질문을 이해하려 해라, 그러면 질문이 그대를 탐색하고, 찾기 시작할 것이다

바라보는 자, 관찰하는 자를 발견할 수 있는지

the more personal you are with your experiencing,

the more quickly you'll come into the kind of noise

그대가 겪는 것에 더 제한된 인식으로 집착할수록,

더 빨리 소음 과 같은 것으로 들어설 것이다

if i ask you, try and see or understand what is actually you perceiving all of this impersonally?

you may say, i'm confused, i don't know how to do these things',

what is doing the seeing and not being involved in it?

and don't give it to the mind, just keep quiet,

and try to understand the question and the question will begin to search you, to scan, to find

if it can find the one who see, the one who is observing

내가 그대에게, 

정말로 이 모든 것들을 제한 없이 인식하고 있는 것을

보려 하길 혹은 이해하길 요청한다면,

그대는, 혼동스럽다, 어떻게 하는지 모르겠다' 고 말할 수도 있다

don't underestimate the power of this simple exercise,

this is what i've been pointing many people to do, like that

이 단순한 연습 의 힘을 낮춰보지 마라

이것은 무수한 사람들이 하도록 내가 요청해 온 것이다

so earlier stage, something is reacting to this kind of, 

and you think also perhaps if you didn't come to satsang, you wouldn't notice the noise of your mind,

but the minute you come and you begin to as though something wants to go more deeply,

it's as though you're stirred up,- inside your being,

and the mind is like some turbulence come

초기 단계에서는, 뭔가 반응을 한다,

게다가 아마 사트상 에 오지 않았으면, 그대 마음의 소음을 알아차리지도 못했을 것이다

하지만 그대가 와서, 마치 뭔가 더 깊이 가고 싶어하는 듯하자

휘저어지는 것 같다

마음이 격류에 휘말린 것 같다

so i'm asking you, don't try to get rid of this turbulence,

just learn to observe like observing someone else's behavior,

just try and do this, can just watch the thoughts, watch the reaction and so on,

but at the same time, stay detached as much as possible,

then you may share with me what you discover and whether their discovery is worth it

내가 그대에게 요청하는 것은, 이 격류를 제거하려 하지 마라

그냥 관찰하는 법을 익혀라, 다른 누군가의 행동을 바라보듯

그냥 이렇게 해 봐라, 생각들을 그냥 바라볼 수 있다, 반응 등 을 바라볼 수 있다

하지만 동시에 가능한 떨어져 있어라

그 다음 그대가 발견한 것과 그 발견한 것들이 가치가 있는지 를 나와 나눌 수 있다
