 

it sees through the person

it's not the person that sees,

consciousness sees through the faculty of the person

but the person appropriates consciousness for itself,

and says, 'i am consicous'

 

의식이 사람을 통해 본다

보는 것은 사람이 아니다

 

의식이 사람의 능력을 통해 본다

하지만 사람이 의식을 그 자신에 맞게 사용해서,

'내가 의식한다'라 한다

 

and 'i'm pretty sure my dog is conscious,

because when i stpes on her tail, she jumps,

therefore she must be having the internal experience of pain,

therefore she must be conscious'

 

그리고 '나의 개가 의식적이라 확신한다,

내가 꼬리를 밟으면, 뛰어오른다,

안에서 아픔의 경험을 하고 있는 것이다,

그러니 의식적이다'

 

'but when i tread on the table, it doesn't feel pain

because it's not conscious'

 

'하지만 내가 테이블을 밟을 때, 그것은 고통을 느끼지 않는다

테이블은 의식적이지 않으므로'

 

all this come from that i as a person am conscious or have consciousness

it's consciousness alone that is conscious

only awareness is aware

and everything appears in that

and is made of that

people and tables

 

이런 모든 것이

사람으로서의 내가 의식적이다, 혹은 의식을 갖고 있다 라는 것에서 온다

 

의식적인 것은 의식 뿐이다

의식만이 의식한다

그리고 모든 것이 그 안에 나타나 보인다

그것으로 만들어진 것이다,

사람들과 테이블

 

now why is it that people appear to be consicous

and talbe don't appear to be conscious?

 

그러면, 왜 사람들은 의식적이어 보이고

테이블은 의식적이지 않아 보이는가

 

we are all points of view of the infitie, within the infinite

through who's perceiving faculties,

theinfinite perceives itself as the universe

so the infinite see through our mind, but not with our mind

but this localized points of view appears to be from a second person perspective,

appears to be a conscious entity

 

우리 모두가 무한의 관점들이다, 무한 안에서의

 

우리의 인식 능력을 통해, 무한은 그 자신을 우주로 인식한다

무한은 우리 마음을 통해 본다, 하지만 우리 마음을 갖고 보는 것은 아니다

제한된 나누어진 관점들은,

제 2인의 관점에서, 의식적인 존재처럼 보인다
