self 는 일어나지 않는다

활동이 오고 가는 것을 바라보는 그것은 관심이 없고, 이름이 붙어있지도 않다

 

이것 또한 바라보아질 수 있는가

우선, 그것은 멈추지 않는다

있는 것' 은 멈추지 않는다, 그리고 시작도 하지 않는다

멈춘다는 것은 가다가 멈춘다는 것이다,

 

그것은 멈춤이 아니다, 멈춤의 순간 또한 아니다

멈춤은,

아마도 마음이 개입하지 않음 혹은 무언가 그와 같은 것을 경험할 때 오는 것일 것이다

의식이 현상계에, 대상의 것들에 개입하지 않는다

우리는 멈춤의 느낌을 경험한다

하지만 이러한 건 self 가 아니다

 

therefore when i speak of stop, i'm not speaking that often physical quietness necessary,

그래서 내가 멈춤 에 대해 말할 때, 나는 반드시 물리적 고요함을 말하는 것이 아니다

and then you see that this i cannot be

 

그대가 그대의 생각 등을 아마도 바라보기 시작할 수 있을 때

점차 그대가 생각을 바라볼 수 있을 때,

그것들을 바라보는데,

그대가 바라볼 수 있다면, 그대는 그것들일 수 없다

단순히 바라보는 것이다

 

그러니 관계이다, 이러한 바라봄은 관계이다

바라보는 것과 바라보아지는 것 사이의

 

이것 또한 아주 유용하다, 아주 도움이 된다

그대는 그처럼 바라본다

그러면 이것은 나일 수 없다는 것을 그대가 본다

 

by watching, i don't mean, i that watching of physical eyes watching something, but the perceiving,

the functioning of perceiving or perception,

that activity is falling something by itself and there's awareness of this,

then you see that the object of perception, they are always on the move, they come and go, is activity,

in that vibrant consciousness,

so the activity come and go,

that which is observing the ativity's coming and going, that is not interested or titled,

can that be watched also?

 

바라본다는 것으로 내가 뜻하는 것은,

육체의 눈이 무언가를 바라본다는 것이 아니라 인식하는 것,

인식작용이나 인식이다

 

활동은 그 스스로 무언가를 떨군다, 이것에 대한 인식이 있다

그 다음 그대가, 인식의 객체, 그들이 항상 움직인다는 것을 본다, 오고 간다, 활동이다

진동하는 의식 안에서의

 

그렇게 활동이 오고 간다

활동이 오고 가는 것을 바라보는 그것은 관심이 없고, 이름이 붙어있지도 않다

 

이것 또한 바라보아질 수 있는가

 

-you come to this point you're not following,

connected up with it mean,

there somehow you're registering yourself as an entity, moving towards identity,

then you can have this kind of things with it all,

so don't go to this,

you are aware of all of this,

and it is as though you are not doing anything at all,

you simply watching mechanism the functioning of the mind, thought activities, sensations, perceptions, all like that

but then you come aware of the space in which there's not active engagement with anything at all,

it is permitting all these things to take place, but it is, self is not taking place,

that which is aware of this and this, same thing

you can look at it like that

 

연결한다는 것은,

어떻게든 그대가 그대 자신을 어떤 존재로 새기고, 동일시를 향해 움직인다는 것이다,

그러면 그대는 그 모든 것과 연결되어 이런 온갖 것들을 갖게 된다

 

그러니 이러한 것으로 가지마라

그대는 이 모든 것을 인식한다

마치 그대는 어떤 것도 전혀 하지 않는 것처럼

 

단지 메커니즘, 마음, 생각 활동, 감각, 인식, 그런 모든 것의 작용을 바라본다

 

하지만 그대가 활동의 개입이 전혀 없는 공간을 인식하게 되면

 

그것이 이런 모든 것들이 일어나도록 한다,

하지만 그것은, self 는 일어나지 않는다

이것을 인식하는 것과 이것은 같은 것이다

 

그대가 그렇게 바라볼 수 있다
