생각을 알아차리는 것은 생각이 아니다

사람들은 '내가 생각한다' 라는 식으로 말한다

그들은 생각하지 않는다

왜냐하면 생각은 그들이 자발적으로 하는 움직임이 아니다

그래서 '나는 생각한다' 라 하는 것은 환영이다

for many, the beginning of spiritual awakening is to realize that there is this stream of continuous commentary in their minds

and that's to think, 'oh that's interesting'

that's the thought of course,

but before the thought 'that's interesting', there's the recognition, it's a voice in the head

and the recognition is not the voice in the head

although you might say it, after the recognition

but in the moment of recognizing, 'there's a voice in the head', that's not a thought

the recogniton of thought is not a thought

the recognition of thought comes through awareness or presence

and awareness or presence is higher consciousness

the arising new consciousness

wow, 

so that is the really meaning of spiritual awakening

 

많은 이들에게, 영적으로 깨어남의 시작은

그들의 마음에 계속해서 말을 하는 이 흐름이 있다는 것을 알아차리는 것이다

 

'어, 흥미롭군' 이라 생각한다

물론 그것은 생각이다

하지만 '그것 흥미롭군' 이란 생각 이전에, 그것이 머리 안 목소리임을 알아차리는 것이 있다

그 알아차림은 머리 안 목소리가 아니다

그 알아차림 이후에, 그대가 그것을 말하더라도

 

하지만 알아차리는 순간, '머리 안에 목소리가 있다' 라고

그것은 생각이 아니다

생각을 알아차리는 것은 생각이 아니다

생각을 알아차리는 것은 각성이나 존재를 통해 온다

그리고 각성이나 존재는 보다 높은 의식이다

새로이 일어나는 의식

 

와,

그것이 영적으로 깨어난다는 것의 의미다

 

so there's the voice in the head

and people say things like, 'i think'

they don't think

because thinking is not a voluntary action for them

so it's delusion even to say, 'i think'

you don't think, you are being thought by thought, you are created by thought

that energy field, it's amazing

 

그렇게 머리 안에 목소리가 있다

그리고 사람들은 '내가 생각한다' 라는 식으로 말한다

그들은 생각하지 않는다
