그대 밖의 어떤 것도, 그대 마음 안에서 나타나 보이는 것과 별개의 것일 수 없다

우리는 무언가를 대상으로 바라보고, 그것에 대한 대상의 사실을 느끼는 습성이 있다

하지만 언제나 그냥 그대가 그것을 인식하는 방식이다

 

그리고 세상은 세상에 대한 견해를 가진 사람들로 가득하다

하지만 그건 단지 세상에 대한 견해일 뿐이다

아무도 세상을 알지 못한다

세상은 -것 이 아니다, 그대가 -것 이 아니듯

there's nothing outside you that can be anything apart from how it appears inside your mind

so you have to sort out in your mind

becasue what might be a trap for you is freedom for someone else

someone is hero, someone else is terrorist

 

그대 밖의 어떤 것도, 그대 마음 안에서 나타나 보이는 것과 별개의 것일 수 없다

그래서 그대는 그대의 마음에서 가려내야 한다

그대에게 함정일 수 있는 것이, 다른 누군가에게는 자유이다

누군가는 영웅이고, 다른 누군가는 테러리스트다

 

the reality of a thing,

remember? i said one time that what i think is is not in the thing, it's in the mind of the one who's perceiving it

this is very very important, i think

becasue we tend to feel that, we're looking at something objectively,

and there's objective truth about it

but always just how you perceive it

and the world is full of people who have oppinions about the world,

but it's only oppinion about the world

nobody knows the world

becasue the world is not a thing, just like you are not a thing

 

어떤 것의 현실이란

 

기억하는가, 내가 말한 적 있다

'생각하는 것은 그것에 있지 않고, 그것을 인식하는 자의 마음에 있다'

 

이것이 아주, 아주 중요하다고 생각한다

우리는 무언가를 대상으로 바라보고, 그것에 대한 대상의 사실을 느끼는 습성이 있다

하지만 언제나 그냥 그대가 그것을 인식하는 방식이다

 

그리고 세상은 세상에 대한 견해를 가진 사람들로 가득하다

하지만 그건 단지 세상에 대한 견해일 뿐이다

아무도 세상을 알지 못한다

세상은 -것 이 아니다, 그대가 -것 이 아니듯

 

all of these things come in, becasue we objectify our self

becasue we believe, the strong belief that i am this body and i am a person living in the body,

is the cause of all troubles and sufferings in the world

but it's meant to happen also

for some reason, nobody escape it

becasue underneath it is consciousness that is pure, but then it allow the self, the supreme self allow this diversified expressions to believe it is the body, to go into that dream

and becasue underneath the dream is pure self

it must find its power. it must wake up from the pull of the senses and the mind and identity

that makes sleep, that's the sleeping tablet of the being actually, the belief that i am this body,

i am the person, is the sleeping tablet of the being

but underneath is ever perfect self inside it, everyone, even in the most awful person,

the seed is the pure self

and i would put it that that the ultimate goal of any true existence is to discover the seed of yourself

the seed which gives birth to the universe and to the sense of personal self

for this reason, we're here in Sahaja, to find that out

 

이런 온갖 것들이 나타나는 것은, 우리가 우리 자신을 대상으로 대하기 때문이다

우리는, 나는 이 몸이다, 나는 몸 안에서 살고 있는 제한된 인식이다 라고 강하게 믿는다

이것이 세상 모든 문제들과 고통의 원인이다

 

하지만 그러기로 되어 있기도 하다

어떤 이유로, 아무도 그것에서 달아나지 못한다

 

그 아래에는 순수한 의식이 있다, 하지만 그것이, 최상의 자신이, 이런 다양한 표현들을 허용한다,

몸이라고 믿도록, 꿈으로 들어서도록

그리고 꿈 아래에는 순수한 자신이 있다

그것은 그 자신의 힘을 발견해야 한다

감각과 마음, 동일시가 잡아당기는 것으로부터 깨어나야 한다

그것이 잠에 들게 하는 것이다

사실 그것이 존재의 수면제이다, 나는 이 몸이다 라는 믿음, 나는 이런 사람이다, 가 존재의 수면제이다

하지만 그 아래에는, 그 안에는 영원히 완벽한 자신이 있다

모두가, 가장 끔찍한 사람 안에 조차

그 씨앗은 순수한 자신이다

 

그리고 진실한 존재의 궁극의 목표는 그대 자신의 씨앗을 발견하는 것이라고 하겠다

세상을 낳고, 제한된 인식의 자신을 낳는 씨앗

이런 이유로, 우리가 여기 Sahaja 에 있다, 그것을 발견하기 위해

 

along the way, the pull of the senses and the mind and the personal identity,

makes a strong boat to sail across this ocean of samsara

the belief i am the body, is itself samsara

and inside it, the pure self is somehow experiencing itself through dreaming, this dream tablet

 

그런 길 가는 내내, 감각과 마음, 제한된 인식에의 동일시의 잡아당김 이

강한 보트를 만들어 이 삼사라의 바다를 건너게 한다

나는 몸이다 라는 믿음 그 자체가 삼사라이다

그리고 그 안에, 순수한 자신이 어떻든 그 자신을 꿈을 통해, 수면제를 통해 경험하고 있다

 

so waking up, 

in what way can be anything a trap?

sometimes something will be a trap that later becomes your freedom

hardship is gonna come, you're gonna cry for this hardship, but this hardship is going to take you freedom

and the more we are attuned to our truest, the more quick you are to resolve this apparent problems

as we are deepening and maturing more and more, then to that extent, we are blossoming into that understanding

 

그래서 깨어난다는 것은

 

어떤 식으로 해서 어떤 것이 함정이 될 수 있을까

때로는 무언가 함정일 것이, 나중에 그대의 자유가 된다

어려움이 올 것이다, 그대는 이 어려움에 울 것이다, 하지만 이 어려움이 그대를 자유로 데려갈 것이다

 

그리고 우리가 우리의 가장 진실한 것에 조율될수록,

더 빠르게 그대가 이 문제들로 보이는 것을 해결하게 된다

우리가 점점 더 깊어지고 성숙할수록, 그 만큼, 우리는 이해로 피어난다
