환영의 마음이 자극을 제공하는 것과 같다

at some point, this sense of presence of being doesn't seem to fluctuate or go

but fluctuations in the mind and the body are perceived in it

and there seem a choice to put the attention on the place of beingness

there's rest, there's peace, there's calm, there's clarity,

and an intuitive knowing that stay with this

stay quiet

not intensely quiet

there's not even something to stay quiet

still the advice helps, don't get entangled in the mind stuff,

because it is going to bring all the juicy things that have caught you before

or the horrible things that has got you

got you means, to bring you back into personal identity

the state of presence is not a state of personal identity

 

마음은 그것을 알리고 싶어한다

고요히 있어라

강렬히 고요하게 가 아니라

고요히 머문다 라 하는 것 또한 없다

그럼에도 조언은 돕는다, 마음 등에 얽히지 마라

왜냐하면 그것은 이전에 그대를 붙들었던 그 온갖 즙 있는 것들을 가져다 줄 것이다

혹은 그대를 붙잡았던 끔찍한 것들을

 

그대를 잡았다 란, 그대를 제한된 인식에의 동일시로 되돌린다 란 뜻이다

현존의 상태는 제한된 동일시의 상태가 아니다

 

this advice i can give anyone who is open

to someone who is sick, dying,

it works only when you accept it, and you follow through

any book, holy book, it is nothing until it enters your heart

 

이 조언은 나는 열려 있는 누구에게든 줄 수 있다

나라의 수상, 갱, 의사, 거지에게 줄 수 있다

아픈 누군가, 죽어가는 자,
