어느 지점에서 그대는 단지 바라봄을 인식한다, 바라보는 에너지

 

내가 말한다, 동떨어져 있어라, 봐라, 하지만 로그인하지 마라,

내가 이렇게 말하면, 이해하겠는가

so now is my time to ask you, how have you understood my teachings?

get to the quintessence of them, tell, everybody can hear also,

what have you learned about times like this?

i put a sword in your hand, divine sword in your hand, great power in you,

i want you to tell me, what it is, how you can use it

 

이제 내가 그대에게 묻는다, 그대는 나의 가르침들을 어떻게 이해했는가

본질로 가라, 말해달라, 모두가 또한 들을 수 있다

이런 때에 대해 그대는 무엇을 배웠는가

나는 그대의 손에 칼을 놓는다, 그대의 손 안에 신성한 칼을, 그대 안의 큰 힘을,

나는 그대가 내게 말하길 원한다, 그것은 무엇인가, 그것을 그대가 어떻게 활용할 수 있는가

 

 

 

you see, notice that, 

she's not just saying the struggle, the unhappiness, strangeness pass, no, happiness also,

the sadness and the joy also of life, it comes and goes on, like clouds passing,

they all come, what about your person?-

this one is not a cloud, everthing else is passing but the person, um...........this one is not passing? why?

 

그대는 보고, 알아차린다

 

단지, 싸움, 불행, 이상함이 지나간다 말하지 않는다, 행복 또한, 지나간다고 한다

슬픔과 삶의 기쁨 또한, 오고 간다, 계속해서,

구름들이 지나듯,

그것들 모두가 나타난다

 

그대의 제한된 인식은 어떤가-

이것은 구름이 아닌가, 그 외 모든 것이 지나가는데 제한된 인식만은.............이것은 지나가지 않는가, 왜인가

 

(내가 정말 그것이 아니라는 것을 알지 못해서...........)

 

what is that?-

we can talk about the logic of that, i cannot be this,

even for someone who is not in spirituality, whatever, they have to also admit,

'i have many many versions of myself, even my personality keeps changing, updating, upgrading, changing, 

trying to be this..........this is who i am',

and then after you think...........you're putting away your old pictures.....it's not that

 

그것이 무엇인가

 

우리는 논리에 대해 말할 수는 있다, 나는 이것일 수 없다, 라는 식으로

 

영적으로 집중되어 있지 않은 사람이라도, 어떻든, 그들 또한 인정해야 한다,

'나는 나 자신의 무수한 모습들을 갖고 있다, 나의 성격조차 계속해서 변한다, 나아지고, 변하고,

이렇게 되려 하고..........이것이 나다',

 

그 다음 나중에 그대는 생각한다...........이전의 그림들을 치운다, 그게 아니다,

 

so the personality, self portrait is always changing also,but still throughout,

you always feel the sense, 'but i'm here',

but with this mask on and then with this mask on...........the costumes......are not you,

what are these costumes?

you can say personality, ideas about life and about yourself and so on,

then we try to convince everybody that that's what we are,

inside you know, 'i know i'm not that',

 

그러니 성격, 자기 이미지 또한 항상 변한다, 

하지만 그런 내내,

그대는 항상, '하지만 나는 여기에 있다' 라고 느낀다

 

하지만 이런 가면을 쓰고, 그 다음 이런 가면을 쓰고......복장을 입고......복장은 그대가 아니다,

이 복장들은 무엇인가,

성격, 삶과 그대 자신에 대한 생각 등이라고 그대가 말할 수 있겠다,

 

그런 다음 우리는 모두에게, 그것이 우리라고 확신시키려 한다

안에서는 그대가 안다, '나는 내가 그것이 아니라는 것을 안다'

 

so all this is, you begin to see through them,

you see that that's not it, but something remains persistant, keeps coming,

if you know you are not them, why're they keeping coming back?

