건강을 보살피는 최고의 형상은, 자각으로 있는 것이다

because it's the force that wants to keep you stay in the personhood,

'always something wrong, this thing happen, --',

always putting you down

but you don't realize it because you're used to doing it

you believe in it

 

그것은 그대를 계속해서 제한된 성격에 머물도록 하고 싶어하는 힘이다

'항상 뭔가가 잘못됐다, 이런 것이 일어난다, --',

 

항상 그대를 내리누른다

하지만 그대는 그것을 알아차리지 못한다, 그렇게 하는데 익숙해있기 때문이다

그대는 그것을 믿는다

 

and sometimes these kinds of thought patterns or behavior internallized are having physical manifestation also

they're showing up in some imbalances in the body, some disharmonies in the body, some tumor,

that's what it's called maya, devil,

is energies which are not here to serve human being ultimately,

but for smart human being, they'll make use of them to serve,

because actually they're not attacking me for no reason,

i'm feeling attacked because i'm so invested in my personal identity,

that's the key that they come in through that door,

you can come out of it

 

그리고 때로는 내재화된, 이런 생각 형태가, 태도가, 물리적으로 드러나기도 한다

그것들이 나타난다, 몸의 불균형으로, 부조화로, 뭔가 종양으로,

그것이 환영이라 불리는 것이다, 악마라 불리는 것이다

결국 인간 존재에 기여하지 않는 에너지다

 

하지만 영리한 인간 존재는, 그것들을 활용할 것이다, 그것들이 기여하도록 할 것이다

왜냐하면 사실 그것들은 이유 없이 공격하지 않는다

내가 공격을 받는 느낌이 드는 것은, 내가 나의 제한된 동일시에 너무 투자했기 때문이다

그것이 그것들이 그 문을 통해 들어서는 열쇠다

 

그대는 그것에서 벗어날 수 있다

 

it's the highest form of health care is being self aware

 

건강을 보살피는 최고의 형상은, 자각으로 있는 것이다

 

once you begin to experience it directly, there's no doubt in your mind that is the highest

 

그대가 그것을 한 번 직접 경험하기 시작하면, 그대의 마음에 의심 없다, 그것이 가장 높은 것이다

 

even when we speak about these things, in a receptive environment,

just by being open, already change atmosphere

just by listening, with a receptive heart, with open space within you

what people go around with incense, do the incense, prayers,

this is what you're doing just by yourself

we go to church, singing, chant, whatever, just the same thing is happening by yourself

nobody needs to know, you're burning the incense of your own being

 

우리가 이런 것들에 대해 말할 때에도, 받아들이는 환경에서,

단지 열려있는 것으로, 이미 공기를 변화시킨다

단지 듣는 것으로, 받아들이는 가슴으로, 그대 안의 열려있는 공간으로

 

사람들이 향을 들고 다니는 것, 향을 피우는 것, 기도,

이것을 그대가 하는 것이다, 그대 혼자서

우리는 교회에 간다, 노래 부른다, 경전을 읽는다, 무엇이든,

바로 같은 것이 일어난다, 그대 혼자서

아무도 알 필요 없다, 그대는 그대 존재의 향을 피운다

............그대가 지금 말한다, '그렇다, 나의 삶은 이제 훨씬 낫다'

 

it totally depends on your intention of your search will determine how deeply you can listen to what i'm saying

but always my intention is to convey as high as i'm permitted to share

when i say, permitted to share, by capacity which is linked to your will, if the urge in you,

if you have a sense of limitation within yourself, you're not content to live in the same pitch as you find your life everyday terms,

you know intuitively that there is higher regions to go within yourself

and there is earnestness in you which is real hunger to go,

the urge inside to go to the highest, you may not know exactly what that feel like,

but still there's hunger in you to get the most out of it

that will determine the quality of your attention,

the earnestness that's in you will bring to you whatever is hungry in you

 

완전히 그대가 찾는 그대의 의도에 달려있다,

그것이 얼마나 깊이 그대가 내가 말하는 것을 들을 수 있는지를 결정할 것이다

 

