이건 초대이다, 명령이 아니다

우리 안에는, 

부정적인 성향들로 가거나 

아니면 더 높은, 상승되는 의식의 상태로 갈 수 있는 역량, 잠재력이 있다

그리고 이 놀이가 여기 사트상 에 그대가 있는 동안, 아마 더욱 가동되거나 활발해질 것이다

what i wanted to share is that

because of the directness of the pointing and we find that,

of course, if i ask you, what is it that you come here for? what do you want?

i'm pretty sure that most people will say, we've come for freedom, 

we come to awaken to that which you have said, it's within us and yet we've not yet had a clear understanding of that, we've come for this reason

내가 나누고 싶던 것은

가리킴의 직접성 때문에 우리가

물론 내가 그대에게, 여기 무엇 때문에 왔는가, 무엇을 원하는가, 라고 물으면,

대부분의 사람들이, 자유를 위해 왔다 고 말할 것이라 상당히 확신한다

'우리는 그것에 깨어나기 위해 와 있다

당신이 말한, 우리 안에 있으나 아직 우리가 그것에 대해 명확한 이해를 갖지 못한, 이것 때문에 우리가 왔다'

and yet as we go and move more deeply into our inquiry, into our introspection, 

we look together, sometimes, you may find that there are some seeds of resistance or identity, 

your something may get exposed or highlighted,

because you have said, this is what you have come for

그럼에도 탐구로, 통찰로 더 깊이 들어갈수록,

우리가 함께 보면서 때로, 저항이나 동일시의 씨앗이 있음을 보게 될 수도 있다

그대의 무언가 폭로되거나 조명 받는다

그대는 이 때문에 왔다 고 말했으므로

and sometimes it feels like, great death does come up on you

that you have been invited to offer this thing to the self,

so you may transcend the limitations that appear to come through them to you,

and so sometimes people feel, oh, my world is falling apart,

때로는 커다란 죽음이 그대에게 다가오는 것처럼 느껴진다

이러한 것을 self (진짜 자신) 에게 내어놓도록 초대받은 것이다

그래서 제한을 통해 그대에게 나타나보이는 그 제한들을 그대가 변형시킬 수 있도록

때로는 사람들이, 아, 내 세상이 산산조각 난다, 고도 느낀다

actually the world that is constructed in the mind has to fall apart somehow,

i just want to show you that that would be an auspicious thing, 

you will not lose anything but that which is not in service to your truth

사실 마음에 만들어진 세상은 어떻든 무너져 내려야 한다

나는 그냥 그것은 상서로운 것일 것이라는 것을 보여주고 싶다

그대는 아무것도 잃지 않을 것이다, 그대의 진리에 기여하지 않는 것을 제외하고는

and it's an invitation, it's not a command,

God alone knows the state of maturity of each one,

but something brought you here and trust that which brought you here

이건 초대이다, 명령이 아니다

신 만이, 각자의 성숙 상태를 안다

하지만 무언가 그대를 이 곳에 데려왔다, 그대를 여기 데려온 그것을 신뢰해라

if you genuinely feel, i've come to discover what you say we are,

then i feel good about the prospect of your finding that

그대가 진정으로, '나는 당신이 우리라 말한 것을 찾기 위해 왔다', 고 느낀다면

나는 그대가 그것을 발견할 수 있는 전망이 좋다 느낀다

i speak to the heart of each one, 

i don't speak to you only as a group,

but each one who hears the word, if it speaks to you in your heart,

be open to receive it,

don't be falling into too much mistrust and so on

because within us, we have the capacity, the potential to go towards the negative tendencies 

or towards the higher elevated states of consciousness

and this play will become even perhaps more animated or activated during the course of your satsang here

각자의 가슴에 말한다

집단으로서만의 그대에게 말하지 않는다

듣는 각자가, 그대 가슴에 말하는 것으로 듣는다면,

열려 받아들여라

너무 심한 불신 등으로 떨어지지 마라

우리 안에는, 

부정적인 성향들로 가거나 

아니면 더 높은, 상승되는 의식의 상태로 갈 수 있는 역량, 잠재력이 있다

그리고 이 놀이가 여기 사트상 에 그대가 있는 동안, 아마 더욱 가동되거나 활발해질 것이다

do not be disheartened by that,

sometimes you have to feel challenges,

you have to be tested,

because without that you will not wake up

그것 때문에 낙담하지 마라

때로는 그대가 도전을 느껴야 한다

시험을 겪어야 한다

그것 없이는 그대가 깨어나지 못할 것이다

if we're only here for beautiful feelings, it will not last,

you must come to see that which is already inherent in yourself,

you must come to see that still place

우리가 오로지 아름다운 느낌들만을 위해 이 곳에 있다면, 그건 오래가지 않을 것이다

그대는 이미 그대 자신 안에 있는 것을 보아야 한다

그 고요한 곳을 봐야 한다

not as an object that you can perceive,

but as subjective awakening to that

그대가 인식할 수 있는 대상으로서가 아니다

그것에 깨어나는 주체로서이다

if you don't catch my word right now, don't worry, it's ok,

i'll repeat them,

and you will not only grow because of your intellectual understanding,

there're many more forces benevolent forces working on your behalf to deliver your mind from the hypnosis of psychological conditioning

지금 나의 말을 이해하지 못한다면, 걱정마라, 괜찮다

내가 반복할 것이다

그리고 그대는 오로지 지적 이해만으로 자라지 않을 것이다

심리적 조건화의 죄면으로부터 그대의 마음을 떼어내기 위해,

그대 편에서 작업하는 은혜로운 무수히 많은 힘들이 있다

so take your time, don't panic,

sometimes panic comes into the mind, don't be so quick to identify with that

and i'm not going to give you a lot of instructions, because i don't believe in lots of instructions

여유를 가져라, 두려워하지 마라

때로는 공포가 마음에 나타난다, 너무 재빨리 그것과 동일시하지 마라

그리고 나는 그대에게 무수한 지침을 주지 않을 것이다, 나는 무수한 지침들을 믿지 않는다

this very day may be your day,

i'm not signing for anybody 3 weeks course, 4-, nothing like that,

today may be your day, why not,

because if it should take a hundred years to awaken to that single truth,

on the day, 100 years, on the day of your awakening,

it will not be unlike today,

so welcome to satsang

바로 이 날이 그대의 날일 수 있다

나는 어느 누구에게 3 주, 4주의 과정에 서명하라 하지 않는다, 그런 게 전혀 아니다

오늘이 그대의 날일 수 있다, 안 될 게 있는가

100 년이 걸려 그 하나의 진리에 깨어난다면,

그 날, 100년 후, 깨어나는 그 날 이 오늘과 다르지 않을 것이다

그러니 사트상에 환영한다
