좋아하는 것을 하는 것과 너무나 하나 일 때

any musician or sports person know,

you are so at one with your acticity

a personal doer is not there

it's just any of you that dance or play music,

or sometimes when you write, when you play sports,

walking in nature, indeed doing anything

it's a very common experience

 

어느 음악가든 운동 선수든 

그대가 그대의 움직임과 너무나 하나일 때,

'난 어떤 사람이다'라는 자가 있지 않다 

 

춤을 추거나 음악을 연주하는 이,

혹은 무언가를 쓰거나, 스포츠를 할 때,

자연 속을 걸을 때, 

사실 어떤 것을 할 때든

아주 공통되게 하는 경험이다

 

it's what's referred to as being in the zone

it's just like that the universe is acting in them as them

and it allows the person to perform at a level that is exceeds their normal level

that's where genius come from in sport

when someone is so at one with their activity,

they have no sense of being a person playing for a particular team

they're just in the moment

they're one with the flow

and they can't go wrong

because when they see people performing at this level,

they get a taste of that in themselves

so that's why really great sports players and musicians,

not only he feels the ecstacy of it

but everybody listening feels ectasy, bliss

he not only modeled for them what it was like to act

because when he was on a stage,

this is true of many artists and sports people

when they're doing what they love to do,

they act with genius

there are no sense of personal

you don't think, 'i'm freddie mercury'

 

그가 그 황홀함을 느낄 뿐 아니라

듣는 모두가 느낀다

you don't have a name, you don't have a form,

you're just acting

you tap in to an energy that is not normally available to you

when you've limited yourself to a person

that's why these people perform in 

what appears to me, immortals as in superhuman ways

그대가 자신을 어떤 사람으로 제한하고 있을

대개의 그대에게 가능하지 않은 에너지로 들어선다

when you watch that, 

you somehow participate in that energy,

they take us to that place in our self

that's why we love watching sport

everybody wants the taste of bliss, that is the nature of their being
