하지만 정말로 여기에 있는 자는, 실패의 느낌조차 바라본다

there's a concept, amongst all human beings that you die, you go to heaven

you'll come to realize that what you are, the thing that dies is not you

even as we are living, it's changing

something here is not changing

die when you are alive, and find your heaven also

heaven is not just a kind of place, it can manifest as a place, but a state of being,

when you're free from the grip of ego, you're living in a heavenly way

the body also will go then, but by then whatever your next experiences,

it will be already somehow supported by what you have attained here

 

모든 인간 존재들에게, 죽어서 천국에 간다는 개념이 있다

그대는 죽는 그것은 그대가 아니라는 것을 이해하게 될 것이다

우리가 살아있는 때에도, 그것은 변하지 않는다

여기에 있는 무언가는 변하지 않는다

그대가 살아있을 때 죽어라, 그리고 그대의 천국 또한 발견해라

while this identity is in us, even as a child, we had an identity,

because you have a job to do on him, he lives

 

무언가가 백만 분의 일초로 돌아온다면, 그것은 그대 이전에 이를 수 있을까

but there's a kind of trying that just come to see that it's not the point to keep try to knock him over

but each time he come, why does he trouble you? because each time he comes, you forget yourself, and you become someone in a relationship with him

and then you feel, 'oh i failed'

 

뭔가가 계속해서 나타날 것이다, 좌절하지 마라

그리고 마음이 어떤 존재일 수 있다면, 그대가 좌절하는 것으로 그 존재는 아주 기뻐할 것이다

그대가 계속 한다는 뜻이므로

하지만 계속 그를 때려눕히려 애쓰는 것이 요점이 아니라는 것을 보게 되는, 노력과 같은 것이 있다

그가 매번 나타날 때마다,

왜 그는 그대를 괴롭히는가,

매번 그가 나타날 때마다, 그대는 그대 자신을 잊는다, 그와 관계되는 누군가가 된다

그러면 '아 난 실패했다'로 느껴진다

 

but the one who is really here sees even the sense of failure

하지만 정말로 여기에 있는 자는, 실패의 느낌조차 바라본다

the gap between the last forgetting and the next remembering will keep narrowing

it's like with anything, anything that you love, you naturall become good at it

wherever you put the devotion, you'll grwo and expand in it

it's the same here

if you have commitment to only singular pointing that keep on observing the mind phenomena,

because for so many years, you are servant to it

 

지난 번 잊은 것과 다음 번 떠오르는 사이의 차이가 계속 좁혀질 것이다

그대가 사랑하는 것은 어느 것이든, 자연스럽게 그것에서 잘하게 되는 것과 같다

그대가 오로지 단 하나의 가리킴에 헌신한다면, 계속해서 마음 현상을 바라보는,

왜냐하면 아주 많은 시간 동안, 그대는 그것의 하인이었다

 

recognize, whatever is here seeing the world is not caught in the scenario or bubble of the world

just this thing

and it's not, once it happen, 'eureka, celebrate, another one is coming to heave', no

because you'll succeed and fail, succeed and fail, like you do other things

항상 여기에 있는 그대는 누구인가, 의식이다

그를 통해 세상이 드러나 보인다

 

그대는 세상을 바라본다

그대는 세상의 주시자다, 세상이 그대에게 보이는 방식이다,

우리의 조건화, 믿음, 동일시에 의해 만들어진다, 독특한 경험의 맛을 만들어낸다,

그대의 세상조차 그대 안에서 계속해서 변한다

그대가 그대 자신이라 받아들이는 자가 또한 변하기 때문에

 

그대가 그 모든 것이 바라보아질 수 있다는 것을 알아차릴 때까지

 

and as you continue just to observe, 

is not i'm giving you a big job to keep observing the world,

because that observing with detachment only helps you to awaken to your more completeness

you don't need the world in that way

that's not cursing

it's just coming back into your power, more and more

 

그리고 계속해서 그냥 바라볼수록,

나는 그대에게 계속 세상을 바라보라는 일을 내주는 것이 아니다,

집착 없이 바라보는 것은, 그대가 보다 그대의 완결에 깨어나도록 도울 뿐이므로

 

그대에게는 그런 식으로 세상을 바라볼 필요가 없다

비난이 아니다

단지 그대의 힘으로 돌아올 뿐이다, 점점 더

 

it's easy teaching i put it

but it only comes alive when it becomes your experiential verification

나는 쉬운 가르침이라 본다

the thing is, as i said earlier, we still carry certain attachments and projections that we hope to fulfilll in the state of personhood,

so there's loyalty to not sacrifice seeing it as what it is

i'm only saying that in your true seeing, whatever glory it may promise, you'll be hundreds times above that

 

문제는, 내가 이전에 말한 것처럼,

우리는 아직 제한된 성격의 상태에서 채워지길 바라는, 특정한 집착과 투사를 갖고 있다

그것에의 충성심이 있어서, 그것인 대로 그것을 보지 않는다

나는 단지 말할 뿐이다, 그대의 진짜 바라봄에서는,

그것이 무슨 영광을 약속하든, 그대는 그보다 훨씬 더 위쪽에 있을 것이다
