자신의 근거로 말할 것 없다, 과거사 없다, 사진 없다, 연결되어 있는 것 없다 그것이 영원한 것이다

 

i say, leave all of it, just stay empty

when we are committed to this emptiness, it reveals itself

doesn't reveal itself in visible way,

but it's as though it reveals itself by emptying you of what is not true

and then even there is anything to know, you are home

 

모든 것을 내버려둬라, 그냥 비어 있어라

우리가 이 비어있음에 헌신할 때, 그것이 그 자신을 드러낸다

시각적으로 드러날 필요 없다

하지만 그대에게서 진짜가 아닌 것을 비우는 것으로 드러나는 것 같다

그러면 알아야 할 것이 없다, 그대가 집이다

 

because the way we are educated that we must learn and understand something,

and way of understanding things is first conceptually and then somehow we're asking a conditioned identity called the person to comprehend the impersonal

we'll always go to the place of our reference, conditioning, education, identity,

none of it is helpful

that's why i say, leave everything

show you a simple way, leave everything

don't try any route, any technique, leave all of that

because you are here before technique, and your real nature has no technique at all

 

우리가 교육 받은 방식은, 무언가를 배워야 하고, 이해해야 한다

이해의 방식은 우선 개념적이다,

그런 다음 우리는 제한된 인식으로 불리는, 조건화된 동일시더러 제한 없는 것을 이해하라 요청한다

우리는 항상 우리가 언급하는 자리, 조건화, 배운 것, 동일시로 갈 것이다

그런 것 중 어느 것도 도움이 되지 못한다

 

그래서 내가, 모든 것을 내버려둬라 라 한다

그대에게 간단하게 보여준다, 모든 것을 내버려둬라

어떤 경로도 시도하지 마라, 어떤 기술도,

그런 것 모두 그냥 두어라

그대는 기술 이전에 있다, 그리고 그대의 진짜 본성은 전혀 기술을 갖지 않는다

 

empty of even the one who is trying to be empty

don't be someone who is trying to be empty

be empty of even someone who is trying to be empty

and it may not feel like it makes sense in the beginning

but you don't have to make sense, mental sense

you just follow the advice on faith

leave everything

 

비어 있으려는 자 또한 비워라

비어 있으려 하는 누군가가 되지 마라

비어 있으려는 자에게서도 비어라

처음에는 납득이 되는 느낌이 아닐 수 있다

하지만 그대는 납득할 필요 없다, 정신적 납득

그냥 신뢰로 조언을 따라라

모든 것을 내버려둬라

 

leave also the mind's help

and amazing thing it doesn't take so much time to do that

because the character of the personhood, it cannot grasp what is empty

no mind can grasp emptiness because mind itself covers the emptiness

 

마음의 도움 또한 내버려둬라

그리고 놀라운 것은, 그렇게 하는데 그다지 많이 걸리지 않는다

제한된 인식의 성격은, 비어있다는 것을 이해할 수 없다

어떤 마음도 비어있음을 이해할 수 없다,

마음 그 자체가 비어있음을 가리는 것이므로

 

when i speak about these things, i'm not telling you about future practice

leave everything

don't throw it away, don't curse it, don't try to destroy anything

only detach

nothing to destory

when i tell you destroy something, you will not have the confidence because we are attached to through the person

 

내가 이런 것들에 대해 말할 때, 나는 앞으로 할 것으로 말하고 있지 않다

모든 것을 내버려둬라

내던지지 마라, 저주하지 마라, 어떤 것도 파괴하지 마라

단지 집착을 뗄 뿐이다

파괴할 것 없다

내가, 무언가를 파괴해라 라 하면, 그대는 자신감을 갖지 못할 것이다,

우리는 제한된 인식을 통해 집착되어 있으므로

 

god has made it like that this instruction can be followed

and when i say, let go, 

don't remain as somebody who does let go

so even the self image of who is practicing something, detach from this also

 

이런 안내가 따라질 수 있도록, 신이 그처럼 만들었다

놓아라

놓는 누군가로 남아있지 마라

무언가를 수행하는 자기 이미지 또한, 이것에서도 떼라

 

only here you'll discover something

that if everything is taken away, there is something that it cannot be taken away

and that which cannot be taken away is you

you beyond your personal identity

no self refercence, no history, no photographs, no associations

that is what is permanent here

 

오로지 여기에서, 그대는 무언가 발견할 것이다

모든 것이 치워지면, 치워질 수 없는 무언가가 있다

그 치워질 수 없는 그것이 그대다

그대의 제한된 동일시를 벗어나 있는 그대

자신의 근거로 말할 것 없다, 과거사 없다, 사진 없다, 연결되어 있는 것 없다

그것이 영원한 것이다

 

the self doesn't even need to know what permanent is

all this terminology is coming with the mind

it could be said actually that the truth knows nothing

god doesn't know anything at all

if god knows everything or anything, it means something apart from god

 

자신 은 영원한 것을 알아야 할 필요도 없다

이런 모든 용어가 마음과 온다

사실 진리는 아무것도 알지 못한다고 말할 수 있겠다

신은 어떤 것도 전혀 알지 못한다

신이 모든 것이나 어떤 것을 안다면, 신과 떨어져 있는 것이란 뜻이다

 

all you're left with is saomething that you cannot not be

 

그대에게 남겨지는 것이라고는,

그대가 아닐 수 없는 것이다

 

breathe this understanding in my heart, so be it

 

이 이해를 자신의 가슴에서 들이켜라, 그렇게 그것이 돼라