하지만 나의 의도는 언제나 내가 나누도록 허용되는 만큼 높은 것을 전달하는 것이다

나누도록 허용되는 이란, 

그대의 의지에 연결되는 역량에 따른다, 그대 안에 열망이 있다면,

 

그대 자신 안에 제한의 느낌을 갖고 있다면, 

그대 매일의 삶의 조건을 발견할수록, 그와 같은 음색으로 사는데 만족하지 못한다

그대가 직관적으로 안다, 그대 자신 안에 더 높이 갈 수 있는 영역들이 있다

그리고 진짜 배고파서 가는, 그대 안의 진지함이 있다

가장 높은 것으로 가려는 안에서의 열망, 

정확히 그것이 무슨 느낌인지 그대가 모를 수도 있다,

하지만 그럼에도 그것에 한껏 이르려는 그대 안의 배고픔이 있다

그것이 그대 주의의 특질을 결정할 것이다

그대 안에 있는 그 진지함이, 그대 안에서 배가 고픈 것이 무엇이든 그대에게로 되돌릴 것이다

 

in you there is something higher, not because you are competitive

 

그대 안에, 보다 높은 무언가가 있다,

그대가 경쟁적이어서가 아니다

 

so there is a tendency even in sprituality, wanting to be the best

you cannot be the best

because even the supreme is not the best, is beyond best

 

영적인 것에서조차, 최고가 되고 싶어하는 습성이 있다

그대는 최고가 될 수 없다

최상의 존재조차 최고가 아니다, 최고를 벗어나 있다

 

so depends what our true urge is

and the human expression of consciousness is very sneaky, very untrustworthy

if you as you say you came here for freedom, what does it mean freedom?

why are you coming? what are you searching for?

and it has to be like this for me because i really don't have time to waste

it might be today in this form, i don't know, 

that's not why i have no time to waste

because for me time is not for wasing, in the play of time, to make use of it

and certainly not to waste on entertaining ego

 

그러니 우리의 진짜 열망이 무엇인지에 달려있다

 

그리고 인간 의식의 표현은 아주 교활하다, 너무나 신뢰할 만하지 않다

그대가 말하는대로 자유를 위해 여기에 온 것이라면, 

자유란 무슨 뜻인가

그대들은 왜 오는가, 무엇을 찾고 있는가

 

그리고 그것은 나에게 이래야 한다, 왜냐하면 나는 정말로 낭비할 시간을 갖고 있지 않다

이 형상 안에서 오늘일 수도 있다, 내가 모른다,

그래서 내가 낭비할 시간 없다는 것이 아니다

나에게 시간은 낭비를 위한 것이 아니다, 시간의 놀이에서, 그것을 활용하는 것이다

그리고 에고를 즐기는 것에 낭비하는 것은 분명히 아니다

 

so therefore, even come to the place where you come to sahaja here,

i should have in front of me people who are eligible for freedom,

they demonstrate in their heart, i'm here for this

without proof, anything to anybody now, you're here

then i take your pulse

what is your spiritual pulse?

because you say things by mouth, but is it consistent with where you are internally?

so these things are important for me

 

그래서 그대가 여기 사하자에 이르러 있다,

내 앞에 있는 사람들은 자유에 적격이어야 한다,

그들이 그들의 가슴에서 입증한다, 

나는 이것을 위해 여기에 있다

어느 누구에게 어떤 것도 입증 없이, 그대는 여기에 있다

그러면 나는 그대의 맥박을 받아들인다

그대의 영적 맥박은 무엇인가

 

왜냐하면 그대가 입으로 말한다, 하지만 그것이 그대가 안으로 있는 것과 일치하는가

 

이런 것들이 나에게 중요하다

 

what i'm here looking for offering,

i'm looking also for someone, even just somebody who not just say, 'i'm here for the highest'

but if you are actually, i'll find you

something in the presence

 

내가 여기에서 내주는 것으로 찾고 있는 것은,

나는 또한 누군가를 찾고 있다, 누구라도, 단지 '나는 가장 높은 것을 위해 여기에 있다'라 말할 뿐이 아닌

 

사실 그대가 그렇다고 하면, 나는 그대를 발견할 것이다
