자신이 아닌 것에서 풀려날 수 있을 뿐이다

 

시간이 갈수록, 그대는 더욱 비워진다

자연스럽게 더 비어야 한다, 더 가볍고, 자연스럽게 현명하고

하지만 세상에 대해 현명한 것만이 아니라

존재의 자리로부터 현명하다

true self is not an event

event come and go

it is so unchanging

if among you people who are deeply drawn to which that i'm sharing,

then i'm here for you to look in this way

it's not tortourous

you must go through this fire a little bit

but you cannot make or improve yourself

you can only dissolve from the not self

the self cannot be perfected

it is already so

 

진짜 자신은 에벤트가 아니다

이벤트는 오고 간다, 그래서 진짜 자신은 변하지 않는 것이다

 

그대들 중에 깊이, 내가 나누고 있는 것에 끌리는 이들이 있다면,

나는 그대가 이런 식으로 들여다 보는 것을 위해 있다

 

힘겨운 것이 아니다

좀 불길을 거쳐야 하는 것일 수 있다

하지만 그대는 그대 자신을 만들어내거나 더 낫게 할 수 없다

자신이 아닌 것에서 풀려날 수 있을 뿐이다

자신 은 완벽해질 수 없다

그것은 이미 그렇다

 

it was never ever not perfect

and it cannot be made more perfect

it can only be realized

it is very important to know this

then you can see that the thing which is trying is actually just phenomenal identity that is doing it

but it will take time and don't be proud,

don't be arrogant about anything

just keep having this searching

you may ask god, 'i get stuck, ........',

it will come more and more

you're also in satsang just for this

 

완벽하지 않은 적이 없었다 언제나

그리고 더 완벽하게 될 수 없다

알아차려질 수 있을 뿐이다

이것을 아는 것이 아주 중요하다

그러면 그대는, 애쓰는 것이 사실 현상의 동일시라는 것을 볼 수 있다

 

하지만 그러는데 시간이 걸릴 것이다, 

그리고 자부하지 마라, 어떤 것에 대해서도 자만하지 마라

그냥 계속해서 이 탐구를 해라

신에게 요청할 수도 있다, '나는 정체되어 있다, 도와달라, ..........'

도움이 점점 더 나타날 것이다

그대는 사트상에 단지 이것을 위해 있는 것이기도 하다

 

for me that there is a sangha where these things can be, not just discussed but explored

and the findings are genuine

and then each one is realizing that it's totally possible to come to an end of suffering

suffering is happening only in the ego

pain can come, natural thing, 

but suffering is more about attitude, identity

these things will change

 

나에게 공동체는, 이런 것들이 단지 토의되는 것만이 아니라 탐험되는 곳이다

그리고 발견하는 것들은 진짜의 것이다

그러면 각자 고통의 끝에 이르는 것이 완전히 가능하다는 것을 이해한다

고통은 에고에서 일어날 뿐이다

아픔이 올 수 있다, 자연스러운 것,

하지만 고통은 태도, 동일시에 대한 것이다,

이런 것들이 변할 것이다

 

it is from the beingness that mind is observable

then when beingness become self observable, we're in the realm of the eternal

you want to call the realm, understand?

but that stage is ok, it's authentic

in the experience of beingness, all the conflicts are dying down

confusion, suffering, all that will die down

in the awakening to space of being

 

존재로부터 마음이 바라보아질 수 있다

존재가 자신을 바라볼 수 있을 때, 우리는 영원한 영역에 있다

 

영역이라고 하고 싶다면, 이해하는가

하지만 그런 단계는 괜찮다, 진실하다

 

존재의 경험에서, 그 모든 갈등이 죽는다

혼동, 고통, 그런 모든 것이 사라질 것이다

존재의 공간에 깨어나는 것에서

 

and it's not being hidden

not somewhere else, right here

i have the confidence on behalf of you about it

now come in with it

doesn't matter if you're physically not in sahaja

i'm feeling more clarity, more space, more ease

i can't give you scientific results, but intuitively feel more space

and that is the measure of really spiritual revolution, if you want to say,

is that more space in you

 

그리고 그것은 숨겨져 있지 않다

어딘가 다른 곳에 있지 않다, 바로 여기다

나는 그것과 관련해 그대를 대신해 자신 있다

이제 그것과 들어서라

육체상 사하자에 있는지는 상관 없다

나는 점점 더 명확함, 공간, 편안함이 느껴진다,

과학적 결과를 그대에게 내줄 수는 없다, 하지만 직관적으로 점점 더 많은 공간이 느껴진다

그리고 그것이 정말로 영적 진화의 평가다, 그렇게 말하고 싶다면

그대 안에 더 많은 공간이 있는 것이다

 

as you're getting older, you become more empty

naturally, should be more empty, light, naturally wise,

but not just wise about the world,

but wise from the place of being