 

이 모든 것을,

그대는 그것들을 꿰뚫어보기 시작한다

'그게 아니다', 

 

하지만 무언가 끈질기게 남아있다, 계속해서 나타난다,

그대가 그것들이 아니라는 것을 안다면, 왜 계속해서 돌아오는가

 

anyway they keep appearing and appearing in front of who?

if they come back, they come back to who? to where they come back?

 

아무튼 그들은 계속해서 나타난다, 

 

누구 앞에 나타나는가

그들이 돌아온다면, 그들은 누구에게 돌아오는가, 어디에로 돌아오는가

 

(seems like to awareness?)

 

(자각 인 것 같다?)

 

seems like? this is where you have to become clear,

this is why i say, stay with the teaching that i point you, and let me see if you're really grounded, if you've really understood,

because it's not just some fairy thing, it's sword of seeing that you see,

i'm going to remind you that whatever appears whether it is a thought or feeling, emotion and image or an object,

can only appear and disappear, they come and go,

if you have favorite idea or favorite thing, you cannot retain, maintain unbroken connection with it,

by some force of nature, they go and another things takes the stage for your seeing,

 

-같다? 여기가, 그대가 명확해져야 하는 곳이다

 

이래서 내가 말하는 것이다, 내가 그대에게 가리키는 가르침과 머물러라,

그리고 그대가 정말 자리잡았는지, 정말 이해했는지 내가 보도록 해달라

왜냐하면 이것은 그냥 환상적인 이야기가 아니다,

바라봄의 칼이다,

 

나는 그대에게 다시 말한다, 

무엇이 나타나든, 그것이 생각이거나 느낌, 감정, 이미지, 대상이든,

나타나고 사라질 수 있을 뿐이다, 그들은 오고 간다

 

그대가 좋아하는 생각이나 좋아하는 것을 갖고 있다해도, 그것과의 계속되는 연결을 그대가 유지할 수 없다

본래의 힘에 의해, 그들은 간다, 또 다른 것들이 그대가 바라보는 무대를 차지한다

 

is like that, and i say, if you just observe them, they're coming, this things come,

when it's here, they're putting their finest performance, you're really engaged with them,

some come, and you're not engaged with them, they sort of don't even register that they even came,

they fail their audition, they didn't capture your attention, 

so later on, you won't even mention them, they didn't even show you up,

 

그런 식이다,

 

나는 말한다, 그대가 그것들을 그냥 관찰한다면, 그들이 오고, 이런 것들이 나타난다,

그것이 여기에 있을 때, 그들은 그들의 가장 세밀한 공연을 한다, 그대는 그것들에 정말 몰두한다

 

어떤 것이 온다, 그것들에는 그대가 빠져들지 않는다,

심지어 왔다는 것으로 기록되지도 않는다, 그들은 그대의 오디션에 실패한다, 그대의 주의를 잡지 못한다

그래서 나중에 그대는, 그것들에 대해 말하지도 않을 것이다, 그들은 그대에게 나타나지도 않았다

 

but some came, wow, they make strong impression,

and with those things, something automatically press save,

and it stays somehow, but even if press save, it's just in the bank, it's like in front of you,

everything is coming and going, if things are noticed to be coming and going,

there must be one to whom they appear, isn't it?

 

하지만 어떤 것들이 오면, 와, 강한 인상을 만든다

그리고 이런 것들로, 무언가 자동적으로 저장 버튼을 누른다

어떻든 머문다, 하지만 저장한다해도, 저장고에 있다는 것 뿐, 그건 마치 그대 앞에 있는 것 같다

모든 것이 오고 간다,

오고 가는 것들로 알아차려진다면, 그것들이 나타나 보이는 누군가가 있어야 한다, 그렇지 않은가

 

you're the witness of their comings and goings of them,

the one who witnesses the comings and goings, is this one coming and going?

