그대는 먼 길을 가고 있었다

there is no perfect human being, there is no perfect person

but here's the thing, you are originally not a person,

you are presence, you are the god manifest

it says in the scripture,

'you are gods, but if you dis as mere men, because you have forsaken the truth',

meaning that this is our capacity to wake up

 

완벽한 인간 존재는 없다, 완벽한 제한된 인식 (어떤 사람) 이란 없다

하지만, 그대는 본래 제한된 인식이 아니다

그대는 현존이다, 신의 드러남이다

성서에서는 말한다,

'그대들은 신이다, 하지만 단지 인간들로서 죽는다면,

그대가 진리를 저버린 것으로',

 

깨어나는 것이 우리 역량이라는 뜻이다

 

the whole purpose of human existence is to wake up to your original nature

but the trap is,

to fall from grace by identifying merely as the body which is the instrument through which consciousness tastes experiencing,

and you lost your way, you became a person

you don't know what a person is

a person is not a stable entity

it's a myth

that's why even the ideas you have of yourself keep changing,

you outgrow ideas of yourself

but you cannot outgrow your being

 

인간 존재의 온 목적이 그대의 본성에 깨어나는 것이다

하지만 함정은,

단지 몸으로서 동일시되는 것으로, 은혜로움으로부터 추락한다는 것이다,

몸은 몸을 통해 의식이 경험을 맛보는 도구인 것을

 

그래서 그대는 그대의 길을 잃었다, 제한된 인식이 되었다

그대는 제한된 인식이 무엇인지 모른다

제한된 인식은 안정되어 있는 존재가 아니다

미신이다

그래서 그대 자신에 대한 생각들이 계속해서 변하는 것이다

그대 자신에 대한 생각들에서 벗어나 자란다

 

하지만 그대의 존재에서 벗어나 자랄 수는 없다

 

you see where your ego betrays your opportunity

to be liberated from this,

only when you moved and recognized these things,

are you now qualified for awakening

otherwise you're stuck

and the best you're going to be is a satoric person, mean that you are a good person, nice person,

but still defending personhood

when you are the light of god

 

그대가, 그대의 에고가 그대의 기회를 배신하는 곳을 본다

이것에서 자유롭기 위해서는

이런 것들로 움직이고, 알아차렸을 때에만

이제 그대는 깨어날 자격이 된다

그렇지 않으면 그대는 끼어 있다

그대가 되는 최선이, 마음이 깨어난 자,

좋은 사람이라는 뜻이다

하지만 여전히 제한된 인식을 옹호한다

그대는 신의 빛인데

 

so i'm not blaming anybody, 'oh you!'

no, who not?

perfection is not in personhood

but in presence is the door through which that awakening will be completed

and don't feel, 'oh i've got a long way to go'

no, you've been a long way going

it can be cut by grace

 

나는 어느 누구도 비난하지 않는다, '아 너!'라면서,

아니, 누가 아니겠는가

완벽은 제한된 인식에 있지 않다

현존에서, 그 문을 통해 깨어남이 완결될 것이다

 

'아 갈 길이 멀었다'라 느끼지 마라

아니, 그대는 먼 길을 가고 있었다

그것이 중단될 수 있다, 은혜로움에 의해

 

whatever trouble, this the power of the grace of god,

however long we've been on the road of turmoil, 

then like this (손가락 한 번 따닥), it can change

that's the power of transformative presence of god's grace

this is satsang

 

문제가 무엇이든,

신의 은혜로움의 힘은

얼마나 오래 우리가 격동의 길을 가고 있든,

따닥 한 번의 식으로, 바뀔 수 있다

그것이 신의 은혜로움의, 변형시키는 힘이 있는 현존의 힘이다

이것이 사트상이다

 

so two- aspected satsang,

one is working on the person, to improve the person,

improving person means what? diminishing the personal effect, transitioning from person into presence, that is the work,

and it's a living work, a powerful work

and the fruits of it are beautiful, and they are immediate actually

so if you recognize today, 'that's why i keep going around and around, because somehow i'm holding onto something, and treat it like, it is a flower of god,

but actually it is a betrayal of your original nature

and put it out, 'yes'

 

두 가지 측면의 사트상,

하나는 제한된 인식에 작업한다, 제한된 인식을 낫게 한다

제한된 인식을 낫게 한다 란?

제한된 인식의 효과를 줄인다, 제한된 인식에서 존재로 이동한다, 그것이 작업이다

그것은 살아있는 작업, 강력한 작업이다

그 결실은 아름답다, 그리고 사실 즉각적이다

그래서 그대가 오늘 알아차린다면,

'그래서 내가 계속 돌고 도는구나, 어떻든 내가 무언가를 붙들고 있기 때문이다,

그리고 그것을 신의 꽃처럼 대한다'

하지만 사실 그것은 그대 본성에 대한 배신이다

 

그것을 꺼내 놓는다, '그래' 하고

 

then do it and tell me if it fails

tell me if it fails, or simply you let the mind come, the mind says, 'oh it's not working, that's not my way, my way is yoga,--, i like to walk, go to the forest, my way is to be with animals',

whatever kind of things you tell yourself to get out of these things

because the ego is a growth, it is locked into some shapes,

but you are not a shape

 

그렇게 하고, 그것이 실패하는지 내게 말해 달라

혹은 마음이 나타나게 두는지

마음이 말한다, '효과가 없다, 내 방식이 아니야, 나의 방식은 요가인데, --,

난 걷는 게 좋다, 숲속으로, 내 방식은 동물과 함께 있는 것이다'

 

그대가 그대 자신에게 말하는 무슨 종류의 것들이든

왜냐하면 에고는 성장이다, 어떤 모양들에 갇혀 있다

하지만 그대는 모양이 아니다
