때로는 우리가 에고는 좋지 않고, 거만하다는 뜻으로 생각한다

에고는 단순히, 제한된 인식으로서의 우리인 것과의 강한 동일시를 뜻한다

자유는 제한된 성격을 벗어나 여기에 있는 것을 알아차리는 것이다

그것에는

그 자신의, 보다 비본질적인 모습으로서의 제한된 인식은 포함될 수 있다

하지만 제한된 인식이 그대 존재의 사실이 될 때, 고통이 나타난다
