하지만 어려움, 때로는 투쟁 때문에, '나 미칠 것 같아' 라 하는데, 그대는 미치지 않는다.

무언가 안에, 광기가 닿을 수 없는 곳을 발견한다, 고통이 갈 수 없는 곳, 아픔이 갈 수 없는 곳,

이 곳을 그대가 발견해야 한다.

person (좁은 의식) 은 항상 싸운다, 그 자신에 대항해 싸운다.

그대가 그대의 에고로 산다면, 그대에겐 또 다른 적이 필요 없다

그대 자신에게 그대가 충분히 적이다

when the time comes, you'll find that some energy helps you to penetrate through something,

not just doing it with your mind, not just pushing your mind,

but some help is coming, you feel, 'wait, somehow i feel to do this now'

때가 올 때, 어떤 에너지가 그대를 도와 무언가를 관통하는 것을 발견할 것이다,

단지 그대의 마음으로 가 아니라, 그대의 마음을 밀어붙이는 것으로써가 아니라,

어떤 도움이 와서 그대가, '잠깐만, 어떻게 해서든 난 지금 이걸 하고 싶다' 라 느낀다

에너지가 그것을 하도록 여기에 있다, 그러고는 휴우...............

이것이 은총의 힘이다

life is full of paradox, you just have to let them work for you.

so you don't curse anything because the consciousness doesn't waste any part of its expression.

everything you did, every mistake, every victory, every single thing that happened in your life brought you to be sitting in that seat now.

when you can look with this, you have to say, thank you, thank you for my life with all its pains, all pleasures, also.

thank you for this because it brought me home.

if your life is just full of pretty things and nice ice cream experiences, you would not wake up, you'll be so asleep

but because of difficulty, sometimes struggling, 'i'm gonna get mad' and you don't go mad.

you find something inside a place which cannot be touched by madness, a place where pain cannot go, suffering cannot go.

you have to find this place.

suffering helps you to find it.

one which day will you thank to suffering for its help

so everything contributes to much richer life.

you're compelled by existence to mature to grow.

now mind would like a life is completely, completely perfect according to our projections,

but if you hold onto this idea, you'll always be miserable 

and we all need a little trouble at least, it give it a aspiration to grow and to look more deeply, inwardly.

your eyes always cannot be going out, they have to go into

because something here, when eyes are seeing everything on this side of the eyes, you can see outside

and also you can see everything on inside of the eyes, the realm of feelings and thoughts and emotion, memory and so on.

there comes a time when even the inner things seem external to something else.

and this one, nobody can touch.

you can smell the perfume of this flower.

this perfume is peace and joy, silence, wisdom but the flower, no one can touch.

삶은 모순으로 가득 차 있다, 그대는 그냥 그것이 그대를 위한 작업을 하게 두라.

어떤 것을 저주할 것 없다

의식은 그 표현의 어떤 부분에서도 낭비가 없다

그대가 한 모든 것들, 모든 실수, 모든 승리, 그대의 삶에 일어난 하나 하나가 그대가 지금 앉아있는 자리로 데려왔다

이렇게 볼 수 있을 때, 그대는 삶에게, 이 모든 고통과 모든 쾌락 또한, 그것들 모두에 감사하다고 말하고 싶다

감사하다, 나를 집에 데려온 것에.

만일 그대의 삶이 단지 예쁜 것들로만 가득하고, 근사한 아이스크림과 같은 경험들로만 차 있다면,

그대는 깨어나지 않을 것이다, 잠에 깊이 빠져있을 것이다

어느 날엔가 그대는 고통에게, 그 도움에 감사할 것이다

그러니 모든 것이 훨씬 더 풍요로운 삶에 기여한다.

존재에 의해 그대는 성숙하도록, 자라도록 강요 받는다.

마음은 삶이 완전히, 완전히 그대의 투사대로 완벽한 것을 좋아할 것이다.

하지만 그대가 이러한 관념에 들러붙는다면, 항상 비참할 것이다.

그리고 우리 모두는 최소한 약간의 문제가 필요하다

그것이 성장하도록, 더 깊이, 안으로 들여다보도록 하는 열망을 준다

그대의 눈은 항상 밖으로 나갈 수 없다, 안으로 들어가야 한다

왜냐면 뭔가가, 눈이 바깥쪽으로 모든 것을 볼 때, 그대는 바깥을 볼 수 있다

안쪽의 것들 또한 모두 볼 수 있다, 느낌과 생각, 감정, 기억 등의 영역을.

안의 것들조차 다른 무언가에게는 외부적인 것으로 보이는 때가 온다.

그리고 이것에는, 아무도 닿을 수 없다

그대는 이 꽃의 향기를 맡을 수 있다

이 향기는 평화와 기쁨, 침묵, 지혜이다

하지만 그 꽃은, 아무도 건드릴 수 없다
