있는 법을 배운다, 되려고 근질거리기보다

and keep it simple, because mind want to draw you into more complex reasoning, you don't need it
don't leave it as though you stay as the one who leave it
something in being empty of holding on to any concepts
one finds such a deep completeness and peace
so deep, then i may ask you, 'something more than this you want?'
how will you know this is enough? well, simply you don't want anything
but this takes persistence,
and like in the world, you have not achieved anything without dedication,
without the urge that 'i want to do this'
 
단순하게 해라,
마음은 그대를 보다 복잡합 추론으로 끌어들이고 싶어한다, 그것은 그대에게 필요 없다
마음을 내버려두는 자로서의 그대처럼 내버려두지 마라
어떤 개념들도 붙들지 않는 것이다
 
너무나 깊은 완결과 평화를 발견한다

그대가 깨어나고 싶다면, 너무나 많은 힘들이 그대 안에서 나타난다, 그대의 주의를 벗어나게 하려 한다
때로는 그대의 실패가 큰 스승이다, 그것을 그저 받아들여 땅에 눕지 않는다면
그대는 그것을 활용한다, 그것이 그대가 그대 자신을 입증하는 방식이다,
'이 고통 때문에, 나는 넘어가야 한다, 왜 이런지 이해해야 한다'
 
don't expect anything, good or bad
consciousness is not expecting or waiting for the next moment, what will come
pay attention to that consciousness until there's no separate one looking at
stay with it
you see, it's so simple, mind does not like simplicity because it's totally exposed in the simplicity
if you're using your mind, mind is not going to cooeperate with anything that threatens its authority
 
어떤 것도 기대하지 마라, 좋든 나쁘든
의식은 다음 순간을, 무엇이 나타날지를, 기대하지도 기다리지도 않는다
그 의식에 주의를 주어라, 그것을 바라보는 분리되어 있는 자가 없을 때까지
그것과 머물러라
 
봐봐라, 그것은 너무나 간단하다, 마음은 단순성을 좋아하지 않는다,
단순함에서 완전히 폭로되기 때문이다
그대의 마음을 사용한다면, 마음은 그것의 권위를 위협하는 어떤 것에도 협력하지 않을 것이다
 
here you are none of this at all, but don't tell anybody
it doesn't sound good if you tell them, 'listen, i'm none of this thing, ok?, i don't really have a job'
because nobody can understand this
action is happening, reactions, interactions, awareness of them is happening, is something behind, isn't it?
if you are attracted to this, your life is already auspicious
if you are attracted to it and pursue it, it's double aupicious
because it's not appealing to the ego
 
여기에서 그대는 아무것도 아니다, 하지만 누구에게도 말하지 마라
그들에게 말한다면, 좋게 들리지 않는다,
'들어, 난 이런 것 중 어떤 것도 아니다, 알겠냐, 난 정말로는 해야 할 일을 갖고 있지 않다'
 
아무도 이것을 이해할 수 없다
행동이 일어난다, 반응이 일어난다, 상호작용이 일어난다, 그것들에 대한 각성이 일어난다,
그 뒤에 뭔가 있다, 그렇지 않은가
 
그대가 이것에 끌린다면, 그대의 삶은 이미 상서롭다
그대가 끌리고, 추구한다면, 이중으로 상서롭다
왜냐하면 에고에게는 끌리는 것이 아니기 때문이다
 
ego wants to make a negotiation, 'if i do this--, life takes care of me, i'm fine'
to go beyond, that's rare
 
에고는 협상하기를 원한다, '내가 이것을 하면, 삶이 나를 돌본다, 난 괜찮다'
 
넘어서 가는 것, 그것은 드물다
 
this talk is fruitful talk
this talking, understanding, seeing, being must become one
but this nothing that you have to control
don't worry, don't try to organize life
don't fight that, don't try to demonstrate that you're beyond it
just don't know anything, you'll find you move, somehow i find myself doing this,
you don't know anything at all, but don't tell anybody
 
