제한된 인식에서 존재로의 이동은 얼마나 강력한지

you're waking up to a fact that it is already so

your life is expression of grace

but ego is formed, it's clouds, doubt fear desire restlessness anxiety

realization of the self is not a creative or imaginative process

clear seeing, clear being

before all beginnings, after all endings, throughout unchanging

yet never bored, fulfilled

 

그대는 이미 그러한 사실에 깨어난다

그대의 삶은 은혜로움의 표현이다

하지만 에고가 만들어지면, 그건 구름이다,

의심, 두려움, 욕망, 불안, 근심

 

자신 을 알아차리는 것은 창조적이거나 상상의 과정이 아니다

명확한 바라봄, 명확한 존재

모든 시작들 이전, 모든 끝들 이후, 내내 변하지 않는다

하지만 결코 지루하지 않다, 충족되어 있다

 

still mind comes, but it's not your enemy

everything comes to strengthen, test your discernment, to sharpen the eye of dharma

and you welcome everything, but everything support your freedom

 

그럼에도 마음은 온다, 하지만 그것은 그대의 적이 아니다

모든 것이 그대의 분별을 강화하기 위해, 시험하기 위해, 다르마 의 눈을 예리하게 하기 위해 나타난다

그리고 그대는 모든 것을 환영한다, 모든 것은 그대의 자유를 지원한다

 

whatever it is that is announcing its presence, can it fade?

where would it go?

only watch the mind and this identity,

that is that which is appearing to cover your intuitive knowing and being

appears to, doesn't actually do it

but by taking the name of person, again we're in the forest of delusion, imaginary problems and fears, oppositions, conflict and seeking

 

그것이 무엇이든 그 자신의 존재를 알리는 것, 그것이 사라질 수 있는가

그것이 어디로 가겠는가

단지 마음과 이 동일시를 바라봐라

그것은 그대의 직관적 앎과 존재를 가리는 것처럼 보이는 것이다

그렇게 보인다, 사실 그러지 않는다

 

하지만 제한된 인식의 이름을 받아들이는 것으로, 

다시 우리는 환영의 숲에 들어선다, 상상의 문제들과 두려움, 대립, 갈등, 추구

 

how powerful is the transition from person to presence

and what have you done? nothing

just seeing

그리고 그대가 무엇을 했는가, 아무것도

그냥 바라본다

 

blessed is the supreme consciousness

the self of all
