it may feel like, what am i focusing on? he's asked me not just to wait, not to be patient only,

but to look with the alertness.

이처럼 느껴질 수도 있다,

'내가 무엇에 초점을 맞추고 있지? 그저 기다리지 말라, 끈기있기만 하지 말고

대신 깨어서 봐라 라고 들었는데'

don't ask your mind to cooperate.

just look and out of seeming nothing, something begins to manifest in a way that resonates inside your heart.

stay with it.

quickly it deepens into an attraction and urge, a joy.

stay with it.

it is indescribable, inscrutable, it is not too much for you to bear.

you manifest in form in order to discover this.

it will bring again a gratitude in your heart

and indescribable mmensity.

그대의 마음에게 도와달라 요청하지 마라

그냥 봐라

아무것도 아닌 것처럼 보이는 곳으로부터, 무언가 그대 가슴 안의 것과 같이 울리는 방식으로 드러나기 시작한다

그것과 머물러라

재빠르게 끌림으로, 열망, 기쁨으로 깊어진다

그것과 함께 있어라

그건 설명할 수 없다, 잴 수 없다, 그대가 감당하기에 과하지 않다

다시 그대의 가슴에 감사를 불러일으킬 것이다

그리고 말로 할 수 없는 엄청남

나중으로 미루지 마라

you may not consciously remember, but this must somewhere within you be your highest choice,

은총의 목소리는 그대를 부른다

그대의 때이므로

의식적으로는 기억하지 못할 수도 있다,

하지만 이것은 그대 안의 어딘가 그대의 가장 높은 선택으로 있었다

그대의 가장 깊은 소망으로

maybe for a time, forgot,

now knocking at the door of your heart.

don't miss your chance,

everything that you could possibly seek of value in this world is already here in you as this

아마 잠시는 잊었다

이제 그대 가슴의 문을 두드리고 있다

그대의 기회를 놓치지 마라

그대가 이 세상에서 가치있는 것을 발견할 수 있을 모든 것이 이미 여기에, 그대 안에, 이것으로 있다

there is a force within us that seems to go the other way to keep your attention to distract the attention

and to keep it fixated on perishable things, mundane things, ephemeral appearances

하지만 내가 이전에 가리킨 것처럼,

우리 안에는 그대의 주의를 다른 쪽으로 가게 하는, 주의를 흐트러뜨리는,

그리고 사라질 것들, 일상의 것들, 곧 끝나는 것들에 고정하도록 하는 힘이 있다

discern what is true 

and the power of discernment is quickening getting more pure, more true.

진짜인 것을 분별해라

그리고 분별의 힘은 더 빠르게 한다,

점점 더 순수해지고, 점점 더 진실해진다

그것과 있어라