relative to the thing that appear and disappear, that come and go, that arise and fall,

all these things, natural things,

we're not being so far out, this is everyday, every person's experiences,

even mosquitoes experience this, 

things come, they go-

 

그대는 그것들이 오고 가는 것들의 목격자이다

오고 감을 바라보는 자, 이 자는 오고 가는가

 

나타나고 사라지는 것에 대해 상대적으로

 

오고 가고, 떠오르고 떨어지고,

이런 모든 것들은 자연스러운 것들이다,

우리는 서로 크게 다른 존재들이 아니다, 이러한 것이 매일의, 모든 이의 경험들이다

 

모기조차 이것을 경험한다

오고, 간다

 

so even your favorite thoughts, your habits, they come and also go, in front of you,

so if you're only observing after a while, 

traffic is just continuing, coming and going-

so at some point, you're logged into them, -you take a ride with them,

and your attention go off with it

 

그래서 그대가 가장 좋아하는 생각, 습관도, 오고 또한 간다, 그대 앞에서,

 

그래서 그대가 잠시 바라보기만 한다면,

교통상황이 그냥 계속된다, 오고 가고

 

어느 지점에서, 그대가 로그인되면, 그대는 그것들과 함께 달린다

그대의 주의가 그것들과 가 버린다

 

so when i say to observe something, 

it is not only like that, first you begin to see what is coming,

and i say, be detached, look, but don't log in,

would you understand if i say like that?

 

그래서 내가 바라보라고 말할 때,

그건 그런 식인 것만이 아니다,

우선 그대는 오는 것을 보기 시작한다

내가 말한다, 동떨어져 있어라, 봐라, 하지만 로그인하지 마라,

내가 이렇게 말하면, 이해하겠는가

 

so it means you're aware but there's something, it feels there's temptation to log into them, isn't it?

because they have a particular energetic relationship with you,

and you want to give more energy to them,

but i'm saying, you just notice them, don't actually connect of that things

 

그대는 인식한다, 하지만, 무언가, 그것들에 로그인 하고 싶은 유혹이 느껴진다, 그렇지 않은가

왜냐하면 그것들은 그대와 특정한 에너지상의 관계를 갖고 있으므로

그래서 그대는 그것들에 더 에너지를 주고 싶다

 

하지만 나는 말한다, 그대는 그것들을 알아차리기만 해라, 실제로 연결하지는 마라

 

what is the purpose of asking you to that, simply observe,

what is the fruit of it?

it's not just keep looking at things coming and going,

at some point, you are to pay attention to the place to where you're looking from, 

place where you're looking from, is that an object?

 

그대에게 그러도록 요청하는 목적이 무엇인가, 단지 바라보라 는

그 결실은 무엇인가

 

보이는 것들을 계속 바라볼 뿐인 것이 아니다

어느 지점에서 그대는 그대가 바라보는 그 자리에 주의를 준다

그대가 그 곳에서 바라보는 자리

 

그것은 대상인가

 

not the things you're looking at,

because if you're looking for things, you keep on seeing things, thoughts and feelings and people...........

all kinds of stuff come, 

but at certain point, you become aware of just lookings, the looking energy,

 

그대가 바라보는 것들이 아니다

그대가 바라볼 것들을 찾는다면, 그대는 계속해서 생각, 느낌, 사람들..................을 본다

이런 온갖 것들이 온다

하지만 어느 지점에서 그대는 단지 바라봄을 인식한다, 바라보는 에너지

 

when you're aware of that, then the forces of objects become just like soup of sensations,

you're not pulled in,

you become aware of the one looking, the one, the place where the looking is,

just looking itself, can you look at the looking?

 

그대가 그것을 인식할 때, 그러면 대상들의 힘은 그냥 감각의 수프처럼 된다

그대는 끌려들지 않는다

 

그대는 보는 자를 인식하게 된다, 바라봄이 있는 곳,

그냥 바라보는 것 자체, 

 

그 바라봄을 그대는 바라볼 수 있는가
