you can only meet it in the most excellent way from the emptiness,

from not expecting it to be something other than what it shows itself to be

so that you have to suffer disappointment

that's an excellent way

they don't hold on to shapes, this is such a huge set up and no one else is involved but you

are you your own mind? nobody's doing it to you