이 대화는 열매를 맺는 대화다
이 대화, 이해, 바라봄, 존재, 가 하나가 되어야 한다
하지만 이것은 그대가 통제해야 하는 것이 아니다
걱정하지 마라, 삶을 조직하려 하지 마라
조직하려는 것과 싸우지 마라, 그대는 그것을 벗어나 있다는 것을 보여주려 하지 마라
어떤 것도 알지 마라,
그대는 그대가 움직이는 것을 발견할 것이다, 어떻게 해서인가 나 자신이 이것을 하고 있는 것을 발견한다,
그대는 어떤 것도 전혀 알지 못한다, 하지만 누구에게도 말하지 마라
 
'i have a fear of losing this, spirituality, --'
 
'난 이것을 잃을까 두렵다, 영적인 것을, --'
 
just the mind that say that, the Lord will not reject you
God call you to that, he support you, you don't have to worry,
he's not that easily displaced
he totally loves you
 
그렇게 말하는 것은 마음이다, 신은 그대를 거부하지 않을 것이다
신은 그대를 그것으로 부른다, 그는 그대를 지원한다, 걱정할 필요 없다
그는 그렇게 쉽게 없지 않다
그는 너무나 그대를 사랑한다

'consciousness is confirming itself, is it true?
 
'의식이 그 자신을 확인한다, 그것이 사실인가'
 
maybe the more true is that consciousness is affirming its root
because with consciousness coming, dynamic consciousness, all trouble is coming also
the adventure of experiencing of life, all of this comes into play
that's why some tell you, go beyond consciousness
i think that is rarely been heard
don't curse consciousness, how go beyond?
nobody can do it
just keep observing consciousness
 
아마 보다는, 의식이 그것의 근원을 확인한다
왜냐하면 의식이 나타나는 것으로, 역동적인 의식, 모든 문제 또한 나타난다
삶의 경험의 모험, 이런 모든 것이 놀이로 들어선다
그래서 의식을 벗어나라 라 말하는 이들이 있다
 
나는 그것은 정말로 듣기 드물다고 본다
의식을 저주하지 마라, 어떻게 벗어나는가
아무도 그것을 할 수 없다
단지 계속해서 의식을 바라봐라
 
first as i told you, observe the mind, the sense of person without identifying,
you keep looking like that, and at a certain point,
you're building, in a way we're using common words, you're building into beingness
you're learning to be, rather than the itch to become
it's not the verb of being, it's like the noun of being
recognizing stability, peace setting in, and the mind stuff is not that so compelling
it's like,
you'll go initially through kind of detoxing where it feels very difficult to do it,
but you persist, and gradually some shift happen inside,
and you're able to witness without interfering
and at a certain point, you're finding you're standing apart from the sense of person and its world
but there's not pessimism, cynicism, judgement, rejection,
it's like the sense of presence opens up,
it's sense of completeness, contentment,
you'll know without anyone telling you that you're the height of your health and well being
 
먼저 내가 그대에게 말한 것처럼, 
마음을 바라봐라, 제한된 인식을, 동일시하지 않고
계속해서 그처럼 바라봐라, 그리고 어느 지점에서,
어느 면에서, 흔한 말로, 그대는 구축한다, 존재로 들어선다
있는 법을 배운다, 되려고 근질거리기보다
있다 는 동사가 아니다, 명사와 같다
 
안정을 인식한다, 평화가 자리잡는다, 그리고 마음 등이 그다지 강박적이지 않다
마치 처음에는 그대가 해독하는 것과 같은 것을 통과할 것이다, 그것을 하는 것이 아주 어렵게 느껴진다,
하지만 끈기있게 계속해라, 점차 뭔가 변화가 안에서 일어난다
그리고 그대는 간섭 없이 바라볼 수 있다
 
어느 지점에 이르면, 그대가 제한된 인식과 그것의 세상에서 떨어져 있는 것을 발견한다
하지만 비관주의, 냉소, 비판, 거부는 없다
존재의 느낌이 열리는 것 같다
완결, 만족의 느낌이다
그대는 어느 누가 그대에게 말하는 것 없이 알 것이다, 그대는 그대의 건강과 잘 있음의 높이에 있다
