그것이 실재, 사실이고 self 는 허구로만 느껴질 것이다

person 이 있는 동안에는

그것에 헌신이 있을 것이다

even in so called spiritual circles

it is common to hear people say that

although they know

there is truly only the emptiness of awareness,

there is also the separate life of the illusory person

playing out in the vastness of the Self.

소위 영적 모임이라 하는데서도

사람들은 많이

깨어있음의 비어있음만 진실로 있을 뿐이다

라고 알고 있다고는 하면서

self 의 광대함 안에서 놀이하는, 환영, person (제한된 의식) 의 분리된 삶 또한 있다

고 말한다

however, these only appear 

while there remains some invested interest in the identity called a person.

하지만

person 으로 불리는 동일시에 투자된 관심이 남아있는 만큼

그리 보이는 것일 뿐이다

while the person is there, 

the conviction will be

person 이 있는 동안에는

그것에 헌신이 있을 것이다

that is the reality, the fact,

and the Self will only be felt as a fiction or 

at best an intellectual reality and not one's experiential truth.

그것이 실재, 사실이고

self 는 허구로만 느껴질 것이다

아니면 기껏해야 지적 실재, 경험적 진리가 아니라

this power to identify arises in and from the Self

in its illusory portrait called a person

along with its life.

동일시에의 이 힘은 self 안에서, self 로부터 일어난다

person 이라는 환영적 자기 이미지로,

그 삶 또한 그렇게

it is this person who sees a world external to himself.

the sage knows himself to be the universal self

and perceives only the Self

세상을 그 자신 밖의 것으로 보는 것이 이 person 이다

현자는 자신이 전존재적 self 라는 것을 안다

그리고 오로지 self 로만 인식한다
