at least about this understanding,

one has to be quite strong, 

quite stable to take this understanding in

상당히 강한 자여야 한다,

상당히 안정적이어서, 이 이해를 받아들일 수 있어야 한다

 

in almost all cases, you have a pretty well developed ego

before you can consider this understanding

if you haven't developed a regular ego in the world,

if you are vulnerable in the world,

and you haven't yet your conventional egoic boundaries in place,

and therefore you are dysfunctional in the world,

and i say that with no judgment at all, but if you are,

then if you come across this understanding,

it could further destablize you rather than bring you to the peace of your true nature

 

거의 모든 경우들에서,

이 이해를 고려할 수 있기 이전,

상당히 잘 발달된 에고를 갖는다

세상에서 발달되는 보통 에고를 갖지 못한다면,

세상에서 약하다면,

아직 전통적인 에고의 경계가 제자리에 있지 않다면,

그래서 세상에서 기능장애라면,

 

난 전혀 판단 없이 말한다, 하지만 그대가 그렇다면,

이 이해를 만날 때,

더 불안정해질 수 있다,

그대에게 그대의 진짜 본성의 평화를 가져다 주는 것이기 보다는

 

so by definition, everyone is in touch with their being

at the deepest level, everyone is their being

some minds struggle so much that they could be further disoriented

by the power of this understanding

 

당연히 모두가 그들의 존재와 닿아 있다

가장 깊은 단계에서는, 모두가 그들의 존재다

 

마음들 중에서는 이 이해에 의해

너무 분투를 벌이는,

더 방향을 잃을 수도 있는 마음들이 있다

 

you've probably heard me say, 

i think that this very direct approach is approach of our time,

it's the way of our time,

it's for nearly everybody

there are some people for whom this is too much,

and less radical, more progressive approach would be appropriate

and that doesn't make that approach, it's not lesser

it's just what's appropriate for a paritular individual

 

내가 말한 것을 들어본 적 있을 것이다

난 이 아주 바로 가는 접근이,

우리 시대의 접근이라 생각한다

우리 시대의 방식이다

거의 모두에게 적합하다

 

이것이 너무 과한 사람들이 있다

덜 급진적이고, 보다 천천히 나아가는 접근이 적합할

그것이 그 접근을 덜한 것으로 만드는 것은 아니다

그냥 특정한 개인에게 적합한 것이다
