being is self aware

so consciousness is the source of  intelligence

you could say, consciousness is formless intelligence

then mind gives that formless intelligence a temporary form,

in the form of thoughts, in the case of human beings

so yes, being is pure intelligence, pure intelligent being

and quantum physics, the examples you give, 

these are all attempts of the mind

they're all formulations of the mind as it approaches pure intelligence

of course, when the mind arrives at pure intelligence, it comes to an end

there's no form there

but as the mind begins to approach pure intelligence,

it become more and more refined

these are all sorts of ways this intelligence is expressed

i think, awe is one of the qualities that a human mind that is struck by this understanding displays

but i wouldn't say it was the highest one

i'm not sure that i'd range the qualities in a heirarchy 

there can be others, gratitude, kindness, creativity

these are all the hallmarks of a mind, to a greater or lesser extent is infused with this pure intelligence

a mind that is opague and not in touch with or at least directly informed by this intelligence,

is not creative, unkind and so on
