누군가 격려해주기를 기대하지 마라, 그래서 그들이 그대를 응원하지 않는다면, 그대는 아주 처진다

so i have a confidence that whatever it is you need to find, if you have the heart for it, 

it cannot run away from you

maybe mind and habit try to run away from it, apparently

beacuse as soon as you find, you're stablizing in your understanding, your mind will come, beacuse he has no life outside of you, he will come and frustrate your heart

but not yet, you may have to exeprience some fight, struggle, the things that keep binding us to very very shallow existence actually

and illusion of maya is so thick that it can appear as though all of things we value have such value,

then one day they're nothing for you

you can be going around and enjoying all the things,

and you get a disease, something cancer, lose your leg, your world will change

and in many respects, something we dread,

but for many people, these changes bring them home, cuts their fantasy

but you don't have to go that way

but anyway it goes, it is a gift for us

 

그래서 나는 자신 있다, 그대가 발견해야 하는 것이 무엇이든, 그대가 그것에 대한 가슴이 있다면,

그것은 그대로부터 달아날 수 없다

아마 마음과 습관은 그것에서 달아나려 할 것이다, 보이기에

왜냐하면 그대가 발견하자마자,

그대가 그대의 이해에서 안정된다, 그대의 마음이 나타날 것이다, 그는 그대 밖에서의 삶이 없기 때문이다, 그는 나타나서 그대의 가슴을 좌절시킬 것이다

그런 다음 언젠가 그것들은 그대에게 아무것도 아니다

 

그대는 계속 돌아다니면서 그 모든 것들을 즐길 수 있다,

그리고 질병을 얻는다, 암이나 무언가, 다리를 잃는다, 그대의 세상이 변할 것이다

많은 면에서,  우리가 두려워하는 것이다

하지만 많은 사람들에게, 이런 변화들은 그들을 집으로 데려온다, 그들의 환상을 끊어낸다

 

하지만 그대는 그 길을 갈 필요 없다

하지만 어떻든 그런 것이 있다, 그것은 우리에게 선물이다

 

sometimes mind don't like this type of talk, it feels too confronting

it likes to take its time and to think about, maybe dream about it

but all of you have done this already long enough, more you don't necessarily,

you can, i'm not here to tell you must do, you can do anything you want

and you can live in the highest, you can realize yourself, if the urge is in you

nothing stop you actually

 

때로는 마음이 이런 이야기를 좋아하지 않는다, 너무 직면하는 느낌이다

그 자신의 시간을 갖고, 그것에 대해 생각하고, 아마 그것에 대해 꿈을 꾸는 것을 좋아한다

하지만 그대들 모두 이런 것을 해봤다, 이미 충분히 오래, 더는 필요하지는 않다

그럴 수도 있다, 나는 그대가 그러지 말아야 한다 라 말하기 위해 여기에 있는 것이 아니다,

그대가 원하는 어떤 것이든 해라

그리고 그대는 가장 높은 것에서 살 수도 있다, 그대 자신을 알아차릴 수 있다, 그 열망이 그대 안에 있다면

 

사실 그대를 막는 것은 아무것도 없다

 

and just like in the same way, if you are hungry, i cannot eat for you, satisfy you

all i'm telling you, whatever it takes, you already have it in abundance,

just to make you again aware of that

 

마찬가지로, 그대가 배고프다면, 나는 그대를 대신해 먹을 수 없다, 그대를 만족시킬 수 없다

내가 그대에게 말하는 것은 모두, 

드는 것이 무엇이든, 그대는 이미 그것을 풍요롭게 갖고 있다

단지 다시 그대를 그것에 깨어나게 하는 것이다

 

if you come to my home, and you say you come for this,

and i'm going to make sure you're not wasting your time, my time, just to put your attention,

because i know the power

we're sleeping yet, there is something that each one need to recognize

 

그대가 나의 집에 온다면, 그리고 그대는 이것을 위해 온다고 말한다,

there come a time when the grand offering of earthly self of the mind will be nothing for you

and even on the regular plane of existence, sometimes you've outgrown something,

and people used to hang out with, don't know how to evaluate that

they look at you and say, 'are you ok? look different'

don't look to other people to evaluate

because sometimes even as you are transcending, you find  people try to pull you down

i don't know, some might have noticed it

don't look to anybody for encouragement,

so that if they don't support you, you're so depressed,

you have the power

 

그리고 존재의 보통의 세계에서도, 때로는 그대가 무언가에서 자라서 벗어난다,

그리고 어울리던 사람들이 그것을 어떻게 평가하는지 모른다

그들은 그대를 바라보고 말한다, '괜찮아? 다르게 보이는데'

 

다른 사람들이 평가하는 것에 기대를 걸지 마라

왜냐하면 그대가 변형시키는 때에도, 사람들이 그대를 끌어내리는 것을 발견한다

모르겠다, 그런 것을 알아차린 이들이 있을 것이다

누군가가 격려해주기를 기대하지 마라
