조건화 와 믿음, 습관에서, 특정한 강도를 얻은 나 라는 느낌, 주의가 빠르게 그 주체의 위치로 들어서 버린다

그대가 생각한다고 하면, 나중에 그것에 대해 생각하는 그대가 있다

그것은 여전히 변하는 영역의 공간 안에서의 움직임이다

그것은 이것 에 대해 말하는 것이 아니다

 

who are you here?

the sense of yourself is what?

how much is like this, or different from this or as this?

 

여기에서 그대는 누구인가

그대 자신에 대한 느낌은 무엇인가

얼마나 이것 과 같은가, 아니면 이것 과 다른가, 아니면 이것 으로서?

 

can there be any entity, sense of you or being who by effort can become this?

would that be true way of speaking of this?

what is this all about? where're we going?

 

어떤 존재라도 있을 수 있는가, 

그대라는 느낌 혹은, 노력으로 이것 이 될 수 있는 존재?

그것이 이것 에 대해 말하는 진실한 방식일까

이 모든 것이 무엇에 대한 것인가, 우리는 어디로 가고 있는가

사실 그대가 무언가를 없애야 하는가

 

i say, a reflection,

because reflection is not a bundle of description or thoughts, it is direct perceiving

so we can be speaking about this unchanging as being apart from that which is witnessing the unchanging

 

나는, 비추어 봄 이라 말한다

왜냐하면 비추어 봄은, 설명이나 생각들의 꾸러미가 아니다,

바로 인식하는 것이다

그래서 우리는 이 변하지 않는 것에 대해, 변하지 않는 것을 바라보는 떨어져 있는 존재로 말할 수 있다

 

the mirror cannot give you what you are

so in this case, i'm using the phenomenal field of mind and time and shapes, and including even the person who is normally that which is more strongly associated with or called oneself,

that even this person become kind of phenomenon, including on the screen of perceivable things,

that is very very powerful realization

because if a person which is so many taken to be the fact of one's existence,

is then seen to be also phenomenon appearing with other phenomena which is normally associated or called person's life or person's experiences,

if both person and person's experiences are perceived to be phenomenal,

this points to a deeper realization, much more subtler than person, in which person is being seen

 

거울은 그대에게 그대인 것을 줄 수 없다

그래서 이 경우 나는,

마음과 시간, 모양들,

그리고 주로, 보다 강하게 연결되어 있는 자 혹은, 자신이라 불리는 자를 포함해서,

현상의 장을 활용하고 있다

'이런 사람' 은 현상과 같은 것이 된다, 화면에 있는 인식가능한 것들을 포함해서

 

그것이 아주 아주 강력한 알아차림이다

왜냐하면 너무나 자신의 존재인 사실로 받아들여지는 자 또한,

대개 열결되어 있는, 혹은 그 자의 삶이나 경험이라 불리는 여타 현상들과 함께 나타나 보이는 현상으로 보인다면

그 사람과 그 사람의 경험 둘 다, 현상으로 인식된다면,

이것은 보다 깊은 알아차림을 가리킨다,

'어떤 사람'이란 것보다 훨씬 더 미묘한,

그것 안에서 그 사람은 바라보아진다

 

we're not going in a direction of more and more words,

but more about something that is very strikingly immediate beyond time

that the space of unchanging, when recognized on to itself, 

it's not intimidated by whatever may appear, what you may call the screen of consciousness or mind,

but what happen is that

the sense of i which has gained certain strength out of conditioning and belief and habit,

attention quickly slips into a position of the subject

and by looking in the way that has been looked,

only can here this false subject be observed be actually an object,

 

우리는 점점 더 많은 말을 하는 방향으로 가고 있는 것이 아니다,

보다는 시간을 벗어나 있는, 아주 놀랍게 즉시적인 것에 대한 것이다

그 변하지 않는 공간이, 그 자신에게 알아차려졌을 때,

그것은 나타나 보이는 것이 무엇이든 그것에 의해 침해받지 않는다,

의식이나 마음의 화면이라 할 수도 있겠다

 

하지만 일어나는 것은,

조건화와 믿음, 습관에서, 특정한 강도를 얻은 나 라는 느낌,

주의가 빠르게 그 주체의 위치로 들어서버린다

 

그리고 바라보아져 온 방식으로 바라보는 것으로,

오로지 여기에서, 이 가짜 주체가 사실 객체인 것으로 바라보아질 수 있다

 

what is power of that, is that then

when the person is taken to be a fact, no further inquiry, there's no point to inquiry,

because inquiry is claiming to be looking for the fact

and if the person is suited to be the fact, it makes the purpose of inquiry unappealing,

because person is accepted, 'i didn't see, i didn't agree',

that's the person's sort of posture a lot

 

그것의 힘은 무엇인가, 그러면

'그런 사람'이라는 것이 사실로 받아들여지면, 더는 탐구하지 않는다, 탐구의 의미가 없다

왜냐하면 탐구는 사실을 찾는다고 하는 것이다

그리고 '그런 사람'이 사실이면, 탐구의 목적이 매력 없게 된다

'그런 사람'이 받아들여지면, '난 모르겠어, 동의하지 않아',라 하는 식이다,

그것이 많은 경우 '그런 사람'의 자세다

 

but now the person being included as something perceived on the screen of consicousness,

exposes that person is unreal

and that which perceives that person is unreal, that is the real

 

하지만 이제 '그런 사람'이, 의식의 화면에 인식되는 것으로 포함된다,

'그런 사람'을 진짜가 아닌 것으로 폭로한다

그리고 '그런 사람'은 진짜가 아니라고 인식하는 그것, 그것이 진짜다
