그건 안에서는 평화로,

밖에서는 사랑으로 경험된다

그대가 이해해야 할 것은 그것이 다다

i usually leave this till the last day until i say this,

i recommend you forget everything i say this week

you don't have to understand

if there's anything you have to understand at all this week,

actually you don't have to understand anything

because you always have your own being with you

you don't need me

you don't need the words of teaching

because you can just refer to your being

 

보통 이 말을 마지막 날 하는데,

난 그대가 내가 이번 주 말한 모든 것을 잊기를 바란다

 

이해할 필요 없다

이번 주 이해해야 할 것이 있다고 한다면

사실 그대는 어떤 것도 이해할 필요 없다

그대에게는 그대 자신이 항상 있으므로

 

그대에게는 내가 필요 없다

가르침의 말이 필요 없다

그대가 바로 그대의 존재를 표현할 수 있다

 

but let me give you a hint about the nature of your being

it's experienced on the inside as peace

and on the outside as love

that's all you need to understand

 

하지만 그대의 존재의 본성에 대한 힌트를 하나 주겠다

그건 안에서는 평화로,

밖에서는 사랑으로 경험된다

그대가 이해해야 할 것은 그것이 다다

 

peace and happiness are the nature of being on the inside

and we share our being with everyone and everything,

that is love on the outside

that's all you need to understand

everything else, all our speculation about the universe, and the infinite being,

all that is superfluous, it's not necessary

 

평화와 행복이,

안에서 존재의 본성인 것이다

그리고 우리 존재를 모두와 모든 것과 나눈다

그것이 밖에서의 사랑이다

 

그것이 그대가 이해해야 하는 전부다

그 밖의 것은,

우리가 우주, 무한한 존재에 대해 숙고한 모든 것이,

잉여의 것이다, 필요 없다
