짜증나게 하는 것에 주의를 주는

 

그대는 다시 점검하고 본다, 이것은 자신 에게 일어나는 경험이 아니다

자신 은 후퇴하는 어떤 것도 겪지 않는다

찾는 자의 형상, 찾는 지성을 갖춘

의식에서 만들어진, 찾는 존재가 경험한다

 

그것은 제한된 인식과 의식이 섞인 것이다

그것이 격동의 느낌을 경험한다

 

하지만 단호함, 성장하는 신뢰가, 은혜로움에 의해, 근원을 바라보도록 당겨진다

격동을 경험하면서, '아니다, 난 그만두지 않는다',

신의 손을 놓지 않는다

something in the truth of looking will erase you the person

because at some point, your intellect might say, 'yeah i know the exercise'

but you have not done it, you've not annhilate your ego out of it

this is what happens

바라봄의 사실에서 무언가가,

그대, 제한된 인식을 지울 것이다

 

어느 지점에서 그대의 지력이, '그래 난 이 연습을 알지'라 할 것이다

그것으로 그대의 에고를 무효화하지 못했다

 

이것이 일어나는 것이다

그대가 이미 확인했다, 사하자와 같은 곳에 이를 수 있다, 강렬하게 깨어남에 초점이 두어지는 곳에

2, 3년이 지나서, 단지 제한된 인식이다?!

 

how many exercise you will need to exorcise this ghostly identity?

 

그대에게 얼마나 많은 연습이, 이 유령같은 동일시를 몰아내는데 필요할까

신의 은혜로움에 의해 이제 이 연습이 나타나 있다

누가 이 가리킴에서 살아남을까

who is experiencing these struggles?

it is the satoric seeking

it is the form of the consciousness that is appointed to do the searching

and as it is searching, it is mixture of identity and consciousness

but as it is searching in this way, it's being absorbed in the unity of non-dual self

 

누가 이 몸부림을 겪고 있는가

깨어난 마음이 찾고 있는 것이다

그것은 찾도록 되어 있는, 의식의 형상이다

그리고 그것이 찾을 때, 동일시와 의식의 뒤섞임이다

하지만 이런 식으로 찾을 때, 그것은 비이원적 자신의 통합에 흡수된다

 

we're doing the exercise from the position of the person, or is the person being observed?

but don't put too much into that

beause if you put too much attention into something, in a way it's a devotion to it

and you're sucked into it, identity

so i say, keep this kind of panoramic overview of what is happening, 

so you don't pick up anything

because mind stuff comes, it's like an addiction, it comes for the food, and the food is identity

if he does get the identity, he starts to behave badly

 

우리는 제한된 인식의 위치에서 연습을 하고 있는가,

아니면 제한된 인식이 바라보아지고 있는가

paying attention to the irritable

but you check back again and see, this is not an experirence for the self

the self is not experiencing withdrawl anything

it is the searching entity which is created from consciousness that takes the form of the seeker, the seeking intelligence, 

that is mixture of person and consciousness,

that is experiencing the sense of turbulence

but who's determination, who's growing faith by grace is pulled to watch the source

experiencing the turbulence, but 'no, i don't let go', don't let go of the hand of god

 

그리고 그대는 이것을 경험해야 한다
